“Lutisa was absolutely amazing with my dog! From the moment I dropped her off, I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in great hands. She sent daily pictures and updates, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog had plenty of playtime, attention, and care. It’s clear that Lutisa truly loves what she does. I will definitely be booking with her again for future vacations! ♥️ Bethune”

“Jenna & Shane jumped in when another sitter ghosted me. Communicated clearly and promptly. Helped out when we had travel problems and couldn't get home on the scheduled date. Dogs were happy. Will use again.”

“Maribel was an incredible sitter for my dog, Gumbeaux. She was incredibly responsive, sent daily updates with pictures and was very willing to work with my schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing boarding for their dog.”

“Ellie and Karson welcomed our pup like he was their own! He was so happy during his stay and we were provided plenty of pictures and updates. Absolutely recommend this couple to anyone needing care for their fur-baby!”

“Holly and her family are the best! This was the first time we left our pup with someone since adopting her, but she cared for Sydney like her own! I truly appreciated the frequent updates and pictures to let me know she was doing great. I know Sydney will be excited to go back to their house and get spoiled in the future.”

“Jane was so wonderful with my dog. After meeting with her, I knew Dixie was going to be in great hands. I received a lot of updates throughout my trip, and I could see on the pictures that Dixie was acting like she was at home. Jane understood her personality really well, so I highly recommend her to anyone who feels anxious leaving their pet for a short or long period of time. I already have her booked for my next trip. Jane was also extremely accommodating with the pick up time. After my flight back home got canceled, she understood the circumstances and told me not to worry about Dixie, that she was going to be taken care of. That was such a relief, and so appreciated. Thank you Jane for taking such great care of Dixie!”

“Thank you again for yet another wonderful stay for our dogs! They love staying with Erica and her family and are very well taken care of when they are there.”

“Excellent!! Gabrielle watched our 2 Yorkies when we took a trip overseas. She was attentive and kept us updated with how our pups were doing and sent pictures regularly. This gave us peace of mind while we were halfway across the globe. When we returned from our trip and picked up our dogs, it was obvious they had been well taken care of. I highly recommend Gabrielle. We will definitely book with her again!”

“Gina did a great job taking care of my dog, Moon! She was reliable, caring, and kept me updated while I was away. Moon was happy and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend her and would book with her again!”

“Pat took my baby in an emergency situation. She worked with me and went out of her way to make sure that my baby was taken care of. She gave me good updates and communicated with me so I would not worry for this was a first time my baby had to stay with someone that she didn't know. She was wonderful, and I would definitely ask her to keep my baby again.”

“Amanda was amazing! We needed to book a sitter last minute and over 4th of July weekend at that and she was so accommodating. Not only was she great at communicating and sending updates, you could tell how happy our pup was during his stay from all the pictures! Will 100% rebook if we travel to Salem again, we had a great experience!”

“Rebecca took amazing care of Boomer!! Great communication and she sent pictures and videos throughout of walks and play time. She has a large fenced in backyard that is perfect. She went the extra mile of helping him eat when he was initially a little nervous. We will definitely book with Rebecca again and really appreciate the great care!!”

“My puppy developed blood shot red eyes during his last visit with Catherine & Alvaro. Catherine applied a cool compress to his face, quickly notified me & continued to give me updates until I could pick him back up. Luckily, it was just allergies. Glad to know that she will act quickly if something is wrong with my dog!”

He loves the children and the children loves him. We wanted him to be in an environment similar to our home and found that here with Carrie. Thank you so much! If I ever need help again, I’m always going to bring him here. She gave him a bath and even dried him up for us. He certainly was spoiled!”

