Last minute one of the holders developed a terrible hot spot requiring special care. Tyler was accepting of the challenge and nursed the poor guy back to health. I would recommend Tyler highly! The communication was also great with Susan and she made us feel very comfortable by sending pictures of my dog eating, snuggling with them on the sofa, and being happy. Susan also took great care of our home, brought in our mail and packages for us, and left our home nice & clean. She also left us a report card on their stay which we thought was a nice touch. I can’t thank and recommend Kathy and her husband enough! We are new to the area and to the rover experience, so it’s always a relief knowing you have someone you can trust with your fur babies.
