About: I have loved and owned animals as long as I can remember. I was raised with dogs, and other small animals! My daughter and I lost our Ollie in August 2022 at 4 years old to lung cancer and would love to care for your pet until we are ready for our next family member. I am comfortable taking care of pets of any age. I can provide food and water bowls, blankets, dog beds, stuffed toys, and I have a medium size kennel. All you need to bring is food, treats, leash/harness and any special comfort items. My daughter loves to go outside every chance she gets so they will have a lot of outside time when the weather permits. They will be allowed to roam the house as they want and are allowed on furniture – like I said- spoiled. I love to send pictures while you are gone to share their adventures while they are here. I work from home so I will be around a majority of the time to play and take care of your family member while they are here. I have a fenced in yard – it is a short fence so fence jumpers are probably not the best fit for me. We can crate them when we are gone if needed and will do our best to stick to their regular routine.

Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy, so I naturally build it into my day rather than trying to squeeze it in. I like having a flexible routine that lets me give each pet real attention instead of rushing in and out. Most days, I plan around morning and evening visits when pets are usually most active or need their routine care. That might mean feeding, fresh water, litter box cleanup, potty breaks, or just spending a little time playing or keeping them company so they don’t feel lonely. I also like checking in with owners so they feel connected and reassured while they’re away. On a weekly basis, I organize my schedule so I can be consistent and dependable for each pet I’m caring for. I make sure there’s enough space in my routine to show up on time, follow instructions closely, and give every animal the same level of care and attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely—feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any specific house rules—so your pet feels secure in their familiar environment. I also make sure doors, gates, and any escape risks are always checked and secured before and after each visit. I take time to build trust with each pet at their own pace, especially shy or anxious animals. I approach calmly, respect their boundaries, and let them come to me when they’re ready. For more energetic pets, I make sure they get safe, positive outlets for play and exercise.

About: Grew up with dogs. Had a cat. Love animals. Babysit my daughter’s dogs. Don’t have any of my own animals right now, so I can take care of other people‘s dogs or cats! I’m available all days from morning till three in the afternoon or for overnights and boarding . I can be flexible with my schedule because I am retired. I love walking dogs. I watch my daughter’s dogs quite a bit. We’ll go on walks. Have a big back yard so they can run and play in the backyard. They can sit in my lap in the house, we can play with their toys! I have a fenced backyard. I live on a quiet street. I enjoy going on walks with dogs. I don’t have any animals right now so I can take care of other people’s dogs. I used to have two dogs and a cat. They all lived to old age.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

I do live on the second floor so dogs will need to be able to go up and down stairs. I work remotely and can accommodate most schedules. I am able to walk early mornings, mid day and any time in the evenings as needed. I am able to walk as often as needed. Pets are treated like family and allowed on furniture as lomf as they aren’t chewers and pretty much have free range.

About: I have always had a love for all kinds of animals. Ive enjoyed watching family and friends pets as well as caring for my own pets in my apartment. I'd love to get to know you and your unique pet and make them feel even more loved and appreciated. I have past background knowledge on pet nutrition,hygiene and behavior traits. I am currently starting school in March to gain my pharmacy technician certification, I would have open availability to provide assistance for you and your pets. I do have a dog with me, her name is Maze. Maze is a rescue, she stays in my room and going on walks multiple times a day as well as dog parks, she would love to have a friend. Maze eats 2 times a day once in the morning and once in the evening with a snack (can of tuna/shredded chicken) in the afternoon. Maze talks walks in a harness to provide safely,we do have an extra! I have cats as well, the are allowed to freely roam around with little latches that keep bedroom doors open just enough for them to go in and out, they are also fed twice a day with wet food and have dry kibble out for free feeding through the day, since they have smaller stomachs they eat more frequently, howver the dry food is only filled once it runs out completely, the cats also have a running water fountain as well as other water bowls on elevated surfaces. Their are plenty of pet beds,toys and treats, if their are any allergies please let me know!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own and have been caring for dogs for over 10 years. I have experience at a dog boarding/daycare facility as well as boarding in my own home. I am currently unavailable on weekends but, I can care for your fur babies during the week before and after work! Monday-Friday 6a-8a and 2:30p-9p I do walks and drop in visits. Please let me know if I can bring treats! (and any allergies) I am comfortable walking 2-3 dogs at a time if you are a multi-dog household. If boarding, I have a fenced in back yard and a dog door that I open/close as needed. I have 3 dogs to keep yours company and to play with for their stay.

About: As an Australian Shepherd owner, I understand the needs of high-energy dogs. I’ve also used Rover for my own dog, which taught me exactly what i do and don’t want for a pet sitter. Because of that, I make it a priority to provide the kind of care that I would want for my own dog. My goal is to make your pet feel loved, comfortable, and well-exercised while you’re away. I’ll provide plenty of playtime, attention, and photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. 🥰 I’m currently studying online to get my teaching certificate, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your animals at whatever time you would prefer! I am available 7 days a week as i can study whenever and wherever. :) I am unable to host pets in my home, but I am happy to care for them in theirs! As a pet owner myself, I know every animal has their own routine and preferences. When I leave my own fur baby, I’m definitely the person who leaves a detailed list of instructions. If that’s you, I promise to follow them carefully and make sure your pet receives the same level of care and attention they’re used to. If you’re more laid-back, that’s perfectly fine too! My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Casey and I have three dogs and three cats. I would love to help you care for your animals! I’ve gone through obedience training with each of my own dogs and love incorporating it into walks. I’m a substitute teacher and love spending my time walking dogs. I usually choose to sub a couple days a week and walk or do drop ins the other days! When walking dogs I make sure to check the weather and watch the pups body language. I also know walking on a leash can be difficult for some dogs and I have worked with my own dogs on pulling and reactivity.

About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to gerbils, hamsters and fish. Even as a young child I was primarily responsible for most of the routine daily pet care. I'm a trained CNA with applicable caregiving skills. I also have extensive experience as a shelter volunteer having walked the dog and played with them as well as socializing the cats. I'm currently self employed as a home care aide and wish to take care of animals in between assignments or during days off. I do not have any responsibilities that would interfere with me taking care of your fur babies. I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a yard stake. I live in a townhouse with an open grass backyard. I regularly take my dog to The Liberty, MO Stockdale dog park and can take yours there too if that's your preference. If you wish I can walk your dog as many times per day as you prefer. My neighborhood has paved sidewalks and walking paths that I routinely use to walk my dog daily. I have one cat and one dog and each get along with other cats and dogs very well but should there be any unforeseen issue, I can put your pet in my spare bedroom. I also own a wire dog crate for large dogs. I can crate your pet in your home or my home if you wish me to. I will take care of him or her in whichever way you prefer. I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. I can do everything from long or short walks, taking them outside for potty breaks, administering food or medicine, playtime, etc.

About: I have never lived a day my 34 years without at least one pet to my name, usually dogs and cats. I have taken care of dogs and cats through every stage of life -- from delivering puppies to training competitive hunting dogs and providing palliative care for aging pets. I have a medical background and am comfortable with basic medical care. I work at home and am generally home the entire day. I have total flexibility over my schedule so it's easy for me to adjust to last-minute changes. I live in a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a very animal-friendly complex with plenty of residential streets and parks for long walks and fun.
