About: I am an active and athletic individual who will provide exercise and care for your dog while you are away. I will give them the attention they need! I am available all summer until I start college in the fall. I am attending college locally and will adjust my schedule when my classes start. I will be on time and respectful of your dog and your propery. I will listen to your instructions and be sure to follow them for your dog's safety and happiness.

About: I have worked intensively for 3 years in dog daycare with as many as 30 dogs in a room. Before that I’ve always been an avid dog owner and caretaker for as long as I can remember. I work mornings during the week, so I am available after 1:30 pm weekdays. I am very punctual and reliable, and deeply care for a dogs wellbeing! I prefer to care for pets in a client’s home, although I’m sure there can be some exceptions, although I don’t have a huge amount of space

About: I am a cat lover, cat owner, and cat shelter volunteer. I love small dogs too! I will follow your directions and give them love. I work at a school, so my summers are free to watch your pets. In September, my hours will be more limited to evenings and weekends. I will follow your instructions exactly. I understand that every animal has its quirks and its own personality. I am always gentle, kind, and patient.

About: I'm Anthony. I am a native Jersey Boy and I love animals (especially dogs). I currently do not have a dog. I am in the process of applying to volunteer at a local animal shelter, and have decided to also sign up for Rover to [word] my love for animals. I grew up with both small (yorkies, Maltese's, silkies, and Pomeranians) and large dogs (Boxers). I am particularly fond of small lap dogs and I have owned 3 Pomeranians myself (Bear, Lionel, & Samson!). I am a very responsible pet-owner and sitter who works remotely at a large hospital in NYC. My experience with small dogs is extensive. I've had no problem waking up in the middle of the night raising my puppies and feeding them to prevent hypoglycemia. I've also trained dogs to use both pee pads and to go potty outdoors (a feat that was very impressive to several Veterinarians!). And, as a marathoner, I enjoy walking, jogging, and running with all dogs or an energetic play session in my apartment. Additionally, as a previous owner of pure-bred dogs, I am familiar with breed specific medical conditions and as a healthcare worker am well equipped to administer medication and monitor health concerns and/or issues. For larger dogs, as I am a runner, I enjoy tiring them out (if okay with the owner). I grew up leash training out boxers to jog alongside me. I lead a very active lifestyle, and am a fan of including dogs in the lifestyle (if okay with the owner). As Westfield is a very walkable city, I enjoy taking doggos to coffee shops or dinner al fresco. I work from home 100%. I am a Manager for an NYC Hospital and work 9am - 5pm. I am very active (early morning runs, late evening runs) and am well-equipped to tend and care for dogs with my full attention. We live in an apartment with no other pets and we are fine accommodating your dog's permanent home environment and routine. We have a crate and dog gates.

About: I love animals! I’m a dog mom to a rescue American Pitbull Terrier who is the love of my life! I previously was a dog mom to my other love Goldendoodle Millie who crossed the rainbow bridge due to cancer. I’ve fostered over 25 dogs & have experience cat sitting as well. Animals are my happy place and I love babying and caring for them. As such, I’d like to offer my services to keep your pets happy with cuddles and smooches while you’re away from them. I have a genuine connection with animals & would love to help them feel less lonely while you’re away. I’ve seen all different energy levels and weight levels up to 80 pounds. I’m currently a volunteer with a shelter (have volunteered with various shelters over 7 years) and would be happy to share my experience or provide any information if you have any interest! My prices might be a bit high, but I know I provide excellent service, am a hard worker, and have a genuine love of animals so I think I’m worth it! I’m willing to keep your pet company up to 4 hours at a time! I do work a full time job from 8am to 5:30pm but I’m available after work at 5:30pm and both Saturday and Sunday all day! If you’re close to me, I can drop by during lunch. From being a foster mom to homeless dogs, I’m very cognizant of the safety of animals. I know dogs especially can be easily spooked so I ensure that I have a firm grip on the leash with it wrapped once around my wrist. I talk to animals, both cats and dogs, like they’re babies! I’m very much guilty of having a baby voice, but I feel the animals love and respond to it!