“Stephanie was awesome. I was nervous because it was Milo’s first time being boarded. She reassured me and embraced him right away. She sent texts during his stay and a picture to let me know how he was doing. When Milo returned home he was worn out!! He ran and played so much during his stay that he slept most of the day when he got home.He had plenty of space to run and play and was showered with plenty of affection. About: Hi! I’m 25 years old and a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on pet care experience. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your furry (or feathered!) family member needs a walk, a quick drop-in visit, overnight care, or extended sitting, you can count on me to provide reliable, loving care while you’re away. I currently have an Australian Shepherd mix and a pet bird, so I’m experienced with both dogs and exotic pets. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I understand that every animal has unique needs and routines. I’m also experienced and confident in administering medications, whether that means pills, liquid medications, or following specific care instructions to keep your pet healthy and comfortable. My friends, family, and previous clients consistently describe me as dependable, compassionate, and attentive. I’m proud to have glowing references from pet owners who trust me to care for their beloved companions, and I work hard to earn that trust with every visit. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, playtime, and updates so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I’m currently available for overnight stays, drop-in visits, dog walking, and other pet care services, and I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets. I can’t wait to give them the same level of care and affection that I give my own! Pet care is already a part of my everyday routine, so caring for additional pets fits seamlessly into my schedule. I start and end each day caring for my own Australian Shepherd mix and pet bird, making sure they receive plenty of exercise, enrichment, attention, and love. Because I’m already committed to a structured pet care routine, I’m able to easily incorporate walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, medication administration, and overnight stays for my clients’ pets. I understand how important consistency is for animals, so I make it a priority to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Whether it’s an energetic puppy that needs extra playtime, a senior pet requiring medication, or a shy cat that just needs some quiet companionship, I’m happy to provide personalized care that helps your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my highest priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s unique routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and secure in my care. Whether we’re out on a walk, playing at home, or simply relaxing together, I remain attentive and patient while ensuring they stay safe at all times. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy, loved, and in good hands.

“This was the first time Chelsea took care of our two cats, and she did a fantastic job! She provided detailed updates and excellent photos. She also took the time needed to gently encourage our shy cat to leave his hiding place and gave both kitties plenty of attention.”

“Great with our cat. Arrives on time and always provides enrichment for our cat. Easy to communicate with. And gives the best photos on the report card. Could not recommend anyone better.”

“This was the second time booking Tricia to visit my cat while I was out of town. Tricia provided a great service as usual and Smokey was happy to see her again.”

“Megan was an absolute gem!!! I booked her very last minute (within 2 hours of me leaving for holiday) and she was able to stop by for a meet and greet with me and my squeaky! She eased my mind all weekend with pictures and updates of my sweet girl and spent time cuddling her during visits! Megan was very attentive and made sure to get as much helpful information about squeaks as possible before I left to ensure the best care! I highly recommend Megan and would absolutely book again!”

About: I was raised on a farm with cats and dogs. I have a plott hound mix, a pit bull, a lab, and a sassy calico cat, all rescues, of my own. I have a lot of compassion for animals and treat them like members of the family, albeit spoiled ones. My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible while their human(s) are gone. I am comfortable with cats and small to large dogs at any energy level. My neighbors, vet, and friends can provide references, if needed. I work in education, so my summer schedule is wide open. Nights, weekends, and some holidays are possible during the school year. I am able to check in, walk, stay overnight, etc. In your home, I will follow the instructions given and take pictures to let you know your pets are well taken care of. My goal is to make them as comfortable as possible while their humans are away.
“Emily was an awesome sitter for our elderly special needs standard poodle. And we arrived home after a week away to a spotless house and bedding that had been washed due to our dog’s accident. I recommend her highly!”

About: I have had many cats throughout my life and have experience in kittens and senior cats. My last cat had severe cystitis so I do have experience in giving medicine and knowing what to look for in a cats urine output. I am familiar with several types of medicine (gaba, buprenex, and anxiety medications).

“McKenna was great! We had to go out of town on short notice and McKenna was able to squeeze us in and took wonderful care of our cats. One of our cats is very friendly but the other is slower to warm up to strangers. She was sensitive to the differences in their personalities and was able to get our shy cat to warm up to her quite a bit in the few days we were gone. We will absolutely ask McKenna first the next time we have to go out of town!”

“Summer is great! She was so flexible with me when booking and was great with Lilo. She even brought in a few packages that came. I will be using her in the future!”

“Flora is amazing! This is the second time I have booked her and I cannot recommend her enough! She is prompt, great with the cats, and even checked to make sure all my chickens made it into the coop.”

“Betty did a great job taking the time my boy needed to get more comfortable on his first visit. He's a super sweet boy but shy and apprehensive at first. She helped make him feel comfortable and he warmed up quickly. I expect the next visits will be even better. Thank you Betty!”

About: I’ve taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. Family members have relied on me before to feed, water, and play with their pets. I absolutely adore cats. That’s why nothing would make me happier than to meet and care your precious cat(s).

“Lutisa was very helpful in that I needed a sitter ASAP, and she agreed to take my Myra. I was so appreciative that I didn't have to leave her alone for many hours. She took very good care of her.”

