Hi! I’m Jamie, your dog’s future favorite person! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I previously worked as a personal shopper, so I know how to be detail-oriented, timely, and trustworthy, and I treat every pup like they’re my own. I share my home with my sweet Pomeranian, who is incredibly dog-friendly and loves having new friends to play or lounge with. Whether your dog is active or more laid-back, they’ll have a built-in buddy during their stay. I offer a calm, loving, and pet-friendly home where your dog can relax, run in a large fenced in yard, follow their routine, and get all the attention they deserve. I’m comfortable giving medications, handling senior or puppy care, and providing regular updates with cute photos and messages. Jamie was so wonderful. She came at the last minute when I was in trouble. She was wonderful with the dogs. They loved her so much. I definitely have her watch my dogs from now on.

Jamie's care for guest dogs as well as communications with the owners is outstanding. Jelly (our dog) was very happy spending several days with her. She has a dog which is on the small side, cute and very friendly, providing excellent companionship to the guest dog. Jamie's residence is roomy with ample outdoor areas. Really a nice place. Jamie pays close attention to details such as feed times, quantities and meds. We've been using Rover for about eight years now and totally recommend Jamie without any reservation. We already have her scheduled for a longer stay in August. BTW, she takes the dogs on long walks around her beautiful neighborhood. I could go on......
Jamie was a lovely host for our pups Henry & Lucy! They communicated every step of the way, followed all care instructions in detail, and sent several photo updates throughout the stay. Henry & Lucy appeared to have made themselves at home with their family!
Jamie has been very helpful with my last minute needs for a dog walker! She is very caring and makes sure my puppies are not walking on hot summer pavement. I really appreciate her and highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work just 8 minutes from home and have the flexibility to come home for lunch breaks, and even additional visits if needed, for walks, potty breaks, or a little extra attention. I work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, so mornings, evenings, and weekends are fully open for pet care. During the summer, my 15-year-old son is also home and loves helping out by giving our furry guests plenty of attention, playtime, and snuggles throughout the day. With both of us around, your pet will be well cared for and never short on love or company!

Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m visiting them in theirs, I care for every animal like they’re part of the family. In my home, I provide a calm, clean, and cozy environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I have a large, fully fenced-in yard where dogs can safely run, explore, and play. I also have a very friendly Pomeranian who helps make visiting pups feel welcome and comfortable. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and any special instructions you provide. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping things as familiar and stress-free as possible. I stick to their routines, give them plenty of love and companionship, and make sure they’re happy and well-cared-for until you return. I always send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged. Whether that means a playful romp in the yard, a relaxing stroll around the neighborhood, or some one-on-one cuddle time inside. I have a large, fully fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play fetch, explore, or just sunbathe. For more mellow pups, I enjoy slow walks, enrichment toys, and lots of belly rubs. I also tailor activities based on your pet’s personality, age, and energy level. Whether that’s playtime, puzzle games, training refreshers, or just hanging out together. Every pet gets plenty of love, attention, and fun during their stay!
