About: I grew up on a farm in Northeast PA & throughout my life & have cared for hundreds of different animals, everything from horses & cows to orphaned opossums & baby fox. I currently have one cat, Annie, sometimes I’ll go several days without seeing her, so she doesn’t have any effect on boarding different animals. Depending on the cat or dog, they’ll get along and play, but most times just completely ignores them. My family bred German Shepherds for several years growing up, so training puppies and dogs isn’t something I’m necessarily new too. I try to make it a fun experience, I spoil them with walks & treats, & lots of playtime, especially when my kids are here. (I promise my children will have more energy than your dog) Here's the deal, I'm not claiming to be the dog whispering Caesar Milan, but I feel I do possess the knowledge & skills to not only watch your furry friend but to actually care for them. Every animal is different & I will alter my approach and handling in different ways. If your dog loves to play with other dogs than they can play & party until the break of dawn, or if you've got yourself a bit of a lazy bones & they like to sun themselves on the deck all day, well that's fine too. I understand that I'm not only going to be caring for your pet, but a member of your family. I appreciate that some pet parents love & care for them as if they are their children. In fact, some may secretly like their pets more than their children, if that's the case that's just fine I'm not here to judge. (Either you've got some exceptionally awesome pets or some exceptionally terrible children) Jokes aside, I understand how important taking responsibility of your pet is & how important they are to you. I will not take charge of your four legged companion without all parties, including your pet, being as close to happy & content as paws-ible because let's face it, there's nothing I can do to make them as happy as they are then when they're with you. I try to be as flexible as possible because I do know that things change & I will do my best to accommodate your requests. If you would like to book a stay, & would like to do a meet & greet I recommend doing it at my house, I find it makes the most sense to have you & your pet come to the place where they will be staying. However I can make exceptions I understand being cautious about going to somebody's house or if it's a long distance we could possibly meet somewhere, We can also do a video chat & we can always text or make an old fashioned phone call. Please let me know what I can do to help alleviate any concerns or questions you may have. I’m a disabled veteran, and I work several nights a week overnight, but most of the time I’m home for most of the day. I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks and usually take two long walks a day, depending on the size of the dog. I’ve owned German Shepherds and Great Danes and a Cocker Spaniel. My girlfriend likes to bring her dog over and play with the different dogs I have under my care, and we like to take them to dog parks or dog bars and let them mingle and socialize with. When I have my kids, my son especially, loves to hug and cuddle dogs, and they tend to always sleep on the floor in front of the kids bunk beds. As I previously stated I will tailor my approach to your pet by taking cues from them and their behavior as to what they may want or need. Some animals are so easy & take separation from their owners as if they were never there. While some however do not take the initial separation well. However, I do feel possess the adequate knowledge, skills, & experience to help lessen those puppy cries. I have slept on the couch during a four night boarding because she did not like to sleep downstairs alone and would cry all night long. I will go above and beyond and do my best to provide usually 2x daily pictures or video, progress reports, and again I realize and understand that plans change. It’s not uncommon to modify a booking either shorter or longer depending on the circumstances.
“Holly was so great with my pups. It was the first time we left them alone with someone they didn’t know and she took so much care to let them meet and greet. She made me so positive about the care they would get and solidified everything with photos and text to ensure they were fine. 13/10. We love Holly”

About: I have been pet sitting for about 8 years between friends, a couple of Rovers clients, and my own dogs. I raised a high energy Australian Shepherd who is now almost 2 years old. My dog is my child, my best friend, and ESA. We go on lots of walks, dog parks, hikes, trips etc. I’ve also helped raise my childhood rescue dog of 13 years. I do 2-3 times Friday-Sunday, and 2 times morning and evening/night Monday and Wednesday. I have a flexible corporate job that has a hybrid remote schedule I live in an apartment complex with fenced dog parks and a little walking trail. I can also come to your place and take them on a walk, feed them, etc.
“No was great! She promptly arrived each day and gave Romeo a fun little walk in the neighborhood and lunch. She even hung out with him after the walk in the backyard while he enjoyed some sunshine. She was kind enough to bring up the trashcan on trash day when she noticed it was empty. I definitely recommend her as Romeo had a great week with his new buddy!”

About: I owned a black labrador for 14 years that I lost a while back due to breast cancer. Despite my love for animals, I travel often and know I am not able to get another pet at this time in my life. I really miss my furry best friend and when I discovered this service through a friend, I knew it would be a perfect match for that empty spot in my life without the full the commitment of my own fur baby. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to give the attention and love to your pet while you are away. I can feed and walk your dog throughout the day/night at the schedule of your preference and administer any meds they are required to have.
“Katie was so great about helping us out for about a month, walking our two pitties! She was great with them and always kept me up to date with cute pictures and their potty breaks. Will definitely use her again in the future!”
“Jen did a great job watching our blind dog Pavel. She can be kind of difficult around strangers but Jen handled her well. Jen provided great updates and pictures while we were out of town.”

Governor's Square dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alexander is reliable, communicative, and caring. He was accommodating to Diesel's special needs it was easily tell that he enjoys his connections with animals. Diesel was excited to see him every time he showed up to walk her. I will not hesitate to book him again in the future

Austin was an amazing walker. He bonded with Diesel immediately and she was excited to see him! Austin was punctual and professional. He asked great questions as to how to best care for my elder pup. He and Diesel got along great and Ian's passion for animals is evident. I would, without hesitation, hire Austin to care for my Diesel again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely Fantastic Dog Walker Molly has been incredible with my dog, Draco. She is reliable, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make sure he’s happy, exercised, and well-looked-after. Draco absolutely loved his time with her, and it gave me total peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands each day. Her communication has always been excellent—updates, pictures, and notes that showed she truly cared. Even on busy days or last-minute changes, she was flexible and professional. I’m genuinely grateful for everything she’s done for us. Atlanta is lucky to have her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate dog walker. Thank you again for everything…you will be missed!

Tiffany is so responsible, communicative, and really takes her time with your pup! I booked her last minute, as work ran late that day, and she responded almost immediately and was able to chat on the phone with me prior to booking her. She took great care of my Emmy girl, and sent me lots of updates and pictures! We’ll definitely be using her again in the future (:

Beth was amazing! I had her checking on my dog in the afternoon while I was in the office because he is recovering from pneumonia. Her veterinary experience made me feel so much better about leaving him. She sent pictures and updated me on his condition (letting me know how much he was coughing, etc). I highly recommend Beth and will definitely be booking her again!
