“Kelsey is the best! This was my first time using Rover and leaving my cats for a weekend and Kelsey made it so easy. She communicated with me, sent pictures, and always showed up on time. I will absolutely be re-booking for my next trip:)”

“We are so incredibly grateful to have found her! From the moment she met our brand-new puppy, Loki, she’s been nothing short of amazing. She takes such great care of him—walking, feeding, playing, and giving him all the love and attention a little pup could need while we’re away. Her communication is excellent—always keeping us updated with messages and photos so we know Loki is happy and in good hands. It’s such a relief knowing he’s being cared for by someone who treats him like her own.”

“Mikayla came to every appointment on time, sent me pictures of my cats and communicated to me what she did. It was a relief to know my cats were being taken care of. Awesome job, Mikayla! 😊 Thank you!”

About: Hello! Over the past 15 years, I've had the pleasure of working with two local rescues, fostering over 20 dogs of all shapes and sizes. Additionally, I've been a dog mom to 5 incredible souls: Freckles (English cocker spaniel), Lily (golden retriever), Bartlett (collie mix), Lenny (American cocker spaniel/pekenese mix), and now Sunny (a 2-year-old golden retriever mix). As each of the first four lived long, happy lives, I'm well-versed in all stages of our furry friends' lives (and comfortable with administering medication, if necessary). When I was teaching, I frequently worked summers at the Pets Hotel and Canine Country Club. Now that my schedule is more flexible year-round, I am happy to provide pet care that matches the level of care I give my own dog. I am very active by nature, so I love taking walks and will share updates and pictures along the way. Thank you for entrusting your furry family member to me; It is an honor, and I cannot wait to meet you and them. I have a very flexible career, so I'm able to accommodate most walk-ins/drop-ins with notice. I look forward to seeing my clients, and I will provide prompt feedback so you know exactly how the visit/walk/hike went! I take safety and trust extremely seriously. As a former educator, I have all my clearances, and I treat your furry family members as if they were my own. I have also fostered over 20 dogs in the last 15 years, so I'm comfortable with a variety of sizes and life stages.
About: I've taken care of dogs for over a decade from high energy (I have a border collie) to low energy (I also have a shih tzu), elderly, and everything in between. I'd love to make your dog's day by taking them on a walk or giving them an incredible play time. Same goes for your cats! Whether your pets love activity or simply want someone to watch them sniff in the backyard or hang on the couch, I'd love to bring a highlight to their day. Right now, Friday nights through Sunday are the times I have completely free to dedicate to helping take care of your pets. I'm hoping to add more times soon and options to board. As someone who searches for hours to find the right person to watch my pets, I know how hard it can be to trust someone new to take care of your fur family. Whether it's pictures, reassuring texts, following your instructions exactly, or all 3 I will do my best to make your pets as happy and healthy as possible. I offer drop in visits and walks, so please let me know what you are and aren't comfortable with and I will make sure they are well cared for while giving you as many updates as you'd like!

Caring for animals is already part of my daily life, and my husband works from home, so there is usually someone here to provide extra attention, companionship, and care. I provide a safe, loving family star environment, where pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We have a large backyard and live beside a beautiful walking trail and common area for walks and playtime. My husband works from home, so pets often have extra companionship and supervision throughout the day.

“Misty was so great to our animals, our dog was barking at the first visit(we could hear her through our ring camera) but Misty took her time and made Clove feel safe. She came over to meet our dog and cat before we even left and she was so pleasant and nice to chat with. You can tell she has a heart for the animals that she works with and I would recommend her to anyone that asks! Great Job Misty!!!💯”

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of dog since I was ten. As an adult I have owned 3 dogs. My current pup is a goldendoodle named Baxter. Baxter is a spoiled boy and gets 2 walks a day and lots of attention throughout the day. Prior to Baxter I had a golden retriever named Cody and prior to Cody I had a golden retriever named Midas. All of my dogs have been to obedience training. I know all of the commands and am happy to practice those command with your pup. I live in a small subdivision and I am the go to dog sitter for all of my neighbors. I would love the opportunity to take care of your fur baby. I’m currently working part time (3 days per week-6 hours per day) so I will have plenty of time to devote to your pup. My job also has a flexible schedule. I do not have a fenced in yard but I’m happy to take your pup for a few walks a day. I live in a quiet neighborhood in West Hempfield Township.

About: I have had pets ever since I was born, never without a pet. Throughout my life, I have had a total of 4 dogs and 2 cats. There is also a cat I help my mother take care of that lives at her job! I love pets and I am such an animal person, I wish I could own them all! I am currently working full time, but have managed college courses at the same time so I know exactly how to manage my time, especially for taking care of pets. I have two dogs and a hamster at home, so I have a lot of practice with taking care of pets during a full time work schedule. I do not offer taking care of pets within my home, as I want your pet to be as comfortable as possible. I will visit client's homes as many times per day as they would like, and will stay in constant communication.

I have a large fenced in yard, your pup will have full access to. They will be let out several times a day and played with. I have three small pups of my own, all under 35 pounds. I take the time to meet every client before their first stay to ensure everyone gets along and so you can see where your pup will be staying. There is also have a separate space to give new pups the opportunity to have alone time.

About: 🐾 I am a lifelong animal lover with experience around many different breeds. In the past I have worked in a veterinary office kennel that boarded cats and dogs of all sizes. I was responsible for feeding, walking, supervising potty breaks in the yard, keeping kennels clean, playing with the animals, and administering medications including pills and insulin injections. I have a talent for gaining the trust of timid dogs. 🩼 I also have experience with special needs and senior dogs and cats. In particular, my own beloved French Bulldog, Frankie (who we just lost in June) suffered from IVDD including back-end paralysis and double incontinence. I am comfortable using dog diapers, expressing bladders, employing some techniques to induce bowel movements if necessary, and even doing physical therapy exercises with dogs at home. 🐶🐶 We currently have a senior Goldendoodle and a young Shih Tzu mix, who I found on the street and ended up taking in permanently. Both of our boys have had leash aggression and reactivity towards other dogs in the past, and we’ve worked with trainers to mitigate that, so I have experience in these scenarios as well including walking reactive dogs in populated areas. 🎾🐕🦺🐈 I’m happy to cater to your pet’s individual needs and preferences whether that be a long walk, a fun-filled play session, or just snuggling on the couch and some company. I can’t wait to help you care for your furry friend! 🐱🐶🐾 I currently work a full time, dayshift job at a hospital with plans to reduce my hours in the near future. Currently I am mostly available after 4 pm on weeknights, all day most weekends, and may have some weekday daytime availability here and there. Safety is a top priority for me when caring for animals. When spending time with your pet, they will not be out of my sight. I will always be communicative of any safety concerns with you!
“Michelle was arrived on time, was extremely communicative, and sent us photos of Banksy during her drop in. We're looking forward to having her over to watch Banksy in the future!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
