About: I have loved and owned animals as long as I can remember. I was raised with dogs, and other small animals! My daughter and I lost our Ollie in August 2022 at 4 years old to lung cancer and would love to care for your pet until we are ready for our next family member. I am comfortable taking care of pets of any age. I can provide food and water bowls, blankets, dog beds, stuffed toys, and I have a medium size kennel. All you need to bring is food, treats, leash/harness and any special comfort items. My daughter loves to go outside every chance she gets so they will have a lot of outside time when the weather permits. They will be allowed to roam the house as they want and are allowed on furniture – like I said- spoiled. I love to send pictures while you are gone to share their adventures while they are here. I work from home so I will be around a majority of the time to play and take care of your family member while they are here. I have a fenced in yard – it is a short fence so fence jumpers are probably not the best fit for me. We can crate them when we are gone if needed and will do our best to stick to their regular routine.

About: I’ve taken care of many different breeds of all shapes and sizes! I’m very attentive to direction and will be able to care for all of your dog’s needs! My schedule is very open. I’m home for the summer from college and don’t have any other jobs. I’m also very intentional with making sure I’m on time! I like to keep the animals environment clean and controlled, meaning food and water bowls cleaned weekly, toys gathered before leaving, doors/gates where pets aren’t allowed shut and locked, and any possible pet accidents attended to (pee, poop, throw up).

About: Grew up with dogs. Had a cat. Love animals. Babysit my daughter’s dogs. Don’t have any of my own animals right now, so I can take care of other people‘s dogs or cats! I’m available all days from morning till three in the afternoon or for overnights and boarding . I can be flexible with my schedule because I am retired. I love walking dogs. I watch my daughter’s dogs quite a bit. We’ll go on walks. Have a big back yard so they can run and play in the backyard. They can sit in my lap in the house, we can play with their toys! I have a fenced backyard. I live on a quiet street. I enjoy going on walks with dogs. I don’t have any animals right now so I can take care of other people’s dogs. I used to have two dogs and a cat. They all lived to old age.

About: I’ve taken care of pets basically my whole life, no matter what type of fur baby I will give them love and affection while you’re gone. Currently I’m on the job hunt so my schedule may be changing soon hopefully. I do have some weekends i have drill with the army I do sadly have a reactive pupper, but I will happily walk your dog for however long they want to walk. If you have a fenced in yard I will sit back there with them and watch them.

About: I have spent 14 years managing pet stores; I’ve been certified in pet nutrition, bathing and training. I am also a trained and certified neonatal foster for the humane society of greater Kansas City. I am very comfortable with administering medication both oral and injections as I’ve had vast experience with my own fur babies. I have taken many courses in pet nutrition as well as pet first aid. Animals are my passion and my career. I was running a specialty pet store and spent my work days helping pet parents take the best care of their furry friends until I recently had my son. Outside of working I help local shelter with adoption events and fostering. At home I take care of 3 sweet kitties and our rescue Lab. Pets are my passion. I do not take bookings past 8:30pm because of my son’s sleep schedule but the app does now allow for this to be reflected on the calendar. We have a secure home with 3 cats who have met many fosters over the years and a friendly playful lab who thinks the cats are her best friend. We have a very secure fenced yard which we recently had a 6ft privacy fence installed to keep our girl safe. We also have a multi level home and crates and gates to help make safe spaces for the pets. We currently aren’t doing in home boarding as our Lab has been unpredictable with my friends dogs recently and we just want to be cautious.

About: I’ve always had animals in my house growing up! Cats, dogs (big and small), hamsters, etc. I have two cats and a dog of my own as well! Anytime a family or friend need their fur babies watched they call me! Can’t wait to meet your fur baby! I am a student but I am only in class for about 12 hours a week! So I’m flexible and available for most peoples schedules! I am very very familiar with dogs and cats and know how to deal with them. I also know that most animal parents do certain things their own way and however you want your fur baby cared for I will do!

About: Teddy Bear and I love to have dog guests in our home-we make the most out of every pet adventure! We love having your pets sleep in our bed with us and we have the best time together! There is plenty of space to zoom around in and plenty of toys we have accumulated over 4 years. I am currently scouting for the perfect location for Teddy Bear's Palace Pet Resort, and in the meantime, you can lock yourself into a founder's rate while at my apartment! We have a large a luxurious backyard, and our walk-out to the backyard basement apartment is large, running the run length of the ranch house above. The apartment was originally a daycare with the previous owners, so while there is a "three pod" system between the bedroom, living room and kitchen if need be to separate the pets, we are able to leave the inside doors open the majority of the time for the dogs to explore at their comfort level. Note: on the off chance that two UN-fixed pets of the separate gender are being boarded at the same time, I will have to utilize the pod scenario and keep them separate. Currently, Teddy Bear and I accept up to two-three families at a time, with an adaptable number of dogs per family based on size, temperament and needs. I have experience as a Paramedic as well as Armed Security Officer securing property. My paramedic skills have come in handy in taking care of dogs with special needs and my security experience helps keep everyone safe, whether I’m house-sitting or boarding. Until we buy a place for a Pet Resort to do this FT, I do take some gigs outside of the home, but I’m generally not gone longer than 3-5 hours and these are flexible if your fur baby has higher level needs! Just communicate directly! If a scheduling conflict arises, particularly during drop off and pick up times, I do have relationships with 2 other Rover providers in which they can help “check in” or “check out” your fur baby at my place! DOGS ARE MY FAVORITE PEOPLE! And cats are cuddly lovers too, I just tend to see less of them :) I have a large amount of availability to care for your fur babies and treat them/love them as my own, as much as I love Teddy Bear! I love to play with the fur babies! We can walk, play, go to dog parks, etc...if you have a membership at Bar K and are comfortable with me taking your dog, please let me know and leave the check-in tag. When I board, I use cameras in my home (working on finding a provider who will allow client access for 24/7 view of your fur babies) as an added assurance for everyone's comfort. When housesitting, I encourage clients to use surveillance to their comfort (I do ask for disclosure of this recording for obvious reasons but don’t mind at all!).
