“Allie was good about feeding my cats on time, sending pictures, and was overall a great communicator. Unfortunately she seems to have overlooked the litter box, which I mentioned during our meet and greet and included in the written instructions. The box was extremely full when I got home, such that one of my cats ended up relieving himself elsewhere in the apartment. Oversights happen, and I hope this is something she can keep in mind for future bookings. I appreciated her communication and wish her the best with pet sitting in the future.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, at the age of 13 I was giving my old furry best friend her medication. I listen very carefully to pet needs and have experience pet sitting for at least 3 years. When entering college, I took the health of my babies more seriously. All pets need love and attention! I am currently a graduate student attending classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. Checking in on your fur baby(s) is no problem! I am happy to help :) I can let your pet out to relieve themselves, feed them, give them medication, whatever you think they need. My fur babies either stay inside or outside depending on the weather. If they stay inside, we set up pee pads for them, and leave them with food and water.

I adopted two cats in the last year and have loved every minute of being their cat-mom. Emily is conscientious, punctual, friendly, and clearly loves cats. My cat Lilah instantly felt at ease with her, even though she typically hides from any new people for a day or two. But with Emily, Lilah felt safe to emerge for brushing starting with her first visit! She also provided informative updates including photos at every visit, and took care of the litter as well. I know that Lilah will always be in good hands with Auntie Emily!
Marisa is the greatest! She took wonderful care of our three animals (two cats and a dog) while we were out of town and kept an eye on our home. She is conscientious, friendly, and communication was perfect. Our animals absolutely loved her, and our normally water-hating dog even went out in the rain with her for a walk! I would highly recommend Xuan!! My dog was very content when I came home … walked, fed, water bowls filled, and a very happy dog! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
