About: hiiiii! I’m Alex!! I am an energetic, compassionate, extremely outgoing dog Dad of two even more energetic pups. I enjoy every moment I spend with my boys and all other animals. I come for their little cuddly little bodies and stick around for their individual personalities. Lastly, I have yet to meet a dog that can out walk me… do you have a high energy pup that would be a good match?? I currently work during the day… I am looking to spend my evenings getting my energy out by walking your dogs. This will provide you ample time to enjoy your summer evenings. 🙂 I treat every animal with respect and personal care, because that’s how I enjoy my pups to be cared for when I’m not around. I assure to keep an eye things, wow, providing the space for dogs to be dogs. My goal and spending time with your pups to ensure they come back happy, healthy, and tired.

About: Hello, fellow pet lovers! I’m a lifelong animal enthusiast with a heart full of love for all creatures great and small. My journey into the world of pet care started back in grade school with my first furry friend, a miniature schnauzer named Reno. I adored him from puppyhood to the bittersweet day I took him to the vet to say goodbye. Fast forward to 18, when I welcomed Tucker, the most amazing pit bull on the planet (I might be a bit biased!). I raised him from a tiny pup and trained him from day one, turning him into a superstar ambassador for his breed with a heart of gold. I live by the motto that "tired puppies are happy puppies!" A sprinkle of common sense and a hearty dose of patience can work wonders in raising happy, well-behaved fur babies. After 15 unforgettable years with Tucker (can you say "senior care"??), I said my goodbyes, but my passion for pet care is stronger than ever! While I don’t have a dog of my own right now, I’m eager to shower your pets with all my love and experience. But wait, there's more! I also raised a wonderfully quirky "barn cat" named Meredith—she's wider than she is long and blind in one eye, and she brings so much joy to our home! Alongside her are her two playful Siamese siblings, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. I’m well-versed in handling a few quirky challenges too, like using pine pellet litter for my cats with respiratory issues and administering medications when needed. Special diets? You bet I can manage that too! I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and provide them with the same love and attention I’ve given my own pets throughout the years. Let’s make tails wag and purrs abound! I work fully remote with an extremely flexible schedule. I'm an early riser--up around 5:30 every morning --and arrange my activities based on what works best for me. I do have conference calls which can be taken on the go. This is entirely dependent upon the needs of the pet and preferences of the parents. If we're talking about my place, I live in an apartment--don't panic. This apartment is situated amongst acres of farm fields on a small airport owned by my family. We're also just minutes from the rail trail and Chiques rock area. If in your home, we work based on your established routine. I'm very familiar with crate training but I'm also happy to have your furry friend tag along with me--I love taking fur friends to River Trail Brewing, super dog friendly, as well as meandering around Marietta or Columbia! If your preference is that we stay at your home and in your neighborhood then I'm more than happy to do that as well. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable and at ease. It's not very beneficial to hire help to presumably lighten your load if your time is then spent worrying about what's happening with your pet. My goal is to make sure you feel secure in the fact that your fur friend is safe and well-loved in your absence (long or short). That looks different for everyone so we will talk about your preferences and expectations to make sure you have exactly what you need to feel comfortable and confident.

20. Madelyn K.
“Madelyn has been my in-house pet sitter several times. I completely trust her to provide excellent care of my animals. I have a very old (19) cat that requires special care including daily brushing and frequent litter box clean outs. I also have a small dog that barks A LOT and appears quite unfriendly. This dog only likes two people... And Madelyn is one of them! I depend on Madelyn to give pup several medications and take her on short walks. I completely trust her with my "fur babies". I feel so grateful to have her as my pet sitter!”
