About: I've spent many years caring for my own dogs and cats, giving me real, everyday experience with feeding, litter, routines, and understanding dog and cat behavior. I grew up on a farm in Iowa where we always had a family dog, chickens, pigs, sheep, and cattle. As an adult, I've had both cats and dogs. Shyann impressed me when I first started looking for a patient sitter who could deal with all of it and when I reached out, she was amazing! When we spoke and met the first time, I knew I found my boy's person. She is so gentle, kind and patient! She watched him for the first time (overnight at my place) and sent so many updates and pics and would say things like "he was such a good boy, only had one accident."
