About: I am a recent graduate from The University of Virginia who grew up in an animal-loving home. I am an attentive pet sitter and dog walker with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and in-home care, focusing on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy while maintaining their normal routines. I’ve grown up caring for animals and currently have a friendly Bichon and two cats of my own, so I understand how important trust, consistency, and individualized care are. My experience includes daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic grooming, litter box care, and administering simple medications when needed. I’m especially patient with shy, senior, or anxious pets and always take a calm, respectful approach. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for daytime walks and visits, evenings, and weekends, and I can accommodate pets who need multiple check-ins or extra attention throughout the day. I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and attentive to detail. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure pet parents feel confident and at ease while they’re away. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I’m available for daytime visits, walks, and extended care, as well as evenings and weekends. Because my schedule is flexible, I’m able to accommodate pets who need consistent routines, multiple check-ins, or extra attention throughout the day. I live in a calm, pet-friendly home with one friendly Bichon and two cats who are well-socialized around other animals. I carefully supervise all interactions and can easily separate pets if needed. I follow each pet’s routine closely, prioritize cleanliness and safety, and communicate regularly with pet parents to ensure peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 8-5, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

Ashley is an incredible pet sitter! She is great with my two cats, one of whom is very timid and the other who gets a bit anxious when left alone, so we’ve always so appreciated having her there and knowing they’re in good hands. She’s also great at providing us updates, checking on our home, and doing any little tasks around the house that she notices, like sweeping around the litter boxes, watering plants, etc. It’s a genuine comfort knowing that both my pets and my home are safe and taken care of when we’re away. She’s very dependable, gives great updates, and is proactive about getting to know your pets and doing things that will make them feel comfortable. Even when something isn’t specifically asked of her, she goes above and beyond. We’re so thankful to have found a pet sitter who we feel is so caring, and I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for someone to look after your pets!
Jillian was excellent with our pets! She came over beforehand to meet our dog and cat and our usually anxious dog was immediately happy and comfortable around her. While we were away she sent us plenty of pictures of our girls looking happy and adorable 💕 She also shared details of their progress and based on a picture she shared I saw her giving cuddles with our very affectionate velcro dog. I would absolutely choose her again! She was great!
Emily took such wonderful care of our babies, she was thoughtful, going above and beyond what we’d expected. She even hurried over and let Koko out of a bedroom that he trapped himself in when he pushed the door closed. Thanks so much, Emily, for being our kitty hero!
Emily was great! She was on time and professional. She took great pictures of my dog on her visits and kept me informed on how she was doing. I was a little afraid to leave my old little dog with someone new, but it worked out very well and Emily made me feel very comfortable. Kirby has dropped in on Maisie twice now, and we couldn’t be happier with her! ❤️ She came to our rescue when someone unexpectedly canceled while we were out of the country on vacation, and then again yesterday when soemthing came up last-minute and we needed someone to let Maisie out during the day. Both times, Kirby was incredibly kind and willing to help on short notice. Most importantly, she is so sweet with Maisie! Maisie absolutely loves her visits from Kirby, which makes me feel so much better knowing she’s in good hands while we’re away. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Kirby again whenever we need someone to drop in on our girl! 🐾
Avery took amazing care of Kali these past 6 months i've been in Richmond for work, we will definitely miss her! It can be hard to trust someone with your pet when traveling but i'm so happy I found her. She's amazing at communicating and was always flexible with work changing schedules at times. Lee has consistently gone above and beyond every time he’s watched my cats. He is very diligent in reading instructions and is a pro at giving meds and injections. My cats can be messy and have accidents and he always tidies up. He even helped me with a package that was not part of his petsitting. My cats were given lots of attention and well taken care of. He is the #1 petsitter I trust!
Harlee is a fantastic pet sitter! She watched our two cats for 10 days. She came twice a day to administer medication for our senior cat and was always great about arriving on time and sending photo updates.
