About: I have loved and cared for many types of animals for most of my life. I grew up with a Boxer, a bunny, 2 cats, and a parrot. My family always adopted fur friends that needed our love. Later, I would gravitate towards professions that were heavily animal centered, from equine handling and care, general farm animal care, and even exotic animals such as reptiles (lizards, snakes, tortoises, etc) and birds. My last long term work was an animal handler in a learning environment where I could educate kids in an up close setting where they could interact with animals and learn how important they are to us all. I know CPR for both Large and Small breeds and am knowledgeable in administering medications. I look forward to meeting your cat or dog, and will give them all the love and care they would get from you. Please, feel free to reach out with any questions, I'd be happy to help. I am currently taking time off of work and would love to fill my days spending time with your fur baby. I love taking walks and playing fetch, or just a leasuirly stroll to sniff around the neighborhood, whichever your pet prefers. I live in a quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. There aren't fences, so dogs will be kept on leash while outside. There is plenty of space for long calm walks and large grassy areas for a good leg stretch. There are also dog parks around my area we can drive to for some off-leash fun, or, some quiet trails to enjoy. If you have certain preferences or routines for your pet that you would like me to follow I am all the more happy. While staying in your home I am capable of following whatever routines you have set for potty breaks, meals, brushing, etc. And please feel free to ask me anything.

“Jaclyn did an amazing job and our kitties loved her so much! She was reliable and responsive even with last minute changes that I had to make. We will book her again!”

“Kiley did a great job. Reliable and attentive. Our cat was very happy when we got back but did not seem anxious or upset. She sometimes is when we have gone away in the past. Highly recommend Kiley.”

“Ms Laura is amazing! She makes being away from my babies much easier and often goes above and beyond in her visitation notes. She is kind, communicative, and often able to accommodate last minute visits. Highly recommend!”

“Kristen was great and the cats liked her”

“Olivia is awesome! Our door was stuck shut when she arrived, but she communicated effectively and went above and beyond to make sure our furry friends got the care they needed!!! She rocks!!”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jennifer! She took care of our cat, Hudson, while we were away, and she was incredibly accommodating with our last-minute changes. Her thoughtful updates were adorable and reassured us that Hudson was in great hands. She went above and beyond to make Hudson feel comfortable and at ease during our absence. We would absolutely book with Jennifer again in the future! Highly recommend!”

About: What sets me apart is my deep love for animals and hands-on experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I have two dogs of my own who are truly part of the family, so I understand how important it is to provide attentive, loving care. Whether it’s training a playful pup or gently supporting an older dog, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I work fully remote, which means I’m home all day to give your pup the attention they deserve. I understand how important it is not to leave them alone for long and to ensure they’re safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times. My own dogs sleep in my room and are treated like family—and your pup will be too. Being home allows me to provide the kind of consistent care and companionship that helps dogs feel secure, loved, and right at home. In my home, your pets will be welcomed into a warm, safe, and loving environment where they’ll receive constant attention, playtime, and gentle care—just like my own. I understand how important our pets are to us, and I’m committed to treating yours like family. I’ll also provide regular updates and as much communication as you need, so you can feel completely at ease while you're away.

About: I have experience caring for a wide range of pets, especially larger dogs and lots of cats. I’m comfortable with high-energy breeds and understand the needs of both playful and more independent animals. Whether it’s keeping up with a big dog’s exercise needs or making sure a cat feels safe and comfortable, I always focus on giving each pet the attention and care they deserve. I’ll bet best to do in morning as I’m still in college and I work at sunset club on plumb island as a line cook. I always make sure pets feel safe, whether I’m in their home or they’re in mine. I follow routines closely, give them space to feel comfortable, and keep everything clean and secure. I respect the pet’s personality and the owner’s preferences, and I treat every home with care and professionalism.

“Vikki was wonderful! I had no concerns or stresses leaving my cats (and chickens!) in her care while we were away. She was great about sending updates and clearly all the animals loved her!”

“Bridget is so reliable and was absolutely awesome with my cat. I would highly recommend her.”

About: I have owned pets since I was 3 years old. I grew up with multiple large and small dogs in the house, as well as cats, chickens, rats, and parakeets. I also have extensive experience caring for horses, ponies, donkeys, mules, goats, sheep, and more and have been around farm animals since I was 8 years old. Throughout my life, I have been responsible for walking, feeding, bathing, brushing, training, etc the animals in my home. I also have experience working with sick/injured animals and animals that require special attention, treatment, medications, etc. Growing up with animals means that I am comfortable with animals in all stages of life, from puppy to senior. I adore animals, and always have, and I am looking forward to bringing my skills, passion, and enthusiasm to your family! I am currently a college student and so, at this time, I am only available for pet care during vacations (late December - January, late May - August). I work part-time during vacations but I have a flexible work schedule and have availability most days of the week! I am comfortable walking, feeding, watering, letting out to potty, cleaning litter boxes or pee pads, crating animals, brushing, and, of course, giving plenty of cuddles and affection! I am flexible and am willing to accommodate most pet care needs!

“Chelsea Alfredson is a member of my family and I have known her for the past 37 years. I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Chelsea both as an individual and as a professional in the role providing animal care. To highlight some of her skills, such as animal handling, Chelsea has a diverse portfolio and long-standing history working with different types of animals ranging anywhere from domesticated animals such as household pets (cats and dogs etc.) to exotic animals such as peacocks, parrots, crocodiles, snakes, amphibians, chinchillas, arachnids, and farm animals such as horses, chickens, and pigs. Chelsea is passionate about working with animals and she has a unique ability to understand and respond to animal behavior, including recognizing signs of stress, illness, or aggression. As necessary for the care of your animals she is able to provide first aid, emergent care and basic healthcare needs such as administering medication. A top priority for her is to maintain a very clean and sanitary and appropriate environment for your animal. Chelsea is a trustworthy individual who is more than happy to care for your animal while also engaging in enrichment activities that provide mental and physical stimulation. She enjoys feeding, grooming, exercising, playing and having fun with your animals. Chelsea‘s customer service skills and communication abilities with pet owners is unparalleled.
