“Jayme did am AMAZING job with Dexter. It was our first time using Rover and our first time having someone outside of our family take care of him. She kept great communication and sent multiple pictures and videos. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Such a relief finding such a great sitter! We know our dog is in good hands getting exercise, play time, and socialization- and always detailed notes and pictures how the day was. Found our go-to!”

“I am so grateful for Kris! She is so kind and accommodating. Our dogs are a little high maintenance (one has some behavioral issues and the other has special needs) and she was more than happy to take care of them. In the past when we’ve had a poor experience with other walkers my dogs are stressed when I get home. Every time Kris has taken care of my dogs they seem so calm and content! She leaves detailed notes about the visit and sends lots of pictures, which I appreciate. She also stopped by to meet them beforehand to make sure it was a good fit. I would 100% recommend her services and will continue to book with her!”

“Kelly did an outstanding job walking Colt for me on Thursday and Friday mornings this week while my regular dog walker Tara was out of town visiting her daughter at college in Florida. Kelly was right on time every day and she bonded quickly with Colt and she really impressed Tara also when she came over a couple of weeks ago for a meet and greet and walked the route with Tara and Colt. Kelly walked Colt over 2 miles each morning in an hour very consistent with his walks with Tara and myself when I walk him on the weekends. She responded promptly to my request when I first contacted her and Kelly definitely exceeded my expectations!! She is very friendly and courteous and made me feel confident and completely at ease with walking Colt and I’m so glad that she is very physically fit to give Colt great exercise walking in the woods and around the two horse pastures in the early mornings when Colt is feeling his best and most active. I will definitely want and need her assistance again very soon in the near future since Tara travels out of state fairly often to visit her family.”

About: You go away? Pet needs to stay? I’m here to play! I have always loved dogs and cats and lived with one or both almost every day of my life. Once I see an animal I love and care for them as if they were my own. When you leave your animal with me, they will miss you, but they will still feel very loved while you’re gone. I have experience with administering medication and I am comfortable cleaning up typical or atypical messes or accidents. Petsitting is my passion. I love dogs and cats so much but there’s only so many I can keep in my home, so when you hire me, I guarantee your pet will feel loved when you are gone. Work-wise, pet sitting is my #1 priority. If I sit in your home, I will “live” there, as much as is comfortable to you. I have 2 friendly cats, a private, quiet and spacious backyard to run and play with a 6ft fence surrounding the house and garage, with a motion detected flood light. I live with my boyfriend who recently completed his rabies shots after trying to rescue a cat that he witnessed being hit by a car but could not leave it to suffer. We both grew up caring for animals of our own and fully believe that animals deserve every good thing we can give them. We have a baby gate that allows our cats to get to their food and litter boxes and will prevent the dogs from getting to the cat spaces. We have a kitchen, dining room, living room and a bedroom for dogs to spend time with me or have alone time in their crate (at least in their own space if they’d prefer). If I pet sit in your home, I will care for your animals and home as if they were my own. I will try to keep their lives as normal as possible, play with their favorite toys, talk and sing to them.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. As im working from home, im available nearly all the time except for a few virtual meetings during the week. Our normal routine is a short walk in the morning, they hang out with me while I work, maybe a walk or a game at lunch, more work from home, then free in the evening for movie nights/parks/bite to eat somewhere dog friendly. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door to the back. I have also converted my office into a dog room with space for extra crate if that’s what is preferred. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

About: Before I became a firefighter I was a vet tech for 6 years. I have been caring for small and large breed animals for over 15 years. I have Experience with aggressive animals as well. The best part about being I the fire service is that we get our schedules a year out so If you have future vacation plans I’ll be able to let you know my availability asap! If your fur baby needs extra snuggles.. I’m here for it! Play time? Just let me know their toy of choice and let’s burn Off some of that energy!

“Melissa did great with Colt this morning! They bonded together very quickly and had an excellent walk in the woods on this September morning before it gets hot this afternoon. I can tell that Colt really likes her and I highly recommend her and will be needing her assistance again to walk Colt in the very near future!”