“Jessica was incredible. We had a very last minute need and she was responsive, confident and we felt from the beginning that there wasn't a situation that she couldn't handle when it came to our dog. He can be a little anxiously attached and she didn't bat an eye. She was a godsend when we needed one!”

“Brittany was great! She watch Mila all day and had great communication. I received regular updates throughout the day which is always great to get when leaving your fur child with anyone. If you use Brittany, then relax, because she will take perfect care of your dog.”

“This was Olive's first doggie daycare experience in someone's home. She was very nervous but Shamira was patient with her and let Olive warm up to her in her own time. She even took her on a walk!”

About: I can’t remember a time in my life that I didn’t have a dog (or two). Big dogs, little dogs and in between. Now that I am retired, I devote most of my time to caring for my two “baby girls”. Daisy & Bella are litter sisters although they don’t look a like. They are Teddy Bear/Schicons (1/2 Bichon Frise and 1/2 Shih Tzu). They are inseparable, looking out for each other or wrestling together, where there’s one there is the other. They do play well with others. My sister’s little girl is a Shih Tzu and she is an only child, we laugh and call her the Princess. I sit for her for a week or long weekends when my sister visits her daughter out of town. She also comes over for play dates. They all respect each other’s boundaries and the Princess has learned to play with “the Court Jesters”. My dogs and visitors are allowed on furniture and beds. My yard is not fenced, but I do have a radio frequency collar system that I can use or walk on leash per owner’s preference. I live a long way from the road so it is safe. We go on golf cart rides around the property in the afternoon, my girls look forward to it. I am retired, so unless I have a doctor appointment or go grocery shopping, I am home 100% of the time. I do go to church on Sunday morning. My girls have the run of our home but I can use a crate if owner desires. I will treat your fur baby like I do my own. They are my #1 priority, always. They have a feeding schedule twice daily with a few treats throughout the day. They get lots of love and snuggles to their satisfaction. I encourage them to play with toys inside interacting with each other and myself. They will get plenty of exercise indoors and outdoors. I refreshed their water several times daily.
“Ginger had a great stay with Talia and Austin. This was her first time and she seemed to enjoy it. She came home happy...and tired. Talia said she did great during play time, nap time, and with her children. I was nervous about how she would do and almost cancelled. I'm so glad that I went ahead and took her. I'm looking forward to taking her back soon.”

“Communication from the beginning has been fantastic! I was looking for a daycare weeks before I actually needed it because of a relocation and Rachelle and Christopher answered every question and addressed every concern. I have a challenging dog and she’s only ever been in one daycare in her life. She and her sister had an amazing time during their first visit. Driving from Greensboro is totally worth it!”

“Morgan and her family were absolutely AMAZING to my sweet pup! You can really tell that she (along with her children) really just love to care for animals. I was very satisfied with everything, my pup had two days of “day care” when my work schedule was extremely busy & my pup was so excited to go back the next day and see her family. Thank you again Morgan!”

“Loren! Simply amazing for willing to watch my fur baby last minute, sent updates, pics and Kylie for right in with the gang!!! Thank you again we will be seeing you again! Thank you Loren!!!”
“Sarah was so great with our pup and schedule. We contacted her with late notice and she was so accommodating! Aspen even came home sleepy, which is not an easy feat! We’ll definitely book with her again if we’re in town”

“Tulasi did wonderful with Paco we've never left her with anybody but family and she just loved her and was excited to go back the next day and I've already setting up to book three more overnight visits within the next few months so I would highly recommend her”

“Sally Ann enjoyed daycare with Elizabeth and her doggies. We were sent many pictures throughout the day, and communication through text was great! We certainly hope Sally would be welcome to come again,”

