“Rodney was great! I felt comfortable leaving my dog with he and his family despite my dog having some separation anxiety and being timid around strangers. He gave me thoughtful and genuine updates with photos. I was glad to hear that my dog bonded well with Rodney’s wife. This was a great experience in contrast from our first Rover sitter who sent no pics or updates until I asked, had a bad attitude and somehow failed to provide enough comfort for my dog to even eat or accept treats from her. Rodney gave me faith and hope back about using Rover!”

She sent me regular photos and videos throughout the day which gave me such peace of mind. In addition, we met at a mutual place prior to boarding for my Nina and I to meet her.
