My husband and I share our home with Boba, our sweet French Bulldog, who has brought so much joy into our lives. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to maintain familiar routines and respect each pet's unique needs. I require a meet-and-greet before accepting new boarding guests to ensure they're comfortable with me, my home, and my resident French Bulldog, Boba. I follow each owner's feeding instructions, medication requirements, and care preferences closely. I also supervise interactions between dogs, provide separate feeding spaces, and make sure every pet has a comfortable place to rest. I intentionally keep my bookings limited and provide regular photo updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family member is in caring hands.

I was in a tough spot when my Australian Shepherd named Wendle came down with a cough that needed treated with antibiotics and steroids 2 days before I was scheduled to leave the country on vacation for 10 days. With the alternative being to leave him in isolation at boarding for the entire time or canceling the trip, I was scrambling to find a sitter last minute and we really lucked out connecting with Emily here. She was amazing with Wendle, treating him as her own and I know he loved every minute of his own vacation with her. Emily kept me updated with detailed messages and pictures of Wendle during my trip and had no issues with giving him his medication and taking him on walks and giving him all the attention he needed. I can’t thank her enough for taking in Wendle at the last minute and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the future.”

Most of my days are very flexible and I am open to new short and long term clients! On Visits: I’m down stop in and visit your dog, or take them out on a walk in the yard or neighborhood. Feeding, playing, walking, trick training, giving medicine, and having hang time are all in my comfort zone. I can follow specific directions and trust my gut instincts. I love all dogs, big and small. They all have different personalities and I like to take my time to learn a dog and their preferences and tendencies. I always bring a treat with me on meet and greets if allowed, and I understand dog behavior enough to interpret their mood. For Dog Boarding: At my house, we have baby gates to separate the floors of the house, the cat stays upstairs most of the time. I like to have dogs meet on leashes or through a gate, I never leave unfamiliar dogs alone together, and my house is very dog friendly, with hardwood and linoleum and not much floor clutter. Outside, my dog is off leash trained (I know I am spoiled), but all other dogs I keep on a leash if we are outside or on an 100ft rope when we take walks through the field.

I know she gave her lots of love and attention and cuddle time. Princess gets two eye creams twice a day and Nicolette handled that with no problem. She gave me daily reports about how Princess was doing and she sent lots of pictures. I felt completely comfortable with Nicolette and I know she took wonderful care of my fur baby.
