About: I’ve been caring for my own dogs and cats—as well as my neighbors’ pets—since childhood. I have always had one or more rescue dogs and am currently in the process of becoming a certified dog trainer. I am naturally conscientious and detail-oriented, and aim to provide a retreat-like stay for your dog—giving you peace of mind and returning them to you happy and tired! I have several sizes of pet beds, dog stairs and ramp, a crate, bowls including an automatic water dispenser and slow feeders, toys, bones, treats, games, etc; the only thing you will need to bring is your dog’s food but I am happy to take any other items that may make your dog more comfortable; please let me know if your dog should stick to food/treats you provide. I work from home, which allows me to easily coordinate feedings, walks, playtime, and any necessary medications. I also prefer to spend most of my time at home, so your dog will receive lots of dedicated attention and love! I truly enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual and providing an environment and activities best suited to their particular needs and personality. I have a large yard that’s securely fenced in both the front and back, giving your dog plenty of safe space to roam and play. When I’m home, I often leave the back door open so dogs can come and go as they please. I value clear communication and will provide consistent updates. I understand the trust involved in allowing someone else to care for a beloved pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. I will treat both your pet and your home with the utmost care and respect. I am able to board several dogs at a time but meet all dogs beforehand and don’t accept more than 1 new guest at a time. If you prefer your dog to be the only guest please let me know and I am happy to accommodate if I have no prior bookings. I am not able to take dogs that are not fully house trained or mark inside the home. I always feed separately as a precaution.

“Sorry for the late review. I've been doing the grandma thing for the past 2 weeks. I am a widow and I live alone many miles from family. My dogs, Margot and Molly, have become my life. When I learned that they were not invited to the party, I almost declined the invitation. Through a trusted friend, I learned about Rover. I took a chance and booked a time with Dawn. WOW! It's like taking your child to kindergarten for the first day and they walk away from you without looking back. I like to think the girls are good judges of character. Well Dawn took their leashes and they walked away from me without looking back They were not the least stressed when I picked them up later. They had play time with other dogs, they had their dinner and they were ready for a good night's sleep when I picked them up. I got updates on where they were and what they were doing. I couldn't be happier than I was with Dawn's care. This experience was a golden buzzer for me.”

About: I've had dogs since I was 5 (I'm 36). Cats I never had my own-- although I am getting kittens very soon :) -- but I have pet-sit for 2 cats of a good friends for 9 years whenever he left town. I also had a neighbor with anywhere from 7-15 cats growing up, and many (but not all) of those cats loved me. I am looking to build this into a primary source of income. I have closed weekends per the default availability, but please inquire and I will do my best to make time on weekends as well. I allow them to explore my house supervised in order to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their surroundings. I have a space in the middle of the house that will be for pet toys / chewing / napping / etc.

We have a nice porch and a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy time outside without worry. We also have a crate here for up to 70 lbs dog and can safely crate your pet to ensure they are comfortable and safe if left alone.

About: Hi there! My name is Gaby and my partner’s name is Sawyer and if you’re looking for someone to love your baby(ies) and treat them like their own - you’ve found the right people! We have both grown up surrounded by pets our whole lives, are currently proud dog parents to two boys, and have yet to come across a pet we aren’t obsessed with. We know how stressful it can be to trust someone with your fur baby so we try to ease any concerns as best we can with constant communication including updates and pictures so you never feel like your pet is too far! 🥰 My partner and I have both taken care of dogs of all kinds, from senior dogs to raising 3+ litters - we’ve seen it all and we’re not worried about getting our paws dirty. Our background with dogs means we are both comfortable administering medication and caring for any special needs. We’ve dealt with gentle giants, high energy pups, cranky senior dogs, and more. On top of that, we have a fenced in backyard for our furry guests to roam around in! I work from home every day so I will be with your pet all day, keeping them constant company! Aside from having the fenced in backyard which they will have access to, we go on at least two walks a day, sometimes a third in the afternoon depending on the heat. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs to keep your furry friend company. We have separate floors and rooms so we have more than enough space for crates and to keep dogs separate if needed! We are big snugglers though!!
