About: I’m a huge animal lover and have been around and had dogs as well as many other types of animals my whole life. Experienced with all ages I work at a dog daycare 5 days a week and love to dog sit whenever I can fit it in with my work schedule. Feed as instructed, playtime with whatever or however is their favorite. Lots of pets and scratches and cuddles if they like that. About: I have experience with dogs as young as one and as old as fourteen. I easily adapt to all ages, temperaments, and unique care needs! In my career, I have also been told that I project a calm and empathetic nature, and I strongly believe that the animals I interact with can sense that, too. I tend to get along with every animal that I meet, and my love for animals runs VERY deep. I spent the last 5 years taking care of my sick senior dog who has recently transitioned. From there, I have spent extra time playing, dog sitting, and dog walking my family members fur babies so I can continue to spread my love for animals ❤️. Furthermore, as the weather is beginning to change here in the Midwest, I have been able to take weekly walks within my schedule! I am also fortunate enough to have 4 days off a week, so incorporating a walk around the block is very easy to squeeze into my lifestyle. Although dog walking can be very fun and relaxing, it is important to be aware of your surroundings. Animals can be unpredictable, therefore, when walking my fur babies, I make an appoint to be cautious of other animals that may be in the area such as deer, stray cats, or other dogs. Additionally, it is important to look over your shoulder, because cars can be extremely quiet and hard to hear sometimes!

“Samantha is amazing, she never failed to send pictures and get plenty of exercise with my insanely hyper dog, he just loved her. In February of this year I got into a horrible accident and didn’t wake up for two days, I lived alone and my dog didn’t have anyone, I woke up in the ICU and Samantha was the first one I got a hold of knowing she had a key. She showed and saved my dogs life, my keys were lost in the accident and I had no way to get home. She safely got the key to my family and Obsidian is safe and healthy with me traveling across the United States and happier then ever. I couldn’t thank her enough for being that reliable. About: Hi! My name is Alex. I am heavily involved in the world of animal rescue, and have experience with a variety of different animals. I have cared for and fostered dozens of dogs throughout my life, and absolutely love large dogs and bully breeds! I have also fostered and cared for hundreds of adult cats, kittens, and geriatric felines. I am a major proponent of positive reinforcement, and will not ever work with any kind of negative reinforcement or punishment based training. I am comfortable with some clicker and reward based training as well should you want to work on a few things with your dog and/or cat (I've trained a few cats to do tricks, too!) I am experienced in administering a variety of medications. I have three cats of my own ranging from 15-years-old to 2-years-old, and a 5-year-old 65lb pitty. Ask me anything! I truly cannot wait to meet your furry family members! My job allows me an immense amount of flexibility as well as being remote so I have lots of time for your baby! I can provide multiple check ins a day during the week or weekend. Although I do not bring clients into my home, I care for them in their comfortable home environment however they are most comfortable. It's important I maintain their routines and help them to feel safe and secure. For cats this includes dedicated toy time and snuggles, and for dogs it includes supervised yard time or walkies!

About: Hello all! I am a huge animal lover and have been an avid volunteer at various shelters for many years. I have been a trusted sitter for many friends and family members, and have pets of my own who are very much part of my family. I have a great deal of experience with many different breeds, some positive reinforcement training experience, and some basic first aid/troubleshooting experience. I will always treat any animal within my care as my own, and take my responsibility of being trusted with someone's family member incredibly seriously. I work from home on a varied, part-time schedule. I plan to use the late morning/early afternoon hours when I am typically free to do walks and/or check-ins and can do overnights as needed when my schedule allows. Making sure there is not "people food" easily accessible to the pet when that's a concern, being mindful of small parts they may try to eat and choke on etc. Making sure the animal has enrichment activities to make it less likely they will chew on or destroy anything they aren't supposed to. Paying attention to notes on pet profiles, making myself aware of any concerns with cats/dogs/kids/food aggression etc. Being sure to lock & double check doors before bed or when leaving the property.

About: I grew up with a cat and a dog, and have a cat and dog of my own now. Animals have always had a special place in my heart and I have pet-sat for many neighbors and family friends throughout my life. I currently work from home most days, so I have extra time and flexibility to check in on your babies while you may be away. About: As I have a flexible schedule I am generally available to watch your pets! As many of my reviews say I help when you’re in a pinch! I am great with all pets and I am currently Studying psychology which I learned how to train animals and may be able to help! About: I started pet sitting after getting my first dog 6 years ago. He’s well trained and knows a bunch of commands because I enjoyed training him! Since then I’ve fostered, dog-sat, and rescued a bunch of dogs and even some cats! I currently work 3-4 days a week so, I have a lot of free time! About: I work from home so your pet will not be left home alone for extended periods of time. I am kind, compassionate, and patient. I have knowledge of working with a variety of pet personalities, including those shy and nervous. I have extensive experience working with dogs including working in a boarding kennel, at a pet store, and at a dog park. I also have 15 years of house and pet sitting experience. My personal experience includes being around dogs my entire life. My family has always had them in the home and once I moved out, I gained a couple of my own. I have two dogs who are 100% pet friendly. I specialize in sensitive and older dogs who may have a hard time at a boarding kennel or in a more lively home. I have both a rescue and older dog who are sensitive and unable to be boarded outside of the home. I know how difficult this can be and would love to open my home to your pet when you are in need. Iwould like to make your dog sitter situation as stress-free as possible, and am willing to do what is required to diminish the worry that comes with leaving your pets in the care of someone else. My home is an excellent environment for the more particular pets, as it is tailored to my own. I live in a ranch with no other people in the home. There are no stairs and the majority of the floor is carpet, perfect for pets who have issues with mobility or fear regarding flooring. Pets are always given the option to socialize with us but if they prefer to be on their own to rest. We will not have visitors while your pup is a guest. I am a public school employee and do not work out of the home over the summer. Your pet will get plenty of attention and entertainment. I care for your dog as if it were my own. I can make accommodations on a dog by dog basis. My personal dogs have wildly different needs and I recognize that not all dogs have the same needs. I will do what is necessary to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe.

About: I've had a dog since I was 6 , and always enjoyed taking her for walks, playing, taking care of her, and enjoying giving her lots of pets and love! I was lucky to have a very best friend of my own, a wonderful dog Bud. We loved going on adventures, he ate the best of healthy foods and got extra love all the time. We got to spend 6 amazing years together, for his time here on Earth! Throughout the past 10 years, I have cared for the pets of roommates, friends, and family many times. This ranged from bathroom breaks while the person worked, to week-long boarding or house-sitting to ensure the best of care. I often enjoy walks with these fury friends, playtime with toys or balls, and always making sure they have fresh water and are eating on schedule. Dogs are such a bright light in this world and deserve the best! I am currently going to school full time and attend on 3 separate days during the week, with class periods lasting no longer than 3 hours. I have other part-time positions as a community volunteer and caregiver for some family, which normally last around 3-4 hours as well. I make sure the pets are fed the provided meals, with specific dietary guidelines if needed. This would also include giving medication on schedule and of course making sure they have plenty of fresh water. I attend to their bathroom needs. If I am present and in the home, and the dogs are comfortable with being let outside periodically/upon request I'm happy to do that. If they require a play break outside or inside to get some energy out/have fun, I'm happy to entertain. This of course includes pets and scratches! I want to make sure they're comfortable and if they usually get treats for anything I'll attend to that as well. If walks are a regular thing for them that they enjoy, I'm happy to work that into the routine. If they require a coat for a walk I'll make sure they have that. If there's any additional request to make your dog and yourself comfortable while you're away I'm happy to discuss as well.
