About: As a proud owner of 3 dogs and a cat, I will strive to make your pet feel like my own. Loved, cherished, and lots of belly rubs. Right now my only priority is to focus on my upcoming school year! Besides that I am free on weekdays and weekends. Day and night! “Elizabeth did an excellent job taking care of our 6 cats while we were gone for 8 days. She communicated with me each time she came for a visit and provided photos of whichever cats she saw (several usually stayed hidden, but she did see all 6 at one time or another). She also kept me appraised of a couple of instances where she had to make visits outside of the normal visit time frames, due to circumstances beyond her control and she also made sure to leave out extra food when the time between visits would be longer than normal. We would certainly love to have Elizabeth be our pet sitter again, if we have any need for a sitter in the future.”

About: I’m an experienced animal caretaker comfortable with pets of all species, ages, temperaments, and care needs. My background includes training challenging dogs, caring for neonatal kittens, mucking stalls, administering IV fluids, raising poultry and small animals, and over 20 years of experience with dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I’m confident with special-needs pets, unusual animals, and complicated routines—and I’ll care for every animal with patience, attentiveness, and kindness. I work a standard 8 am - 4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available to care for boarded animals in the morning before I leave and in the evenings when I return from work in those days, with the same diligence and love I give my own animals. For all other days, I am either off or working from home and I am generally available to provide care. If I am visiting your home, I would like to have a meet and greet with you and your animals before you head out of town to establish their normal schedules and routines. During appointments, I will give your animals the same love and care that I give my own. If you are scheduling to have an animal boarded, your animal(s) will be given their own room separate from other animals in the house, with direct access to a large, fenced-in yard, their own beds and towels, and constant access to water. Walks, treats, meals, and medications will be given on an agreed upon schedule. Potty breaks will occur no less than once in the morning, once before and after dinner, and once before bedtime. I do not accept outside bedding and all guests must be up to date on vaccines and treated for fleas and ticks prior to boarding.

About: Hello! I hope I get the chance to meet and take care of you and your pet! Ive loved animals for as long as I can remember which has given me years of personal and professional experience. Im also pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. At 22 years old, I’ve taken care of dogs professionally for about 4 years. I currently work as a veterinary receptionist and assistant at a local hospital. My coworkers, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play, and provide any other care for their pets. I have experience in a boarding, doggie daycare, and grooming settings. Your pets will be in good hands and you’ll get plenty of pictures! Im a senior at Towson University so I’ll be working around my class and work schedule. Im happy to discuss more specific details with you! I have two cats that I feed, play with, and cuddle daily. I clean their two litter boxes every other day or more if needed. For dogs, I can walk, feed, cuddle, and play with them as much as they want. I can also crate when I leave your home if needed.

About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. I learn their pet's routines and I try to spend some time with them so they know my sent. This makes it more comfortable for the owner and pet when I am with them.

About: I’ve cared for my own pets at home, dogs and cats, so I’m very used to their routines and daily needs. I also spent a year working at a boarding kennel, where I took care of dogs and cats by feeding them, taking them on walks, giving medication when needed, and making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m currently in college but I have a very flexible schedule with plenty of free time to provide consistent, reliable care for your pets! I do not provide in-home care on Rover due to other animals in my home, ensuring safety and comfort for all pets currently not available.

About: We’ve always had dogs and cats growing up, so pet have always been a regular part of my everyday life! I know that sometimes this little things like walks or consistent feeding schedules can be the hardest part of having a pet! Allow me to take that weight from your shoulders! I have extensive experience with large dogs and puppies as well! I regularly housesit for homes with multiple animals and multiple species; dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, gerbils, and hamsters too! I’m currently working part time, but planning and scheduling are important to me. I am more often available in the mornings any day of the week. I value being consistent and reliable so I will only post availability that I’m sure will work! I will make sure to bring your pet everywhere with me! Clingy pets are my bread and butter! I have no problem hanging out as long as needed to always have an eye on your pets when they are in my care.

“Rowyn was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her and her compassion, professionalism and how fantastic she was with my two almost 17 year old kitties! They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly!
