I LOVE ANIMALS!!
I have had dogs all my life & can’t imagine coming home & not having a sweet face & wagging tail at my door welcoming me! I have had several dogs which I took to dog obedience class. Most of my dogs did well. My Plott hound is a little stubborn but he is still young & will get it eventually. I prefer my fenced yard over a dog park because there is less chance of another dog injuring my dog. I also don’t trust other people being responsible pet owners & obeying all the rules of the dog park. I love to take my dog on nice long walks to break-up the monotony. I have much more patience with dogs than people! Truth is I prefer dogs to people! The only dog I will not take care of is a German Shepard.

Gerri took my Springer Spaniel Fred at a last minute request. Gerri is very personable and will love your dog as her own with many updates and photos while your away. Will take very good care of your dog while away. Which was a relief to have as being away because my springer has so many anxieties and Gerri handled him with love and ease. And will make sure your dog has what he or she needs. Felt good leaving Fred with a trustworthy person.
We just moved into a new area and were nervous about finding a new dog sitter in time for a trip we had planned and we are so happy we found Gerri! She was so generous with her time for our meet and greets to make sure she was the right fit for our little guy and needless to say she absolutely was. Gerri took such good care of our little guy and our home. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our trip with plenty of updates, pictures, and fantastic communication. She treated our home with care and left it even better than we left it. Can’t say enough great things and so lucky to have found such a reliable and kind person to trust with our pup!

I do have several clients but, I will do my best at all times to fit in someone else’s pet. If I am absolutely unable to do so I will refer you to someone else that I would trust with my own animals!
