About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and if you were to ask people who know me they would tell you how much I love dogs! I have experience dog sitting on the mainland I moved to Maui 3 years ago and I am missing having some furry friends! I currently work 4 days a week in Paia. If your dog is well behaved they may come to work with me! If not Friday-Monday I will be gone for 8hrs. I enjoy going for walks either in the morning or after work! Pets in my home are welcome anywhere in the house and are fed twice a day with a minimum one walk a day ideally two. (I don’t currently have any pets of my own in the home)

About: For my kindergarten career day I showed up as a vet. After that, I became the kid in the house that would constantly be "adopting" new animals. It goes without saying that I've always been an animal lover. This led me to study and graduate with a bachelors in animal science and veterinary studies. Throughout my bachelors I was a foster parent for my university's pre veterinary and pet rescue group. During this time I fostered dozens of pets (cats and dogs). After graduating I developed an entered in conservation and my career path shifted to the study of wildlife conservation. What my dog needs most is a steady, compassionate presence, and that is exactly what they provided. Not long after I dropped my dog off, Michele reached out to let me know that my dog was content, getting along well with her dog, and exploring her new surroundings. That early check-in brought me such a sense of relief. Later, she sent me a photo of my dog resting peacefully in her garden while she gardened nearby, which spoke volumes about how safe and settled my dog felt. Michele was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely present. She snuggled with my dog on the couch, included her in daily activities (like “helping” in the garden), and it was sweet that she seemed to enjoy my dog’s company. That matters to me more than I can easily express. Having a dog with extra needs can come with a lot of worry about being a burden, and it was sweet to sense that it wasn’t that at all for them. It was also deeply reassuring that they have an older dog themselves. Michele truly understands the rhythms, sensitivities, and nervous systems of senior and special-needs dogs. When I picked my dog up, she was happy to see me and tired in the best way—but most importantly, she was calm and regulated. This tells me everything about the quality of care she received. This kind of support is immensely valuable. I would absolutely recommend Michele and Brian, especially to anyone with an older, anxious, or special-needs dog who needs more than basic sitting. In my adult life I've lived with dogs, cats, and chickens, though currently have no pets of my own as I travel too much to provide consistent care. I am seeking longer in-home sits (1+ weeks) and am available to chat ahead of booking. I'm a semi-retired professional, and very much appreciating the flexibility therein! I am mainly interested in longer-term, in-home sits, and offer discounts depending on length of stay, number/ages/types of animals, and if use of car is included. About: I have cared for many animals over the years horses dogs cats goats fish racoon turtle rabbits. I am an animal lover! And they love me also! Open to about any situation and any time. They cannot sleep on the furniture, including the room/bed. I will respect any wishes you have for your pet, whether that be in my home or yours. About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and if you were to ask people who know me they would tell you how much I love dogs! I have experience dog sitting on the mainland I moved to Maui 3 years ago and I am missing having some furry friends! I currently work 4 days a week in Paia. If your dog is well behaved they may come to work with me! If not Friday-Monday I will be gone for 8hrs. I enjoy going for walks either in the morning or after work! Pets in my home are welcome anywhere in the house and are fed twice a day with a minimum one walk a day ideally two. (I don’t currently have any pets of my own in the home)

About: Just a only child madly in love with animals, I treat all dogs as if they were my babies. I’ve been boarding dogs in Florida, Maui Hawaii & Oregon. Dogs are taken out for potty breaks every 3hours (or as needed), I shower them with so much love and walks to the parks ect.
