About: I grew up with dogs and have helped potty train them. I love to cuddle and play with dogs. An added bonus is my son who is 14 loves dogs. They will be able to give all the kisses if that's their thing. I work from home so they will always have company and also have the availability to go out when needed. I stay in a quite neighborhood with sidewalks so when we go on walks they will be safe. Pets will have access to the whole home. No worries. There are no toxic plants or other toxic products that they will be able to get into. This will be a nice safe haven, like a second home to them.

About: I love dogs and recently lost my Whoodle after 13 years. I have had dogs for most of my adult life including a Bichon Frise, Whoodle, and a Doberman mix. I am good with senior dogs and puppies. I crate trained my last two dogs until they were 2 years old. I have dog sat for numerous family members and friends.. I have dog bowls, leashes, lots of toys and just need some cool dogs to hang out with :-) I am mainly looking to care for dogs on long weekends right now because I am back to working in office several days a week. I will be able to ensure the longest your dog will be left alone will be 4 hours. I have a large yard but not fenced in so I will be taking them out on a leash in the yard and for walks. I also have a park at the end of my street. I can do crate trained dogs but you would need to bring their crate. I do allow dogs on the couch and in the bed. I took care of a blind Bichon with diabetes for 3 years so I can care for older blind or deaf dogs and can administer insulin or other meds if needed.

Both dogs are pros at walking together, and my 40-pound Aussie Shepherd and 65-pound Great Pyrenees/Poodle mix are a dynamic duo. They're total sweethearts, loving people and animals alike, and I'm happy to introduce them to your furry friends! And hey, if you're curious about my better half, you can meet him too - he'll be hanging with the fur babies alongside of me when he is home from work.

My dogs name is Carmelo (Melo) and his favorite spot to go to is any type of fair for people or Keego harbor for a fun hike and swim. About: I grew up with dogs, so caring for them is second nature to me. I am able to do basic grooming as well as bathing! I helped raise my family's current dog, taking her on walks as well as training her. I am not a certified trainer, but I had fun training her and found it relatively easy! I have experience with both large/extra large dogs as well as small dogs, with varying activity levels. I am currently home from college for summer break. I have church on Sunday mornings as well as karate Monday evenings, but other than that I am free to care for your fur babies! We head inside and usually it’s nap time (where the pups can relax on the couch if they want)! After naps or relaxing time we go back outside for more playtime, or go for a walk and repeat throughout the day. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in backyard and a very friendly 10 month old golden retriever pup to keep your doggies company. I do have a separate “doggie room” which has crates, beds, toys, etc on hand just in case the pup needs a break or some adjustment time- and in there we have extra collars and leashes. We have two baby gates that block of the bathroom and front door area so the doggies don’t get into cleaning supplies or slip out the front door :)

About: I’ve always had great experiences of taking care of pets since childhood. From taking care of my own, pet sitting for friends while they’re out of town as well as working at a doggy daycare for a year. I have experience with both cats & dogs of various sizes and ages. I’m employed full time and unable to accept request Tuesday-Thursday. My availability is Friday-Monday for house sitting and Saturday & Sunday for dog walking and check ins. I cannot board pets at my home since I share my living space at this time, however, I’m opening to visit/stay at the client’s home if needed.

My personal experience includes being around dogs my entire life. My family has always had them in the home and once I moved out, I gained a couple of my own. I have both a rescue and older dog who are sensitive and unable to be boarded outside of the home. I know how difficult this can be and would love to open my home to your pet when you are in need. My home is an excellent environment for the more particular pets, as it is tailored to my own. I live in a ranch with no other people in the home. There are no stairs and the majority of the floor is carpet, perfect for pets who have issues with mobility or fear regarding flooring. Pets are always given the option to socialize with us but if they prefer to be on their own to rest. We will not have visitors while your pup is a guest. I am a public school employee and do not work out of the home over the summer. Your pet will get plenty of attention and entertainment. I care for your dog as if it were my own. I can make accommodations on a dog by dog basis. My personal dogs have wildly different needs and I recognize that not all dogs have the same needs. I will do what is necessary to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe.

