I have two dogs of different ages, sizes, and needs and can handle anything from playtime to unhappy sailors. Walking on or off leash, feeding, and medicine are no problem at any age or temperament.

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets ever since I was little. I love animals (especially dogs and cats) with a passion. I have also volunteered a lot with dogs at a couple rescues and have fostered dogs as well. Right now I’m actually without one for the first time ever, which just means I have extra time, energy, and love to put toward someone else’s pup. I have a soft spot for small dogs in particular — I love their big personalities packed into a little frame, and I’m especially comfortable and confident handling pets on the smaller side. If you’ve got a small or medium-sized dog who needs a walker, sitter, or someone to just hang out with them, I’d love to be that person. I am flexible and open most days and evenings (including weekends) — no advance notice is needed. I am happy to work around your schedule. I live in an apartment with my own cat, Ivy, who has a relaxed, easygoing temperament. She’s lived with other cats before and isn’t hostile or territorial, so she adjusts well to having other animals around. That said, I’ll always ask about your pet’s comfort with cats beforehand so I can make sure it’s the right fit for everyone. I’m also happy to come to you — whether that’s drop-in visits, walks, or staying at your place instead, I’m flexible about where the care happens, based on what works best for you and your pet.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life, and for the past 7 years I’ve cared for dogs hands-on (daily walks, sitting, feeding, and training, including obedience and teaching them fun tricks). I have so much patience and love to give, and I truly cherish every moment with them, whether it’s an active walk or just sitting with them when they’re sick. I adore puppies and love potty training them, but senior dogs have such a special place in my heart too. I’m usually home all the time so I can easily work around your pet’s routine and can typically accommodate both weekday and weekend requests. For drop-ins and house-sitting at your home, I closely follow your instructions and your pet’s usual routine to keep things consistent, and I send photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

I’ve had a wide range of dogs as my personal pets and I’ve also dog sat for many different types of dogs, including those that have severe anxiety. I currently have a pitbull and a Chinese Sharpei that are very active big baby boys. Rest well, knowing that your doggies are getting lots of pets lots of treats and lots of potty breaks! Know that I will not use any of your amenities unless specifically mentioned. I work from home which offers me a great deal of scheduling flexibility. I'm happy to work with your schedules and will do my best to accommodate your needs. We have a large, fenced in back yard with plenty of room for your pup to run and play. Our 5 year old goldens are great play companions and to date have had no issues with other dogs. They have lots of boarding experience and has been well socialized. Of course, if you aren't comfortable with your pup being around our, we will happily keep them separated.
