About: Grew up with dogs (dachshunds, German Shepard, mutts) . Have 3 grand dogs (Quinn & Archie, Jack Russells, Maggie tree hound), who I love spending time with back in Massachusetts. Unfortunately we recently lost Quinn due to age and illness. I know he is waiting at the Rainbow bridge for us along with Sasha, Truffles, Harry, Solo, Skippy, Maestra, Toi, Chichi, Heathcliff and the other birds, turtle, goldfish that I loved in the past. I miss being with them and would love to spend time with dogs again. For past 24 years have been mother to several cats who are my furry children. I understand that dogs are not just our pets, but family members that you love like children. I am also available for cat sitting, including feeding, brushing, playing, cleaning litter boxes.

About: Over the past four years, I've gained extensive experience in caring for dogs. I've successfully rescued and trained Harley and temporarily fostered Snoop until finding him a loving home. It's rare for me to only have one dog in my household, as I'm often looking after a friend's dog when I'm not caring for a Rover dog. Harley and I thoroughly enjoy making new friends, especially when they're furry and four-legged. As someone who works from home, I have the flexibility and time to welcome new furry friends into my life. I am excited to offer my services for pet sitting, whether it's for dogs or cats. Your pets will receive all the attention and affection they deserve while you’re away. I can’t wait to connect with you and ensure that your pets have a fantastic experience. Let’s create some wonderful moments together—we'll have a great time! I have a spacious, fenced-in back patio that offers an inviting environment for dogs to move around freely and engage in playful activities. This area is perfect for them to stretch their legs, chase after toys, or simply relax in the sun. Additionally, there's a large fenced yard located nearby (you can check out the picture in the gallery), along with plenty of open green spaces that are ideal for enjoyable walks and playtime. I understand that each dog has its own preferences, whether they enjoy leisurely strolls around the neighborhood or prefer to stay close to home. I am committed to following your instructions and ensuring that your dog's needs are met. Under my attentive supervision, your furry friend will have the freedom to be active, explore their surroundings, and enjoy the outdoors in a safe and secure environment. For overnight stays, your dog will be accommodated in my cozy second bedroom, which is thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable daybed, a play mat, soft blankets, and a variety of toys to keep them entertained (picture in gallery) If you need any additional items or specific arrangements to make your pup feel at home, please don't hesitate to ask—I have various supplies available to ensure a delightful stay for your furry companion.

About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life, so I genuinely understand what it means to care for them as part of the family. My professional background further strengthens this passion: I've worked as a kennel technician, a vet assistant, and I'm currently a vet tech. Plus, I have experience pet sitting, so I'm comfortable stepping into that role. This means I'm not just a dog lover, but also skilled in understanding canine behavior, providing proper care, and recognizing any health needs. And when I’m at home, I take great care of my own fur babies too. It's clear that my love and passion for animals shines through in everything I do! Your pets' safety and well-being will always be my top priority. When I'm caring for pets in a client's home, the focus is on maintaining their familiar routine and environment as much as possible. I'll come to your home for scheduled visits or overnight stays, making sure your dogs and cats stick to their usual feeding schedule, walks, playtime, and cuddle time. This minimizes stress for them. I also take care of other household tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, and ensuring the house looks lived-in for security. Again, my vet tech experience means I'm adept at spotting any health concerns, administering medications, and providing a high level of observant, compassionate care. In both scenarios, regular communication with you, including updates and photos, is a priority so you always know your furry family members are happy and well cared for.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
