She communicated every day and made us feel so calm and relaxed while we were away because we knew our fur baby was being taken care of. She left our house cleaner than she found it and went above and beyond in her care for our pug and house! Our pug, Phoebe, loves Terry and we will be booking her again for every vacation we go on. I highly recommend Terry if you want someone who will prioritize your pet’s happiness, send tons of pictures and updates, and leave you feeling stress free upon your return home. She left our house immaculate and even weeded our whole walkway in the back of house. Our pups had plenty of play and potty breaks and a great weekend. She made them feel safe through the thunder storm and the fireworks as well. I would recommend Karen to anyone!”