About: Hello! I’m an animal science major at North Carolina State University. I’ve been pet sitting for 6 years now for friends and family. I worked at Willow Run Dog Boarding for 4 years before they sold it. I’ve also helped out long-term for a family who worked night shifts for a year and I foster dogs through Saving Grace while I’m at school! I’m a college student home for the summer, and I'm currently looking for a part-time job. I’m free all day everyday 🤗 I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walks, playtime, and cleaning litter boxes. At home, we have a fenced-in yard and one husky, but I prefer caring for pets through home visits so pets can stay comfortable in their own environment. I’m also happy to help with small tasks around the house like watering plants, bringing in mail, or keeping things tidy while you’re away. I enjoy being active and outdoors, while also making sure pets stay safe and comfortable in the heat.
About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals, from goats to chickens to house cats. I own a dog, who’s a year and a half old now, but I trained him from the time he was 8 weeks old. I also had a senior dog in my teens that I took care of. I have never met a critter I don’t love!! I’m currently a stay at home mom to my young daughter so I have plenty of time to pour all the love into your pup or kitty (or other!). My schedule is flexible to suit your needs and your fur baby’s preferences. I have a happy, friendly mid sized heeler pup who just loves other dogs and cats. I am happy to crate him if you are more comfortable with our critters not interacting while in my home, and of course, he will remain at my house while I care for your animals in your own home.
About: Raised my own dog and his puppy from birth, now experienced with senior care. Pet sitting is natural to me, it's not just a job. I currently have a part time job and in college. My hours vary through the week but they are set depending the season because of school. I have a senior dog, so he can either be relaxed or playful. So I can always adjust to my babies needs and I can do the same for yours!
“Laura is amazing. She has a big heart for dogs, and took great care of Brooks. Her communication about Brooks after his walk was perfect, and I will be using her agian!”

“Today was the first time Tricia walked Daisy. She came and met with us last week and we immediately had peace of mind. She is so loving and Daisy accepted her immediately. We were so lucky to find her!!”

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and current pet parent to one energetic German Shorthaired Pointer puppy and two independent (but secretly snuggly) cats. Caring for such a high-energy breed has given me lots of experience with exercise needs, structure, and gentle training — while my cats remind me to always respect boundaries and read body language. Whether your pet is playful, shy, anxious, or a total goofball, I meet them where they are. I believe in kind, attentive care and keeping pets as comfortable and happy as possible while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality. With a flexible schedule and ample free time, I’m able to provide reliable, consistent care tailored to your pet’s needs. Whether it’s frequent potty breaks, medication on a schedule, or just keeping them company, I’m fully present and available. I do my best to create a calm, safe, and loving environment. I’m always respectful of your space and stick closely to your pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free.
About: I retired from teaching 4 years ago and have been caring for pets in their homes, cleaning litter boxes and taking dogs out for exercise during that time. I have personally owned 2 large dogs well into their senior years. I have had cats my entire life and still have one. I typically take care of cats and dogs when their owners are away; feeding, administering pills, cleaning litter boxes, exercising/playing with dogs, and playing/cuddling with cats. I believe these visits have been the most rewarding activities of my life. As a retired teacher, I am flexible to care for pets any day of the week. I am also willing to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s companion. I still have a cat of my own on whom I like to check at some point each day if staying nights at another pet owner’s home. Sometimes the owners I serve are away for 7-15 days at a time. I will send daily updates and pictures as well during your absence. I have been providing care for pets in the owners’ homes. I therefore water and feed the cats and dogs and administer pills, if needed. I clean litter boxes and tidy up, making sure pet hair, etc. is cleaned up. I get the mail and take out trash. I play/cuddle with the cats and exercise/play/cuddle with the dogs. I love to walk so I never get enough of walking dogs. I take extra precautions if dogs are anxious when I have to leave for a while, i.e., leave music or TV playing or do something special with the dogs before I leave. The dogs usually sleep in the bed with me and we become great friends.

About: I've had pets growing up my entire life. I love animals and just enjoy being around them and giving them love! I've taken care of several pets for friends and family and just want to continue to do that for others when needed. I have my own business so I have a very flexible schedule and can be available day or night to take care of your furr babies 😊 My own animals are so friendly and loving and my home would be completely safe for ur furr babies but at this time I won't be able to board any pets at my house. This may change in the future.
“Abby was so great with our Ella. She arrived on time and took great care in remembering all the nuanced instructions we had. Ella enjoyed a great walk and we were happy to know she was taken care of while we were away. 🐶❤️”

