I have two well socialized and friendly dogs to keep yours company if they want it. I also have crates, if your dog prefers some independence. I have a fenced in yard, and plenty of yard to run on.

Information Karla M. would like to know about your pet
I do have a routine for anxious or anti social doggos. I also crate dogs overnight and during the day if I am not home.
A typical day
Typical day at my place starts with breakfast! Followed by a short walk and some outside time. We come inside and hangout, depending on dogs social interactions. Then we do clean up and crate time to prevent any vacuum attacks! My husband and I eat dinner then another short walk with a night potty break. Higher energy dogs receive one on one fetch or tug.

Pet care experience
I’ve cared after dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities! I have spent extra time with puppies, I could help in teaching various tricks and obedience behaviors using balanced training. Anxious and nervous dogs hold a special place in my heart, nothing is more rewarding than watching them break out of their shell.
Reviews

Our Goldendoodle Posey is a “spicy girl” and we couldn’t just leave her with anyone. Karla was our trainer at Take The Lead Dog Training and we were so impressed with her skills at helping to train our strong willed and somewhat naughty girl. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry about Posey because I knew she was in good hands. Posey got the chance to get some socialization with other dogs which she needed. I will definitely use Karla again.

Karla was great!! She sent numerous updates and photos through the long week and a half she was sitting my boy. Drop off and pickup times were convenient and always confirmed ahead of time. Her introduction of my boy to her pups was perfect as she has such good experience handling dogs. I felt confident to leave my senior (aka grumpy old man) boy with her and will again. I recommend her!!

Madi had the best time. Karla kept me updated and sent video.

Karla is hands-down the best dog sitter I’ve ever experienced. Her love for dogs is immediately clear in everything she does. She has a spacious backyard that gives the dogs plenty of room to run and play, and her home is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What I appreciate most is how she allows dogs be themselves while ensuring a safe, well-managed environment. She pays close attention to group dynamics, making sure all the dogs interact well and play safely. I felt completely at ease leaving Bruno in her care, and that peace of mind is priceless. I would book with Karla again and again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
