7. Olivia S.
About: I've taken care of dogs/pets my whole life, my passion only grew larger for them as I grew older. They are truly the heart of the world and they give us the motivation to keep pushing forward. Not only do I have personal experience caring and medicating animals, but I also have experience dealing with aggressive dogs as well as previous experience working in a kennel/doggy-daycare where I cared for, walked, and medicating cats and dogs in my daily routine. I am also going to NC State currently, going to be a junior in the fall, majoring in animal science which has provided me with so much knowledge on animals and how to best care for them, ranging many species but specializing in companion animals. I'm currently out of college for summer break so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry family members and make sure they get the best experience possible while you're away. Personally, I have 2 cats and share 2 more and a dog with a disability with my mom so for me, pet care is a normal daily routine and therefore other forms of pet care are no hassle to add on and I'd love to help out and make sure you and your pet are getting what's best for the both of you! Having companion animals of my own, I know how worrisome it can become when you leave your door open to a stranger, especially with your furry friend's life at hand. Just know I would never treat an animal, person, or home with any type of disrespect nor would I ever imagine doing so. I treat others' things as my own and I'd say I keep things pretty organized and clean. Also, it is important to know that I am not only an animal enthusiast but I am also an animal welfare enthusiast and would do anything in my power to keep your furry friend safe under my watch.

9. Barber F.

“Could not be happier that we found Barber on this site. She was so caring and gentle as our new girl got used to her and so helpful with tips as it was our first time using a service. Charlotte is so excited to see her and could not recommend her more.”

10. Emily H.
About: Let me begin by saying I LOVE animals. My family and I have always had dogs and cats ever since I was a child. I have experience in house sitting and caring for multiple dogs at a time, as well as administering medication. As an owner of a 7 year old German Shepherd named Oliver, and his younger siblings that are 4 year old German Shepherd/Husky mixes named Mango and Wylie, I completely understand the hesitancy in trusting a stranger to care for your fur babies. I love every dog like they are my own. I also have experience in taking care of cats and cats that are elderly. I had the opportunity to take ownership of a 20 year old cat, and I got to love and care for her for the last two years of her life. I am currently in between jobs and working towards a certification online. Which means, my availability to care for your pet is very flexible and will be able to give your pet the attention they need. I care for your pets with the utmost love, care and flexibility. If there are routines/rules in place, I will abide by them strictly, as I understand that sometimes diverting from those routines can be traumatic for your dog. Routines includes meal times, treats, walks, being let out to use the bathroom and playtime. If you are looking for photo updates as well, I’m more than happy to send those over.

11. Zahara C.

“Had to find a sitter at the last minute because my other one cancelled on me thee night before I was going to be leaving out of town. I was honestly freaking out because I did not think I would be able to find one with so little time left. But Zahara immediately responded and agreed to care of Ollie during those days. She was very sweet and even brought my mail inside for me and left it on the counter. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. I will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you”

12. Audrey H.

“We love having Audrey come help with our furbaby! We always get photos and a summary of the visit!”

13. Sarah S.

“Sarah is amazing! In the midst of a move, I forgot to confirm another sitter and didn’t realize it until the day prior. When I did confirm it, the sitter went silent so I was in a panic. Sarah had responded 2nd so I contacted her and she stepped right up and went above and beyond! My girl is already giving her kisses, so she’s got the touch! We love Sarah!!”

14. Haelie S.

“Winston and I will miss having Haelie around! She is a great person to watch over your animals. Very trustworthy, patient and kind. We thank you, Haelie!”

15. Tricia F.

“Today was the first time Tricia walked Daisy. She came and met with us last week and we immediately had peace of mind. She is so loving and Daisy accepted her immediately. We were so lucky to find her!!”

16. Alex M.

“Alex is great!!!”

17. Haley T.
“She has took care of my 3 large breed dogs on multiply occasions, gave them excellent care and lots of love I would recommend her to everyone ❤️”

18. Dave F.

“Dave was great and was very accommodating with my last-minute request. My dog is pretty shy with new people and he managed to get her to go out (that’s a big deal). I really appreciated Dave’s quick responses and the pictures! I will definitely reach out to him in the future.”

19. Kate J.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds since middle school! Every summer I would watch three different neighbors' pets for one to two weeks at a time. Since those summer jobs, I have pet-sat for many friends and professors all through college. I have played and cuddled with pups as small as teacup Yorkies all the way to the 110-pound Great Pyrenese pup of my friend. I also have experience administering Insulin for diabetic dogs and applying cream to the joints of pups with arthritis. I grew up with family dogs and I got my first "adult dog" when I went away for college. I absolutely adore my girl and love spending time with her on hikes, ice cream runs, and of course the good movie and cuddle binge! I would love to give your pet some extra love and cuddles while you're away or simply take them potty while you are at work! I am currently taking online Master's classes, so my schedule is very flexible. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding availability! I have one fur baby that gets along with any creature she meets. I also have a crate available if needed. I do live in an apartment, but my girl loves enjoying the balcony and gets plenty of walks as would your fur baby!

20. Savannah S.
“Savannah has been a very close friend of mine for over 9 years. Over these years of knowing them, my family and I have relied on them to watch our animals when we go out of town. We have two older dogs and one of them has extreme anxiety and needs. I often worry about my dogs being in the hands of other people but when Savannah can watch them, my anxiety is immediately lifted. Savannah won't only meet your animal's needs but become a close friend to them. Anytime Savannah comes to my house, my dogs get so excited to see them! It's important for animals to feel safe and comfortable when their owner is gone and Savannah does an excellent job at making them feel loved.”
