“Jenna and Shane were super sweet. They sent tons of pics every day of my girl, who got to play outside with their dog. They were communicative and friendly the whole time and were transparent and reassuring when I had questions. I'm definitely booking with them again if I need a sitter!”

“Candice is great. She was easy to communicate with and updated us daily with our puppy's adventure and included pictures. “Omg my doggy had the best stay with Ashley and her family. My boyfriend and I were out to visit friends for a day and then Greenville for vacay and my dog's daycare was closed on the 4th for boarding. I haven't used Rover in years but I was so glad to find Ashley's information. I worry when I have to leave my little guy anywhere but I felt like he would be in good hands with her. I got such a good vibe from her when he was dropped off and she gave me updates. My dog was returned to me happy and tired lol. I'll be using her services again when we are in the area. Thanks Ashley!”

“We had an excellent experience with Cinthia and Fernando. They took great care of our puppy, Zizou, and kept us updated with tons of pictures and videos. It made a huge difference seeing how happy and comfortable he was. We wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.”

“Jessica was incredible. We had a very last minute need and she was responsive, confident and we felt from the beginning that there wasn't a situation that she couldn't handle when it came to our dog. He can be a little anxiously attached and she didn't bat an eye. She was a godsend when we needed one!”

“Andrea kept my four month old pittie puppy for the day and took very good care of her! “Rebecca did a great job taking care of our Cavapoo. We are not from North Carolina and leaving our baby with someone we don’t know isn’t always ideal. We felt completely comfortable with Rebecca and her extensive background working with animals. Highly recommend her if you need a dog sitter in Greensboro!”

“Jared was a great pet sitter for my Westley. He was prompt in replying, friendly & seemed genuinely interested in caring for my little dog…an added bonus, he had a fenced in backyard to keep Westley safe. Westley was a happy pup when I picked him up!”

About: I’ve always grown up with animals in the home, a home isn’t a home unless you here the pitter patter of those paws of the floor. Dogs are at the heart of my being and unfortunately you can only have so many. But the best way I’ve found to experience the love of all kind of dogs are through the caring for of everyone else’s four legged friend. I’ve always watched and cared for others animals off and on as a side income and personal enjoyment; giving all the love and attention they need while their human is away. All the way back when I was in high school, many years ago, I discovered the love and care for others dogs when I worked for the groomers and it’s never stopped since. My sweet Winter departed in 2020 after 13 long and steady years by my side and while I haven’t yet been ready to give my full heart away I’ve found great healing, giving lots of love, walks, baths, ball games, and lots of snuggs, All welcomed with love. After 10 years working in the field of Art Education and Public Art Coordination I decided to take the leap and start my business, Swift & Dapper LLC. Life is never one size fit all and too short to accept anything less that extraordinary whether that’s personal style or grooming, spacial reconfiguration or custom built carpentry, curated interiors or stunning professional services you have specific needs and you deserve nothing less than what you need and then some. S&D is happy to offer paw-fessional pet services. With a home based operations that leaves plenty of time for swing by visits or stay-cations for your special friend. They’ll have all the attention they need and anything else to ensure a happy and paw-sitive care. Our four legged friends should always be at home and feel comfortable. Fresh running water, soft comfy rugs and beds, and lots of fluffy blankets for those that like to snuggle up on the sofa for a movie. Our backyard is large and fenced in, ready for fetch and play time. We are used to having little furry ones (especially our neighbor’s little ones) wandering around and keep it in the front of mind always. Instructions for specific care are much appreciated and followed to the ledger.
“Natalie and her husband took amazing care of my dogs!! They loved them like their own and sent me pictures and videos throughout the day showing me what they were doing. They walked them, fed them, played with them. They even picked them up and dropped them off because they knew we would be busy with our estate sale. I would highly recommend Natalie for all of your pet care needs! I would use her again immediately if the need arose!”

“Morgan and her family were absolutely AMAZING to my sweet pup! You can really tell that she (along with her children) really just love to care for animals. I was very satisfied with everything, my pup had two days of “day care” when my work schedule was extremely busy & my pup was so excited to go back the next day and see her family. Thank you again Morgan!”

