“Gerri is fantastic with our little pug! We have no worries at all and feel completely confident and secure with leaving Bourbon with Gerri in our home. She's extremely kind and personable, communicates and sends photos often. Highly recommended!”

“I recently used Tricia for the first time for two nights of pet sitting with my senior chihuahua, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She took such amazing care of my dog and kept me updated the entire time with thoughtful messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It meant everything knowing Winnie was in such good hands. I will absolutely be using her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!”

“Another wonderful job by Amanda! Our elder dog Chelsea was getting over not feeling well and Amanda cared for her like she was her own. She gave lots of feedback and pics. Showered our Chelsea Girl with attention. Will book again!”

“Staci is a phenomenal dog sitter! She stayed at our place for a whole week and watched two of our pups, one of whom is really quite a challenge. He has health issues and an attitude and Staci was able to accommodate his needs. Thanks to her we were able to take our first vacation together in three years!!!”

About: I’ve been animal lover for as long as I can remember. From reptiles to puppies to birds I treat every animal with love and respect. Due to never having an ideal living situation to be caring pets, I’ve never had a pet of my own. However, I’ve always been surrounded by my friends, families, coworkers and neighbors pets. I have watched cared for their pets at my home, their home and even just out and about many times over the years. This has given me experience with a countless amount of pets of all kind and I fall in love with each and every one! I’d love to spread that love a little further to all who will allow me to share :) I work a part-time job at the moment and I’m looking to fill my extra time with something I love. I’ll have more than enough time to devote my utmost attention to your loved one! I’m also athletic myself so even the high energy fur balls get the best of me! I am very big on boundaries and structure. I will make sure to follow any guidelines that you already have in place for your pet.
“Melanie and Anthony are absolute gems as pet sitters and house guests. They are so kind and caring- both towards animals and towards us humans - taking great care of all of us during their stay. They sent lovely photos of our pets being adored and living their best lives in our absence and they took great care to be respectful about my needs as a person with Celiac disease, even leaving extra GF staples for me and cleaning the house! They are truly great humans and we feel so lucky to have found them. Booking them again ASAP!!”

“Kim is awesome! I felt 100% comfortable leaving my pup knowing he was with her. She clearly both loves and understands dogs and is reliable, a good communicator, and lovely to deal with. I came home to a happy and well cared for dog. Thank you!”

“Kelly was a pleasure! We met in advance for her to meet the fur babies, which I really appreciated. She helped watch 3 of our animals, one being a senior English bulldog that needs extra care and it was comforting to know while my husband and I were away, they were in good hands. They loved her! Which is also comforting! Thanks Kelly!! :)”

“We had Sonnie of the duo stay at our house with our pups and we’ve never come back from vacation before and had the dogs been so relaxed. Sonnie did such a phenomenal job caring for our animals and our house. We felt incredibly comfortable leaving them in Sonnie’s care after two pre-vacation visits where our pets simply could not get enough of Sonnie. Sonnie showed kindness and understanding, sent us daily updates and pictures. I would definitely hire Sonnie again when we go away or just to let the pups out or walk them when we have a long day away. Thanks so much Sonnie!”

“We had an excellent experience with Jess, and could not recommend her more highly. She stayed overnight with our dog, in our home, and checked in frequently throughout the day, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Communication was outstanding — she sent regular updates along with plenty of photos and videos, and was always responsive and thoughtful in her messages. Jess was incredibly respectful of our home, keeping everything clean, orderly, and exactly as we left it. Most importantly, it was clear that our dog was well cared for, happy, and comfortable the entire time. She is trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely attentive, and we felt completely confident leaving both our dog and our home in her care. We would absolutely use her again and recommend her without hesitation.”

“Kathy knows her business and has a natural connection with dogs. Our little Chihuahua mix is very shy with strangers, but Kathy gave her a "massage" that immediately won her over. We were very comfortable knowing Kathy was taking care of our dog and two cats for the holidays. Highly recommended.”

What you can expect from me: -Fast, clear, and concise executive-level communication. -Deep breed-specific knowledge of behavior underpinned by my time as a vet receptionist -High quality photos -Easy, flexible scheduling -Complete focus and attention to detail -Genuine joy and enthusiasm to care for your pet In my previous life, I was a design program manager within corporate tech (Meta, Comcast, Pinterest), and I'm thrilled and privileged to pivot into pet care. In particular, I have specialized experience with shy or nervous dogs and will provide them the space and understanding needed to relax and feel comfortable. I have fostered dozens of cats over the years. This includes kittens with complex medical issues. I am very capable at medicating cats and kittens as well as identifying when a cat may be feeling unwell. When you board with me, your pet will not be left alone for more than 1 hour. I only board pets from one household at a time and provide dedicated personal care. When your baby is at my house, they are family. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions. I'm currently working remotely doing project-based contract work, so I have plenty of availability and scheduling flexibility. If boarding or house-sitting, I will be fully available and no pet will be left alone longer than an hour. I have a friendly chihuahua mix (8 lbs) and 2 cats, but if needed, I have plenty of room to give everyone their own space. I have an unfenced backyard with plenty of room to romp. Dogs will always be leashed or tethered in yard.

Gordon Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
Gerri has now cared for Little Dragon multiple times, and every experience has been seamless. She is reliable, attentive, and truly understands her needs. I travel with complete peace of mind knowing Little is safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We are so grateful for her. Thanks Gerri!

Jennifer and Emily meet in the morning of the November 15. Emily can be very shy. She immediately like Jennifer. I certainly did too! She is so sweet. She talked so nicely with Emily. We disgusted how she can be shy and she is afraid of most things. Talked food time and bathroom habits. Jennifer left and then came back for the appointed time. Emily was very happy to see her. Jennifer provided many pictures of their time together while I was out. My Emily was happy to see me come back but, not about Jennifer leaving. Emily went to hide after she left. She was upset with me that Jennifer had left. She ignored me for the rest of the night. Jennifer had made quite an impression on her. Jennifer is an unbelievable person. Hiring her would be a blessing to you and your pet. I give her 10 out of 10.