About: I have had dogs most of my life and would love to care for yours. I currently have a 8 year old Chihuahua mix. I am a nurse and it will be easy for me to follow any special medical needs your fur baby might require as well! I have a flexible work schedule, so feel free to check with me to see if I’m home in the days you’re interested in booking. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to play fetch, sniff, etc. JJ likes to act jealous with other dogs at first, but warms up within minutes and can be quite playful although he is slowing down a bit and likes his long naps! He has always done great in other people’s homes. I am always willing to do a meet and greet prior to booking.

About: I will go the extra mile to make sure your pup is well loved, hydrated, fed, and exercised. I am new to the area and am eager to explore with a furry friend that I cannot financially support currently, so I will love and care for it like my own. I just moved to Southern Pines, and am looking for any kind of word I can. My experience having dogs in my house all my life has made me responsible and capable of taking care of any kind of dog. We have a very safe apartment complex that we take long walks around many times a day to keep your pup happy and comfortable. If your dog is also a competent swimmer we have a nearby lake with public swimming spots to enjoy.

About: I’ve had a love for animals since I was a little girl and have taken special care of all kinds of animals for well over 10 years including friends, family and my own as well! With my daughter in school now and currently working a part time job as a front desk assistant, I will have plenty of time to play and care for the needs of your fur babies! I will come to the clients home at your convenience. I also enjoy going on walks if allowed and making sure your animals get the care they need!

“I would highly recommend Izzy to anyone looking for care for their pup! She gave amazing updates during her time with my dog and he had the happiest look on his face in every pic she shared!!”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I grew up on a farm in Missouri surrounded by dogs. After leaving Missouri, I adopted a senior boxer named Lucy who taught me so much about patience and love in her final years. I’ve raised my golden retriever, Parker, since he was a puppy, and a few years ago I rescued my cat, Groot, who’s now a spoiled (and deeply loved) part of the family. Whether it’s a high energy pup, a wise old soul, or a quirky cat, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and personalities, and I’ll treat yours like one of my own. Right now I’m working part time, which gives me the flexibility to prioritize pet care in my daily and weekly routine. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evening visits, I have the time and availability to give pets the attention they deserve. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do in my spare time. It’s something I genuinely enjoy, and I love being able to build regular time into my schedule for it. During drop in visits, I make sure your pet gets the care and attention they’re used to in their own space. I stick to their normal routines, whether that’s feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or just some company and affection. I’m attentive to their mood and energy level, and I always aim to leave them feeling calm, safe, and cared for. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and notes so you know how they’re doing while you’re away.

About: Need someone who knows what they’re doing? Well look no further, I have worked in a kennel since I was 12 years old. I’ve dealt with little and big dogs as well as cats and other animals of the sorts. I have dog sat for multiple days on end as well as made drop in visits. If you want your dog/puppy or kitten/cats to be loved unconditionally and treated like family bring them on over! Or hey! I can go there. I plan to provide the upmost care. What I would like to be provided: Kennel/crates (but I have a big one that fits 2 dogs at a time if friendly enough) Food (I have some, but dogs stomachs tend to be so sensitive I would hate for your furbabies to feel unwell due to food change) Extra toys ( my dogs don’t mind sharing one bit! But I’ve learned the scent of their home/owner makes them more comfortable!) So book me starting today! Much love for animals and would love to help out✨ I am a stay at home mom, so I am here all day to give love, attention, and care. I have the ability to take care of your babies all day with minimal time out of the house I have two fur babies to keep yours company and to play with, I also have a fenced in back yard . Stay at home mom, I am home for the better part of the day therefore your furbaby will have plenty of interaction, attention, and love I have a fenced in with two friendly dogs, belle may bark a little and try to show that this is her house but once she warms up she is fine! Archie on the other hand just keeps to himself and will stay out of the way!

John T.
“Jack (John) is a lover of all animals. He is not just a caregiver for pets, he is a best friend, a playmate and a genuinely great option for taking care of your furry friends. Jack had looked after my two dogs for 3 years now, and is very tentative to their needs (one is older and requires more attention and help). If you are looking for the right choice, Jack is the answer.”