About: I retired from teaching 5 years ago and have been caring for pets in their homes, cleaning litter boxes and taking dogs out for exercise during that time. I have personally owned 2 large dogs well into their senior years. I have had cats my entire life and still have one. I typically take care of cats and dogs when their owners are away; feeding, administering pills, cleaning litter boxes, exercising/playing with dogs, and playing/cuddling with cats. I believe these visits have been the most rewarding activities of my life. As a retired teacher, I am flexible to care for pets any day of the week. I am also willing to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s companion. I still have a cat of my own on whom I like to check at some point each day if staying nights at another pet owner’s home. Sometimes the owners I serve are away for 7-15 days at a time. I will send daily updates and pictures as well during your absence. I have been providing care for pets in the owners’ homes. I therefore water and feed the cats and dogs and administer pills, if needed. I clean litter boxes and tidy up, making sure pet hair, etc. is cleaned up. I get the mail and take out trash. I play/cuddle with the cats and exercise/play/cuddle with the dogs. I love to walk so I never get enough of walking dogs. I take extra precautions if dogs are anxious when I have to leave for a while, i.e., leave music or TV playing or do something special with the dogs before I leave. The dogs usually sleep in the bed with me and we become great friends.
“Laura is amazing. She has a big heart for dogs, and took great care of Brooks. Her communication about Brooks after his walk was perfect, and I will be using her agian!”

I also had a senior dog in my teens that I took care of. I have never met a critter I don’t love!! I’m currently a stay at home mom to my young daughter so I have plenty of time to pour all the love into your pup or kitty (or other!). My schedule is flexible to suit your needs and your fur baby’s preferences. I have a happy, friendly mid sized heeler pup who just loves other dogs and cats. I am happy to crate him if you are more comfortable with our critters not interacting while in my home, and of course, he will remain at my house while I care for your animals in your own home.

Whether your dog needs a cozy overnight partner or your cat needs a calm lap to settle in, I treat every pet like my own. I'd love to meet your furry family member! Feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a meet-and-greet. Being home full-time means your cat gets consistent, reliable care — no rushed visits squeezed between a busy schedule. I have the flexibility to accommodate early mornings, evenings, weekends, and last-minute requests. Your cat's routine stays intact because mine can adapt to theirs. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are my top priority. My experience as a Humane Society foster home means I've been vetted and trusted to care for vulnerable animals — so you can feel confident leaving your cat in my hands. I treat every home I enter with respect and every pet with the same love and attention I'd give my own.
About: I’ve always had pets growing up and have even trained a few of my own dogs. I’d be so happy to care for yours and give them lots of love. I am a stay at home mom so I have an open and flexible daily schedule, I enjoy early morning walks. I am also open for boarding on weekday or weekends. I have a fenced yard and plenty of space in my home for pets to feel comfortable. My cat can be kept separate if needed. I’m also available for house sitting if that’s preferred.
About: Hello everyone! Firstly, I’d like to say that I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. I do not reside in Kernersville, North Carolina. I’m not sure why my account is not updating my address. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. My name is Vera Mossed. Like I mentioned previously I live in Charlotte, NC. I have 2 pets of my own. 1 chihuahua mix and 1 Lab. I’ve had them for nearly a decade they keep me busy and I love them so much. I have about 2 years of experience with pet sitting. I want to get back into doing this gig just to get out more and have something to do. I believe a connection with a pet/ animal is a mix of joy and unconditional love. I can’t wait to meet each of you. Have a great day!

“Stephanie, Matt & their boys are amazing. Jake was very happy their while we were in the Spain & Italy for 18 days. They made him feel at home. I don't think he wanted to leave but did. Was Lost for a couple of days without the boys and dogs to play with. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend them to take great care of our Jake!”

“Benji was treated like part of the family and absolutely loved his time with your family. Thank you so much for taking great care of him, sending updates and allowing us to enjoy our time away. We will definitely be back!”

