My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. About: Growing up I was never allowed to have a cat due to my brother and mother being allergic. Well one day when I was about 12 years old, a cat started coming to our porch and I was hooked from there. I would sneak this cat food so she would come back, and sure enough she did. She became a part of the family fast and stayed primarily outside because of my family’s allergies. While I currently don’t have a cat as an adult I still love them and will make sure yours is well taken care of.
About: I grew up on a 60 acre ranch in Oregon. Horses, cattle, dogs, cats, birds, pigs, ducks, geese, chickens, goats, and fish as pets. I've had a dog, cat and bird that grew up together and ate, slept and played together. Raised ducks and gesse that followed me wherever I went. Raised birds to talk and whistle songs. Had fish trained to eat from my hand and let me pet them. I've had as many as 6 dogs at one time of different and/or mixed breeds. I've had as many as 10 cats at one time, always with one that I was 'his person'. I will play with your pets, sit with and comfort them, whatever they need that day. I know what its like to leave my dog in someone else's care and I assure you may rest easy knowing they are in good hands. My dog is part of our family. We do everything together whenever possible. We have a 1/4 acre fully fenced just for our 2 yr old and our dogs to run and play safely. It is difficult to leave him home when we want to go somewhere, so I know how it feels to be worried about leaving him in someone else's care. I like playing with dogs, cats and birds. Whatever their needs to make them feel comfortable while you are gone, I'm sure I can accommodate. They miss us when we are gone far more than we probably realize. I will do my best to ease their anxiety and leave them feeling at ease.

About: I have taken care of cats for as long as I can remember! My first kitty, Ginger, was brought into my family before I was born, and passed of old age around when I was 8. A few years later, I was able to convince my mom to let me have not only one, but two. A brother and sister, Jack and Licorice, respectively. They were my pride and joy, until recently a few years ago Jack, who out lived Licorice, passed sway, but thankfully was a peaceful, harmless death of old age. Since a child, I was always in charge of the litter box, knowing all the steps that go into ensuring its freshness and comfortability for the furry babies to use. I did have another experience later in life where I learned a lot when one of my best friends had a kitten, Bhodie that had a suddenly rare condition he could not use his back legs. With this, I would help her put diapers on him and help him pee manually until his passing. I would be so grateful to be in the presence and take care of the duties for kittens and cats, as it is something I am well experienced on, and miss spending time with so much!!

We also have two cats. Your dog will likely not see the cats or mice during the visit to our home, but will get to play in our fenced in yard with our dog as much as needed or wanted. Your pet will get lots of attention and love in our home. I have a part time, work from home job. I will be with your pet the entire time apart from my short walks to the bus stop (which your pup might enjoy joining). I have a fenced in yard, a huge dog bed that my dog happily shares, older kids who are gentle with animals and love them, and can happily accommodate most needs (like making sure our dogs don’t share food, etc.)

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. Mostly I’ve taken care of labs but with my sister being a veterinarian I’ve had experience with all different walks of dog life! Soon I will be working part time but it won’t be a problem at all having plenty of time for pet care and attention. Overnight stays are welcome if need be! About: I have had multiple dogs my entire life. Growing up with dogs feels like they are family. I cannot imagine life without dogs in it. I am currently home looking to spend time with furry friends until I’m ready for my new fur baby. My 16 yr old fur baby passed a year ago. I live in a townhome. Open to furry friends. I don’t have a crate but will welcome a crate if needed. Or I can come and walk and leave your fur baby in their crate.

About: I grew up with 4 dogs - all different sizes and breeds. One of my dogs takes medicine twice daily for seizures. Because of this I have experience in giving dogs medicine if needed. One of my dogs is 16 so I also know how to take gentle care of senior dogs. I also have experience volunteering at the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines, Iowa. I love dogs very much and will do everything I can to make them feel happy and healthy. I’m currently working part time but I still have plenty of time throughout the week to help with your pets. I am available all day Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am also available on Weekends. My schedule tends to change but I am very flexible and can make almost anything work! I currently live in an apartment right next to a dog park. Inside the apartment I have one cat that gets along with anyone! I can easily crate up your dog or cat inside as well. Within others home I will be very respectful and follow your guidelines to a T! I will also try to be there as much as I can depending on what you and your pet need!

My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. About: I’ve been an animal lover, my whole life. With my background in the Vet field and most of my time as a kennel manager, my prior history, ensures the safety and care of your fur baby. I also have pets of my own so every day I ensure that not only my pets are taken care of but yours as well. I have several family members and friends that only trust me with their pets. I have 2 seniors pets of my own and understand the difficulties that come along with it. I’m very knowledgeable on keeping logs of medication and when they are administered and ensuring they get all the bathroom breaks and play time possible. Currently for the summer time, I am home most of the week and can ensure a daily routine. While pet sitting if I do have to leave I limit my time out and I ensure there is entertainment to help with anxiety such as a radio or TV playing with a cartoon and or music videos of wildlife. This has had a positive experience for many pets I take care of. I never want to leave a pet alone for long. I have a large fenced in yard, I have three very friendly dogs (one large and two small senior dogs) they can keep your babies company. I also have crates for my own pets and if necessary for yours as well.
About: Have taken care of and owned dogs all my life as well as been partnering with another pet sitting business to take in overflow. No kid home, safe and secure for your pet. Open to special requests such as if you want your dog walked at a park once a day, or kept separate from any other animals, etc. also if you’d like daily or multidaily updates and photos that can be requested. I work from home as a tailor so I’m home most of the day, no long hours away. I live alone so no extra people or strangers will be in the house or going in and out throughout the day. Close to Colonial animal hospital and Blue pearl incase of any emergency. I have a 6 foot fenced yard and a friendly small dog that is happy to play with a new friend. If your pet sleeps in bed at night I’d be happy to accommodate or if they’re crated at night I can also do so for you. I try to follow the same rules they live by at home including if they’re allowed on furniture, how they’re fed, etc.
