If you’re looking for a reliable friendly caretaker and or a fun place to stay for your pet, look no further. This is my full time commitment at the moment so pet care will be my top priority. My dog Belle gets all of the attention and won’t mind sharing. I have a fenced in yard at home that I share with my wife and our dog Belle. When it’s not too hot Belle gets a long walk every day, and can go in and out to the yard as she pleases. I will ensure I give the same level of care to your dog as I would my own both in and out of my home.

About: Hi I’m Karlyn! I am a lover of all pets-young, old, big or small- and I take any opportunities to show them love and take them on adventures. I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember and have two fur babies of my own. My two indoor cats, who have both grown up with dogs, mostly keep to themselves when we have visitors. However, they have been known to make appearances to watch from the exposed beams with a judging glare. I am a graphic designer who works from home and my schedule is flexible to fit your dog’s needs and show them undivided attention throughout the day. I have a fenced in back yard and am just minutes from the James River, where I love to take nice long walks with the dogs. My home is clean, smoke free and has plenty of room for a crate.

When working in our office, she happily walked, brushed and exercised our XL boy (110 lbs) whenever needed, giving him as much loving attention as she would her own dog; while dog-sitting (typically 4 - 7 days), she fastidiously maintained his diet and medical regimen and kept him so comfortable that he barely seemed to notice our absence! (remarkable for a dog who typically got anxious when I was out of sight). Last, Sarah is also smart and focused, so you can expect her to think on her feet whenever needed.”

About: I absolutely love dogs! I grew up on a small farm with four dogs of my own and have been taking care of them for as long as I remember. I have watched many different dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have administered medicine to diabetic dogs as well as numerous medications. I love hiking and the outdoors, and love bringing a pup along with me. Animals have always seemed to love me and I plan on getting a degree to eventually become a vet. Nurturing and caring for animals is not just a side job for me its my passion!
