Susan also took great care of our home, brought in our mail and packages for us, and left our home nice & clean. She also left us a report card on their stay which we thought was a nice touch. Would highly recommend Susan!!! She is kind, professional, and clearly has been working with animals for a long time.”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has never felt like a job—it’s something I genuinely love. Growing up with a high-energy Blue Heeler taught me how important exercise, attention, and consistency are, while helping raise our Standard Poodle gave me experience with daily routines, training, walks, and plenty of playtime. I’ve also spent years caring for family members’ dogs, including multiple Chihuahuas and other breeds, each with their own unique personality and needs. When your dog is with me, they’ll get more than just basic care—they’ll get patience, attention, and someone who truly enjoys spending time with them. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and make a priority in my weekly routine. I currently work part-time as a Supervisor at Urban Air and a Sales Associate at Vineyard Vines, which gives me the flexibility to plan my schedule around the pets I care for. I’m usually available most afternoons after 3:30 PM, as well as before 4:00 PM on some Fridays and Saturdays. Even when I have work commitments, I put in the effort to coordinate my time so I can provide dependable care both before and after my shifts whenever possible. While my Sundays can be a bit busier, I always make sure I can provide reliable, attentive care when I accept a booking. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or just some extra companionship, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own pet! When caring for pets, I focus on maintaining a safe, consistent, and engaging routine. With my own Standard Poodle, I make sure she is well-fed, has access to fresh water, gets regular potty breaks, and receives plenty of attention throughout the day. Because our yard requires close supervision during outdoor time, I’m accustomed to actively monitoring dogs while they’re outside to ensure their safety. I also make it a priority to provide exercise and mental stimulation through walks, games of fetch, playtime with toys, and one-on-one interaction. When caring for a client’s pet, I follow their established routine as closely as possible to help their dog feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while they’re away.

When it came time to stay with my pup, she was communicative, caring, and so kind throughout the entire experience. My dog can be a little hesitant with new people, but her patience and calm presence immediately put both of us at ease, especially since this was my first Rover booking. Her animal experience, along with her previous work at a local vet, also gave me an added sense of comfort knowing he was in capable hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leann. “Tyler was fabulous with my dogs. Three retrievers, two golden and a very anxious mixed lab. The lab took to him immediately. Tyler updated regularly with pics and texts. Last minute one of the holders developed a terrible hot spot requiring special care. Tyler was accepting of the challenge and nursed the poor guy back to health. I would recommend Tyler highly! He left our home as if he was never there and our dogs happy! I will use Tyler again in the future!!!”

About: As an experienced dog foster, I have cared for more than 25 dogs of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs, representing a wide variety of breeds and sizes. In addition, I was the proud owner of four dogs who each lived long, happy lives and reached their senior years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the important role pets play as beloved members of the family. As a school teacher, I enjoy a very flexible schedule during the summer months and would love the opportunity to support families who need a safe, loving temporary home for their four-legged companions. Whether your pet needs overnight care, companionship during the day, or some extra exercise and attention, I am committed to providing the same level of care and affection that I would give my own dogs. As a teacher, I am currently on summer break, so I have availability daily throughout the week for play sessions and dog walks. I am also available for multi-night lodging. When you’re here, you’re family. Any animal under my care will be treated as one of my own. But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

I have a young active terrier and a very Senior, deaf and partialy blind terrier. She was very careful with both. Followed my care instructions and asked appropriate questions to determine how to best meet their needs. She fed them, gave potty breaks and gave my Senior dog her medications with no issues. The dogs loved her.”
