There were other dogs there with mine and she kept me was proactive about gauging my comfort based on the other dogs’ personalities. I received updates throughout the day and pictures that showed my dog was given both space to socialize, exercise, and relax. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again for any dog sitting needs I have.”

Our backyard, quiet neighborhood, and proximity to the James River Park System is perfect for play time and longer walks. If you’re looking for a reliable friendly caretaker and or a fun place to stay for your pet, look no further. This is my full time commitment at the moment so pet care will be my top priority. My dog Belle gets all of the attention and won’t mind sharing. I have a fenced in yard at home that I share with my wife and our dog Belle. When it’s not too hot Belle gets a long walk every day, and can go in and out to the yard as she pleases. I will ensure I give the same level of care to your dog as I would my own both in and out of my home.

“Lauren’s great! She took great care of our Fidel. She daycared for Fidel for two consecutive days. On the second day, Fidel was really excited when we arrived at her place and got really happy when he saw her. Lauren took Fidel out for walks and to play in the backyard. Communication with her was easy and quick. Highly recommended!”

About: Hi I’m Karlyn! I am a lover of all pets-young, old, big or small- and I take any opportunities to show them love and take them on adventures. I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember and have two fur babies of my own. My two indoor cats, who have both grown up with dogs, mostly keep to themselves when we have visitors. However, they have been known to make appearances to watch from the exposed beams with a judging glare. I am a graphic designer who works from home and my schedule is flexible to fit your dog’s needs and show them undivided attention throughout the day. I have a fenced in back yard and am just minutes from the James River, where I love to take nice long walks with the dogs. My home is clean, smoke free and has plenty of room for a crate.

“I would definitely recommend Adri. She has been so friendly and helpful watching Bella while I take my husband to his doctor appointments. A couple times they changed the time and Adri was very flexible and took Bella at the last minute. Bella is happy to hang out with her dogs and go on walks to the park. Adri sends pictures so I know she’s having fun. Bella comes home a happy and relaxed girl!”
