About: I have been taking care of my family's dogs since I was young. It turns out we're mostly cat people now and I love playtime with cats too! I'm currently working full time and going to school but I would love to visit your dogs, cats or pets on the weekends and holidays. I know having your people leave home for awhile can be a stressful experience for pets. I think having time to play and run around is also an underestimated and important part of pet sitting beyond the basic and feeding and bathroom breaks.

We booked for house sitting just a couple weeks ago when we planned to bring both our disabled senior dog Max and Bennie . At the time we asked for help with taking special care of Max, repositioning and taking him out every couple hours during our time at Church Retreat. Sadly Max passed before our trip, Phillip was kind enough to still be willing to hang out with Bennie as we were staying at an Airbnb that normally doesn’t allow pets and had given us permission since we have a sitter and a crate for him. Philip was so thoughtful and kind to our Bennie making sure he felt secure and loved. He kept us informed on how Bennie was doing throughout the 2 days and was even willing to drive 30 min to the church we attended, so that he could hang out with Bennie in a shady spot for a couple hours ! Erika took such great care of our 2 pups while we were out of town. She is very dependable and followed the care instructions we left. She was even able to help out with a last minute request of feeding crickets to our sons's gecko. And best yet, when we returned home, our house looked just as it did when we left. Ally was sensational. I’ve never had my pets take to someone so quickly. Ally went the extra mile to make sure our fur babies were taken care of while we were away. When my old pup wasn’t eating due to us being away, she brought pumpkin puree to encourage her to eat. 😁 We also just got 2 new kittens and she made sure to protect any areas they wanted to attack and keep everything in one piece 😂. We highly recommend Ally and look forward to her caring for our babies next time we’re away.
Hannah was wonderful! She was communicative the whole time and I felt that my cats were in the best hands. She tried several things when one of the cats wasn’t eating well and got her back on track. Hannah also ended up staying an extra day when our flight got cancelled and her willingness and flexibility to do that made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
Samantha helped us on short notice when my husband and I's travel schedules overlapped. In the week leading up to our travel, both of our senior pets had major medical incidents, which meant that both were on a variety of medications and needed a lot of oversight while we were away. It also meant that my husband and I were both feeling pretty anxious about leaving them. Samantha did a wonderful job looking after our home and our animals, and dealing with a torrent of chats during her stay. She even managed to nab our scaredy cat (who is infamous for his ability to hide from strangers), and get 2 syringes of medicine into him while she was here. When we got home the house was tidy and even the guest bedroom linens were cleaned! We're so glad Samantha was able to help keep our furbabies healthy while we were away!
Symantha was great with our dog and home. She was a great companion for our dog as well as keeping us up to date with pictures etc. Very much appreciate that! Even with a power outage! The house was exactly as we left it. She even helped out with an important package that came while we were away. Our dog took to her right away - we definitely will ask her to come back!!
