Etta was so patient, calm and kind helping both our dog and us through the process. She sent us multiple texts and photo updates throughout the day which also made my girls smile knowing Bali was in good hands. Upon our return Etta provided homemade dog artwork for the girls (made especially for them from Bali). It was such a wonderful gift to remember the day and Etta!
