“Elisa did a great job. She was very communicative and kept me in the loop while I was out of state. I would book with her again to watch my cats. Since she is a vet school student, it made me feel nice knowing if there was an emergency she would know where to take my pets. 5 stars for-sure.”

“I will bring back a puppy from Kentucky return on Sunday evening. I will be working Monday and Wednesday here in Fort Collins. Would you be able to take care of Kaiser on those days?”

“Morgan took wonderful care of my Mabel. Very communicative and loved the picture update. If you are looking for a pet sitter who truly cares about animals and will go above and beyond, Morgan is great!”

“Suzie was great! We went out of town last minute and she was quick to set up a meeting to meet our dog and go over his schedule. While away, she was very punctual for every visit! We appreciate the notes for every check in and all the pictures. We would definitely use Suzie again! :)”

“Kai was amazing with our pets! We needed care for our dogs, but didn’t want to book a sitter for our cats because they’re sometimes reclusive and had all the food/water/care they needed set aside in a different room anyway. Kai didn’t mind the cats being here at all and actually offered to give them treats when she came by to care for the dogs. She even took our dogs for an unscheduled walk (after asking permission!) so they could get out, sniff around, and stretch their legs! It’s clear that Kai cares about the pets she watches. As if all of this isn’t enough, Kai also brought in all of the packages from our porch that arrived while we were gone (we just moved, so there was a lot)! I would absolutely book with Kai again. 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, amazing Rover!”

“Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful and kind with our cats while we were away! She communicated throughout her visits and went above and beyond what we asked her to do. I especially appreciated a fourth of July bandana she put on one of our cats and her thank you note she left us! :) I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Kaitlyn again if we needed a sitter!”

“Meagan went above and beyond for my two pups. Working in the Air Force I’m always on call and last minute got called for a trip. She responded to my last minute request quickly. Her communication is amazing and professional always keeping me in the loop no matter the situation. She cared for my dogs like they were her own! 10/10 would recommend and will be using her again.”

“Sydney was available last minute and was still able to swing by and meet our dogs prior to the day we needed her to do a drop in visit. She was also very easy to reach! Will book again!”

About: I have taken care of a bunch of different pets over the course of 5 years. I have cared for and played with many animals ranging from lizards to bunnies to cats and dogs. I have babysat many furry babies including ones with special care like health problems or seniors. I currently work at the foothills mall about 6 hours a week so I’m free pretty much all the time. I do have one more year of school so during the school year I’m slightly busier. I have had dogs come to my house before for babysitting but I have a very nervous dog at home and I'd prefer not to.

“Jessica was able to take a last minute booking to look after my fur baby for me! He doesn't usually take to people so quickly but my dog seemed to love her and I felt confident that he was going to be good while I was gone for the night! She is also super kind and even closed my garage for me when I forgot to close it! Thank you so much!”

“My husband and I always use Sarah to take care of our Remi. She constantly sends updates and always makes sure to keep us in the loop. She gets so excited seeing Sarah and is well tuckered out when we come ….. as much as a doodle can be. :)”

About: I had a roommate that was a mom to a dog (a big girl) and she wouldn’t spend much time at home so I’d always take care of her! We loved each other and had so much fun together! I’m a PhD student so I spend working hours on campus, but I live nearby so I’d be able to go back home for a potty break if needed. I’m more flexible on weekends, I’d be able to spend more time with them! I have a fenced yard and I live a few minutes away from city park which is perfect for walks! A new roommate is moving in mid-august and she has an emotional support dog who is well trained and well behaved, and would keep company to your dog!

About: I grew up in a house full of pets of all kind, I took a puppy training course and later trained my own dog, I’m very good with animals and frequently pet-sit for friends! I work part time on a flexible schedule so I can take care of your pet any time you need me! August 25th I will be resuming classes at CSU and will be busy 9-11 Mondays, 12-6 Tuesdays, 9-5 Wednesdays, 2-3:30 Thursdays, and 10-11 Fridays. I love spending time with our furry friends so I can give your pet all the attention they need! Long walks and hikes are my jam, but i’m always down to chill on the couch with a lazier pet! I’m adaptable to your situation and training style so feel free to give me as much info on your pet as you want.

About: I have lots of experience with large and small dogs including ownership (over 10 years), handling, and dog-sitting for friends, family, and others in my community. I am currently a student at CSU studying wildlife conservation biology and am able to commute to school from any location withing the Fort Collins area. I am available on weekday afternoons, evenings, and nights except for Wednesday. Most weekends work for me too, unless I am traveling home. I believe that all pets deserve enrichment and stimulation, hence I try my best to care for your pet within their accommodations in order to adhere to their normal, comforting routines. I have cared for both very energetic and older dogs and am willing to do whatever possible to reduce any stress that could be caused by change in care.

About: I’ve dog sat for family and friends for 3 years. I’m committed to giving animals a loving environment, giving them a good walk, playing with them, giving them food, water, treats, etc. I work 4 hours in person Wednesday-Friday but I am home the rest of the day to take care of and watch over a pet. I am able to walk them 3x a day, play with them, and do everything needed. I ask that food, treats, toys, bed, collar, and a leash are provided.

About: Hi there! My name is Caroline, and I’ve loved animals - especially dogs - since I was a kid. I’ve grown up around dogs and began house sitting and dog walking for neighbors as a teenager. Having grown up around high-energy and anxious pups, I’m experienced in managing reactivity and walking “difficult to walk” dogs. I also have experience caring for senior pets, including those with multiple medications and limited mobility. I love to go for daily walks and hikes whenever I can, and I would be happy to bring your dog along! I have cared for cats in the past, but my experience with them is limited, aside from befriending the local strays! Although I’m less experienced with them, I’d be happy to care for your cat if you’d like. I have a flexible schedule taking classes part-time with an on-campus job, so I will have time to check on your pet every few hours most days of the week. I am happy to adapt to the needs of your pet - I understand if your dog needs to be crated when left alone. If so, I’m comfortable spending more time during house visits so that your dog can have a break from the crate under supervision.

“Sierra takes such great care of dog with high anxiety. She’s kind, dependable and reliable! We plan to continue asking her to care for our so we can relax when we’re away!”

Sienna B.
“Sienna would be a wonderful addition to the Rover family. She is dependable, kind, caring, understanding, hardworking and loving towards animals. When she was younger, she said "I promise to help feed, walk and take care of a dog if we get one." How many times have parents heard that, but it did not happen? Not with Sienna, she did everything she said she was going to do and more! Long walks, special attention, baths, meals, etc. You name it, Sienna is ALL about animals big and small. She loves animals, but has a special place in her heart for dogs and horses. You and your pet are lucky to have Sienna take care of them, because everyone will be in great hands.”

She took him on hikes, and nice walks. He had plenty of outside time, and she played with him when he was interested. We came home to a happy, healthy, well cared for dog. Caroline truly cares for animals, I would be happy to leave my dog with her again.”

Fort Collins dog parents share their Rover experiences
Suzie checked in on our puppy while we were out of town. She made her feel so loved, so happy, and well taken care of. Great communication and thorough updates about our pup made us feel safe knowing we could trust Suzie. Highly recommend going to her for her services!

Ashlyn took such good care of our babies! My cat likes no one. Literally, no one. I pretty much told her to expect to sprinkle some food in the cat bowl after it magically disappears because I did not expect her to see him. But he LOVED her and so did our dogs. I felt updated and secure having her take care of our floofs. If we go out of town, I’ll absolutely ask her to help out again when she can. ☺️