About: I’ve always grown up with animals in the home, a home isn’t a home unless you here the pitter patter of those paws of the floor. Dogs are at the heart of my being and unfortunately you can only have so many. But the best way I’ve found to experience the love of all kind of dogs are through the caring for of everyone else’s four legged friend. I’ve always watched and cared for others animals off and on as a side income and personal enjoyment; giving all the love and attention they need while their human is away. All the way back when I was in high school, many years ago, I discovered the love and care for others dogs when I worked for the groomers and it’s never stopped since. My sweet Winter departed in 2020 after 13 long and steady years by my side and while I haven’t yet been ready to give my full heart away I’ve found great healing, giving lots of love, walks, baths, ball games, and lots of snuggs, All welcomed with love. After 10 years working in the field of Art Education and Public Art Coordination I decided to take the leap and start my business, Swift & Dapper LLC. Life is never one size fit all and too short to accept anything less that extraordinary whether that’s personal style or grooming, spacial reconfiguration or custom built carpentry, curated interiors or stunning professional services you have specific needs and you deserve nothing less than what you need and then some. S&D is happy to offer paw-fessional pet services. With a home based operations that leaves plenty of time for swing by visits or stay-cations for your special friend. They’ll have all the attention they need and anything else to ensure a happy and paw-sitive care. Our four legged friends should always be at home and feel comfortable. Fresh running water, soft comfy rugs and beds, and lots of fluffy blankets for those that like to snuggle up on the sofa for a movie. Our backyard is large and fenced in, ready for fetch and play time. We are used to having little furry ones (especially our neighbor’s little ones) wandering around and keep it in the front of mind always. Instructions for specific care are much appreciated and followed to the ledger.

My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where every pet receives plenty of attention, affection, and care.
About: I've taken care of dogs/pets my whole life, my passion only grew larger for them as I grew older. They are truly the heart of the world and they give us the motivation to keep pushing forward. Not only do I have personal experience caring and medicating animals, but I also have experience dealing with aggressive dogs as well as previous experience working in a kennel/doggy-daycare where I cared for, walked, and medicating cats and dogs in my daily routine. I am also going to NC State currently, going to be a junior in the fall, majoring in animal science which has provided me with so much knowledge on animals and how to best care for them, ranging many species but specializing in companion animals. I'm currently out of college for summer break so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry family members and make sure they get the best experience possible while you're away. Personally, I have 2 cats and share 2 more and a dog with a disability with my mom so for me, pet care is a normal daily routine and therefore other forms of pet care are no hassle to add on and I'd love to help out and make sure you and your pet are getting what's best for the both of you! Having companion animals of my own, I know how worrisome it can become when you leave your door open to a stranger, especially with your furry friend's life at hand. Just know I would never treat an animal, person, or home with any type of disrespect nor would I ever imagine doing so. I treat others' things as my own and I'd say I keep things pretty organized and clean. Also, it is important to know that I am not only an animal enthusiast but I am also an animal welfare enthusiast and would do anything in my power to keep your furry friend safe under my watch.

About: I’m a dedicated cat owner of two adorable cats and understand how important routines, litter box monitoring, feeding schedules, and daily updates are for pet parents. My cats have had their fair share of issues too so I am accustomed to daily medications and special behaviors. My childhood dog passed away last year, but he was an 110 lb German Shepherd /Alaskan Malamute and I would walk him daily, so I am no stranger to big dogs! I will make sure to send many update pics 😊 Use my code below for $20 off your first Rover! https://www.rover.com/sit/audref10358 I currently work a 9-5 but am off at 12 on Fridays, so I am available after work for walks and drop-in’s as well as anytime Friday after 1 and anytime on the weekends! My cats are indoor cats but I am no stranger to taking care of dogs, and big ones at that. Your pet’s safety is my #1 concern
About: I have a degree in animal science so I know lots about all sorts of animals, i love all animals with a passion. I’m a dog mom of 3! Currently working Wednesday from 2-5 and Friday 6-12. So the rest of the week I can play and walk your pups 🐶!! I’m super flexible with my schedule. I am a stay at home mom so I have an open and flexible daily schedule, I enjoy early morning walks. I am also open for boarding on weekday or weekends. I have a fenced yard and plenty of space in my home for pets to feel comfortable. My cat can be kept separate if needed. I’m also available for house sitting if that’s preferred.

“Amanda was amazing! We needed to book a sitter last minute and over 4th of July weekend at that and she was so accommodating. He loves the children and the children loves him. We wanted him to be in an environment similar to our home and found that here with Carrie. Thank you so much! If I ever need help again, I’m always going to bring him here. She gave him a bath and even dried him up for us. He certainly was spoiled!”

She sent texts during his stay and a picture to let me know how he was doing. When Milo returned home he was worn out!! I appreciate Stephanie so much❤️. I would certainly book her again.”
