They went beyond what a boarding facility could offer and personally cared for my dog while she went through separation anxiety and missing her family. Sailor became the older sibling she needed and I received not only daily communication but updates and responses as I was going through my own separation issues from her. I couldn't have asked for a better home for my dog to be in while I was away. Their home is a perfect place for an active dog and they are the perfect family to care for an energetic dog especially one who needs support to come out of her shell while her family is away. Our situation was unique. We were going to Disneyland and needed Laura for the day. Because our arrival and departure window was so narrow, we needed to do a virtual meet and greet. It worked out perfectly. Laura is extremely accommodating. Very loving towards our Lola, who can be cranky. Normally, Lola will spend considerable time barking at someone all the while shaking herself into a frenzy. None of this was the case. When we picked her up, she was calm as though she had been in her own home. Highly recommend Laura.
Kalen was amazing with our Cocoa. She took her lots of long walks and got her used to running on the leash and was brilliant at giving Cocoa her medication. We got regular updates and communication was great. I couldn’t fault Kalen, she also took Cocoa on very short notice so helped us out so much.
I booked Reakha very last minute. Reakha was very flexible and worked with my needs. I initially booked her for 2 nights but my dog seemed very happy and got along with her dogs so I extended the stay for 2 more nights. I definitely did not bring enough food for my dog, but Reakha took care of her like her own dog. My dog didn’t want to come home after the stay! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend her to anyone.
