“Dan is a Dog Whisperer. He always makes my little hero Pirate one of the pack in his pooch-friendly home. We’ve left Pirate with him before, but this was for 17 days. Pirate had such a good time with Dan and his dogs that when we reunited today, Pirate gave me kind of a side eye that said, “Hey, I like hanging out here. No rush to come home.” Seriously though, Dan has a very warm, calming presence and we’ll call on him again! Thank you!”

About: Hi! I am a dog mom myself, so my husband and I will work together to take great care of your pooch! I have a Golden Retriever, Toby. He’s high energy and loves to play so sometimes comes in hot with others. Please let me know if there have been any issues with that with your dog. I had a little one for 14 years so comfortable with all sizes of dogs- I love them all. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will definitely try to accommodate your timing needs. I am home most of the day Tues-Fri. My husband is home on weekends and can be WFH flexible on Mondays for dog care as needed. Our golden, Toby, always gets a walk in the morning and plays throughout the day. Access to the fenced backyard is available all day. I have a fenced front and back yard. Dogs have access to the backyard all day when we’re home, and will be encouraged to go potty before we leave to go anywhere. No unsupervised front yard time, but if we’re doing stuff, they can hang out. We can crate other dogs, but Toby does not get crated, so happy to cover the crate to reduce fomo!

She took the time to make sure they got their medications, she made sure that they were comfortable. She sent lots of photos and kept me updated with how things were going. I could tell by the photos that my dogs were comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend Jonalyn.

Spencer took such great care of my dogs, Rizzo and Lady while I was away. They can both be a little particular in their own ways, and he was incredibly patient, attentive, and loving with them. Dusty watched our timid cattle dog while we were out of town and she did great. Kenzie has a lot of structure and provides calm crates for dogs so they can rest. She let Dusty be a hermit until she was ready to come out. Dusty rarely settles around new people, but Kenzie sent photos of Dusty relaxed in her backyard in the sun. Thank you Kenzie!
