About: I have over 17 years of experience in pet care from sitting in home for those who needed me to board their furry loved ones at my home. I have had many pets throughout my life to include hedgehogs, cats, dogs, rabbits, and goats. I have had a wide range of breeds from small to large and the most recent sight hounds. About: All dogs need a friend who will run with them, chase sticks and get a little dirty. I’m here to make the city feel more like a jungle and less like concrete. I grew up in VA, working on a farm and playing with all kinds of pets, so I’m not afraid of big dogs. I’m a former D1 athletes, and I work in education, with a background in child and animal care so high energy pets are no problem. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
