About: I have taken care of cats for as long as I can remember! My first kitty, Ginger, was brought into my family before I was born, and passed of old age around when I was 8. A few years later, I was able to convince my mom to let me have not only one, but two. A brother and sister, Jack and Licorice, respectively. They were my pride and joy, until recently a few years ago Jack, who out lived Licorice, passed sway, but thankfully was a peaceful, harmless death of old age. Since a child, I was always in charge of the litter box, knowing all the steps that go into ensuring its freshness and comfortability for the furry babies to use. I did have another experience later in life where I learned a lot when one of my best friends had a kitten, Bhodie that had a suddenly rare condition he could not use his back legs. With this, I would help her put diapers on him and help him pee manually until his passing. I would be so grateful to be in the presence and take care of the duties for kittens and cats, as it is something I am well experienced on, and miss spending time with so much!!
About: The same with dogs, I’ve been around cats and even try to care for strays too. I had a kitten in recent years. Poor little thing had worms, luckily I took him to the vet and recovery was quick and easy. I even looked after a calm senior cat for a an elder couple. Mostly, changing his litter, clean his water bowl, and set up his food in his bowl.

We left for a 2 week trip and I was very concerned because it was our first time being away from Panther for so long...not to mention, he is a very shy cat. Patricia relieved all of our fears. The first day, Panther hid...but after her caring efforts, he was letting her pet and hold him within just a few days! She stayed for the allotted time, brought in mail, watered my plant, and even took out the trash. She was an all around pleasure. Even more, her rates were very reasonable. I will contact her for all of our upcoming trips with complete confidence. I wish her much more success in her business, as she has a true passion for all things animals. Due to a background in the service industry, I can be somewhat demanding when it comes to good quality care. Most of the time, I don't even write a review if I'm not completely satisfied. However, Patricia exceeded my expectations, so despite the challenges (I missed the timeframe to write this review, so I had to contact Rover's amazing support team to get it reinstated lol), I was determined to write this review. I treat them like toddlers, but saying no a lot less since dogs can't speak English. They get all the loving they want rather it be on top of you, rolling over for belly rubs, if they want butt scratches or just chillin- on there own.

I walk both on my own frequently, so I am skilled in multi-dog walking! At our home we offer boarding services complete with a fenced 2-acre area as well as access to 10 acres for additional walking if needed. Dogs will be housed in our air-conditioned garage if staying over-night. Crates are available if preferred. I am home during the day so dogs will have plenty of potty breaks and outside play time. About: Throughout my high school and college experiences, I have fulfilled my volunteer hours working with local humane socialites! Animals have always had a special place in my heart. Having earned my bachelor’s in psychology, I was able to take a course about therapy using animals! Currently I am a fine dining server for a restaurant only open for dinner! So I am only ever unavailable for 4-5 hours most days, but can make stops before and after going to work!! My schedule has made me very flexible, and I would love to help those take care of their fur babies who may need an extra hand! I am currently employed at a fine dining seafood restaurant job that is open 4PM- 10PM everyday! I wake up early and have the whole day available until my nightly shift. And, I never would mind making a stop after I get off work! I just moved recently, so I am scouting 2 cats myself. With that, I recently moved out of my ex- lover’s house where he had a cat and 2 dogs. There was a completely fenced in backyard for the puppies to play, and plenty of space for the cat to roam! I’m my new house, we have an extra room that will be dedicated to the kitty’s and will be called the “cat room”, while we also have quite a large back patio where they can freely roam and get fresh air!!

I love all animals but specifically, I have a real warm appreciation for dogs. Back in Virginia, my mother is a certified dog trainer and started her own dog training/boarding company so we had many different breeds at our house 24/7 and I loved every moment of it! I have learned many training tips from my mom, and ever since I moved to Florida I miss the comfort of having pups around which is why I joined Rover. For safety purposes and to keep your dog safe, I do not go to the dog park if there are other dogs there and I do not host dogs from different families at the same time.

About: I grew up on a farm and have always cared for animals. I had horses, dogs, cats, chicken.. you name it! I now live on a 6 acres fenced in property with plenty of play area! I run my own business and go to school online, so my schedule is very flexible and most of my work is completed at home. I care for pets however the owner desire. If their pet needs lots of activity they will get they if they need to be crated or they like to just lounge around. Each pet has their own needs, I’d love to hear what those are.
