“Emily was absolutely amazing! Nuggy has a bit of separation anxiety and I could tell she felt very comfortable right when we got there. She was able to run around and play with other dogs all day and I know she had a great time. It is very easy to see Emily loves all these dogs and treats them as if they are her own. I will absolutely use Emily again the next time Nuggy needs a sitter.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs at every life stage, from puppies to seniors, with a variety of breeds and temperaments. Right now, I have a small breed senior who is still fairly active. I am typically at home, have a flexible schedule, and am available for drop-offs on short notice. Just let me know how I can assist! Your dog will have free range of the living areas, with regular supervised visits to the enclosed backyard, and will be walked at least twice daily or as often as requested.
“Susan was great! We were in from out of town and realized last minute that we needed someone to watch our sweet girl Reese and she really came through! She was flexible with pick up and drop off and Reese warmed right up to her. She also had an endless stash of treats :) and was great about sending updates and photos through out the day. We’re so appreciative! We definitely recommend her if you’re in New Orleans!”

“Tayler was amazing. My dog Lacey always get separation anxiety and tends to cry when I leave and is a little lack lister but Tayler was one of the few that was able to get her to eat her dinner. Lacey usually will not eat unless I or my husband feeds her, but Lacey was happy to stay with Tayler. Thanks for taking such great care of our “baby”.”

“Wendy always goes above and beyond! She makes sure my pup is safe, entertained and happy. Not only does she make sure Daisy is having fun with play, but she also practices commands and sends updates throughout the stay. I’m always appreciative of Wendy’s communication and attention to detail, and I know Daisy will be back for many more play dates!”

“Millie had an amazing time!! We could tell she had a fun day! The pictures and video showed her having a great time at Margarida’s! We knew she would be in good hands!”

“Christopher was wonderful. He watched our dogs very last minute when we were visiting town and made them feel right at home. If we lived in New Orleans, we’d frequent him as a dogsitter, highly recommend!”

About: I am a dog and cat lover, who believes every furry friend is actually a family member. I’m very prompt, honest, and detail oriented. I’ve had dogs my entire life and everything about them warms my heart! I am excited to become your favorite dog sitter/walker. This has been my favorite hobby since college and my own pup loves that I share the love with other waggin’ tails on my off days from the theatre. :) A fun fact about me is that I actually have been a vegetarian for 15 years! It all started when I was a child who wanted to become a veterinarian for all animals and “couldn’t eat my patients!” While I’m not a vet, my heart is still open to every dog, cat, cow, or lamb. I am able to take constructive criticism and willing to adapt to however your family works. Does your pet love a particular game? a specific rub? Does he/she make a mess sometimes? That’s okay! I’m excited to get to know you and them! Thank you for your time and hope to see y’all soon. I work a 5 day theatre schedule so I have open availability Mondays/Tuesdays and other early mornings (8am to noon) throughout the week (Wednesdays through Sunday). When I’m in Texas I’m way more flexible! I like to know what parts of the home are best for your pet to feel comfortable and where I can sit to be comfortable as well.

Amanda was fantastic! She took care of our dog, Leo, on short notice while we were visiting New Orleans so we could enjoy some dinner reservations worry-free. She was incredibly accommodating and welcomed Leo into her home like one of her own. He clearly felt comfortable and happy there—especially since she even had a stuffed Lamb Chop toy waiting for him! We’re so grateful for her flexibility and the care she showed. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a kind, reliable sitter!

Being on vacation in New Orleans, we needed a dog sitter for the day. Susan took excellent care of our dog, Jay. It was only the second time we had ever taken him to a sitter, normally we have a sitter come to us and watch him in his familiar surroundings. We were happy to see that he was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Thanks Susan for taking good care of Jay!
Laura was fantastic, and we had no worries about leaving Fika in her very capable hands. She carefully managed the introduction of the dogs to each other so there were no issues, and sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day to make sure we didn’t worry.

We are so incredibly grateful to Quiana for taking such amazing care of our dogs while we attended my aunt’s wedding in New Orleans! From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease, her calm, caring energy was exactly what our pups needed. She sent updates, photos, and made sure they were loved and comfortable while we were away. It meant the world to us to be able to fully enjoy the celebration knowing our dogs were in such good hands. Quiana is trustworthy, professional, and truly has a heart for animals. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter!
