We have a female 11 yr old yorkie, and a male 4 yr old vizsla,our yorkie is just loveable towards everyone, but our vizsla he was a bit apprehensive in the beginning with her but Cat was determined to win him over and by midweek he finally warmed up to her. About: Hi, I'm Miki! I've had dogs my whole life, and adopted one of my very own (Scout) about 4 years ago! With several years of personal and professional experience, I'm confident I can provide a happy and safe space for your pet. :) As a dog owner, I know how hard it can be to find someone you trust with your pet, and my goal is to give my client's peace of mind knowing that their babies are being cared for just as I would my own dog! At the moment, I only host one dog at a time to make sure they get my full attention (or two from the same household). I have a ton of experience and knowledge with dogs, but particularly anxious/reactive dogs and am always happy to accommodate any special needs/requests. I work from home a few days a week and have an open weekend schedule, so Scout and I would love having another friend around to keep us company! We typically go on a minimum of 3 walks a day (morning, afternoon and night) for anywhere from 20 minutes- 1+ hours. Between walks, I have plenty of toys and mentally stimulating gadgets that Scout would be happy to share. :) While I don't have a yard, my neighborhood is the perfect dog-friendly spot with lots of trails, streams and parks! If your dog is hanging with us, you can expect an itinerary full of very dog centered activities (as usual) haha. I'm experienced working with low and high energy dogs and more than happy to follow your dogs typical schedule- whatever that may be! To maintain safe and calm environment for all pets, I do require that dogs are crate trained and feel comfortable being crated if I need to leave the house for a short time.

About: I’m an active person that knows how to take care of animals. I have an Belgian Malinois that is super active and know how to interact with high maintenance dogs. I work from home 4 out of 5 days. Have plenty of free time to do drop ins or animal sit for the day or night. Currently I don’t have animals stay at my house but willing to go to your house for drop ins or pet sitting for any day of the week.

About: I've lived with dogs my entire life, and therefore have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and every age in-between. My friends - and especially my partner - call me "the animal whisperer" because of my non-anxious presence that animals seem to notice and be drawn to. In fact, my former housemates tell me that I taught their grumpy, elderly dachshund how to love people! I enjoy playing with dogs, but am also perfectly content to lounge and cuddle with our lazier canine companions. I live in an intentional community with several other housemates, and am therefore unable to bring pets home with me. However, I am flexible when it comes to checking on your pet(s) and spending quality time with them. Considering I will be caring for your pet in your home, I welcome any preferences and suggestions you may have! I'm comfortable being with dogs on furniture, but can also crate them if that's what they're used to. Additionally, I can adapt to feeding and walking schedules.