“I was so pleased with the care provided. Andrea was pleasant and patient with my guy, who is extremely energetic and can be a challenge. I most appreciated her positive attitude and strong communication.”

“They were great! I received daily updates with pictures, which I appreciated. It was so nice knowing she was well taken care of while I was away. I will definitely use them again.”

“Maribel and her sweet dog Molly were awesome! Our girl Emma has a bit of separation anxiety but Maribel was patient and caring for Emma to help her adjust. She always kept us in the loop with pictures and info on how things were going. Many thanks for taking such great care of our girl!”

“Jenna and Shane were super sweet. They sent tons of pics every day of my girl, who got to play outside with their dog. This is a big deal because my dog is normally apathetic towards other dogs, so to hear she was socializing meant a lot to me. They were communicative and friendly the whole time and were transparent and reassuring when I had questions. I'm definitely booking with them again if I need a sitter!”

“Dessie took great care of our dogs. She took them to the dog park and sent us updates daily. She also gave us a nice bag of treats, doggie bags, and a nice letter! I could tell my dogs were super happy with their stay and well taken care of”

“Amanda was amazing! We needed to book a sitter last minute and over 4th of July weekend at that and she was so accommodating. Not only was she great at communicating and sending updates, you could tell how happy our pup was during his stay from all the pictures! Will 100% rebook if we travel to Salem again, we had a great experience!”

“Another great stay! Jane, thank you for taking such good care of my pooch again and sending pics and video on a consistent basis. It reassured me that he was in good hands!”

“Jared is the best! He takes great care of my rescue who is an absolute handful at times! Jared has saved us several times being available short notice! We really appreciate how he shares photos, and keeps us posted!! I could not ask for a better pet sitter!”

“I found Christopher to be genuine, caring and professional. Rudy isn’t quick to warm up to people, and he adjusted well to Christopher’s home. Christopher seemed take each dog’s needs into account to make sure everyone was cared for comfortable.”

“Paisley was absolutely wonderful! She took the best care of Rocky while I was out of town. Great communication from the booking request to picking up Rocky. She was super flexible and easy to work with. I received daily updates and photos. I cannot recommend her enough.”

“Nicole did a great job of communicating - sending photos and videos. Brody was in great shape who e we picked him up and even tired out due to his fun playing with the other dogs. We would leave him with Nicole again when needed.”

About: I have over four years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog, including managing illnesses, administering medications, and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. Through this experience, I’ve learned to pay close attention to canine behavior and body language, allowing me to pick up on subtle cues about a dog’s comfort, needs, and emotions. I understand how to respond calmly in emergency situations and how to help dogs feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether it’s encouraging a dog to eat, maintaining their routine, or simply providing companionship, I approach every dog with patience, attentiveness, and genuine compassion. I truly see dogs as family members and believe they deserve the same respect, kindness, and care that we give to people. My goal is to make every dog feel loved, secure, and understood while they’re in my care. As a therapist who works from home, I am able to provide consistent supervision and attention throughout the day. My schedule includes regular breaks, allowing me to attend to your dog’s needs, offer potty breaks, playtime, walks, affection, and companionship without long periods of separation. My home has a fenced yard for safe outdoor time, as well as multiple rooms that can be used to give dogs their own space when needed. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and are treated like part of the family, creating a comfortable, home-like environment rather than a kennel atmosphere. Most importantly, I will be home the entire time your dog is in my care, ensuring they receive attentive supervision, comfort, and companionship throughout their stay.
“Lisa and her sweet dogs were a huge help with a last minute stay at her house. Lisa was super accommodating as well with an early drop off! She did a great job taking care of my active pup who can be anxious as well in new surroundings. Thank you so much!”
“Nelcy was fantastic! She kept our two high-energy Aussies, and everything was great. She sent pictures and updates throughout the week and went out of her way to make our dogs comfortable. We would definitely board with her again in the future and recommend her to other pet parents looking for a reliable sitter.”