About: Hello all! I am a huge animal lover and have been an avid volunteer at various shelters for many years. I have been a trusted sitter for many friends and family members, and have pets of my own who are very much part of my family. I have a great deal of experience with many different breeds, some positive reinforcement training experience, and some basic first aid/troubleshooting experience. I will always treat any animal within my care as my own, and take my responsibility of being trusted with someone's family member incredibly seriously. I work from home on a varied, part-time schedule. I plan to use the late morning/early afternoon hours when I am typically free to do walks and/or check-ins and can do overnights as needed when my schedule allows. Making sure there is not "people food" easily accessible to the pet when that's a concern, being mindful of small parts they may try to eat and choke on etc. Making sure the animal has enrichment activities to make it less likely they will chew on or destroy anything they aren't supposed to. Paying attention to notes on pet profiles, making myself aware of any concerns with cats/dogs/kids/food aggression etc. Being sure to lock & double check doors before bed or when leaving the property.
About: On top of having a genuine love for animals I am also task, oriented and believe in the upmost respect and welfare of each pet coming to my home. Pets are treated as part of my family however, I recognize that they are also held to a higher standard due to being a distinguished visitor in my home it is not only my pleasure But my duty to provide the best care possible for the best Rover experience. Phase 1 – Introduction An in-person or virtual meet-and-greet where the owner and I determine if care is a good fit. Phase 2 – Initial Care Day Often the hardest transition for the pet, but made easier for both the owner and me through successful meet-and-greets Phase 3 – Companionship This stage focuses on building rapport with the pet through bonding activities. Each day includes at least 30 minutes and three activities (e.g., walks, toys, fetch, petting, treats, and rewards). Phase 4 – Integration (for boarding or multi-day visits) At this stage, the pet becomes part of the daily routine and begins to see me as their temporary caregiver. Phase 5 – Reunion The happiest moment—when the pet reunites with their owner. Their excitement and expressions are truly priceless.
About: I am first-aid certified for both cats and dogs by the American Red Cross. I currently work as a dog bather, and have had previous experience as a dog daycare attendant. I am the one my family calls on whenever they need a sitter for their furry/scaly friends, on top of caring for my own animal family members. I am a huge animal lover and have a deep passion for the well being and happiness for all of them, big or small, young or old, furry or scaly! I currently work as a dog bather, and the longest shifts I do are 9 hours maximum. My schedule is fairly flexible at the moment, so if your pet needs more frequent care/potty breaks, I will most likely be able to adjust my work schedule. Just let me know! In my eyes, pets should be treated like family. Although I cannot watch your pet in my own home, I will make sure they are extremely comfortable in yours while you're away. I will provide an appropriate amount of play time, make sure they get frequent potty breaks, feed them on their established schedule, and of course give them lots of cuddles if they like that!

About: I've had a dog since I was 6 , and always enjoyed taking her for walks, playing, taking care of her, and enjoying giving her lots of pets and love! I was lucky to have a very best friend of my own, a wonderful dog Bud. We loved going on adventures, he ate the best of healthy foods and got extra love all the time. We got to spend 6 amazing years together, for his time here on Earth! Throughout the past 10 years, I have cared for the pets of roommates, friends, and family many times. This ranged from bathroom breaks while the person worked, to week-long boarding or house-sitting to ensure the best of care. I often enjoy walks with these fury friends, playtime with toys or balls, and always making sure they have fresh water and are eating on schedule. Dogs are such a bright light in this world and deserve the best! I am currently going to school full time and attend on 3 separate days during the week, with class periods lasting no longer than 3 hours. I have other part-time positions as a community volunteer and caregiver for some family, which normally last around 3-4 hours as well. I make sure the pets are fed the provided meals, with specific dietary guidelines if needed. This would also include giving medication on schedule and of course making sure they have plenty of fresh water. I attend to their bathroom needs. If I am present and in the home, and the dogs are comfortable with being let outside periodically/upon request I'm happy to do that. If they require a play break outside or inside to get some energy out/have fun, I'm happy to entertain. This of course includes pets and scratches! I want to make sure they're comfortable and if they usually get treats for anything I'll attend to that as well. If walks are a regular thing for them that they enjoy, I'm happy to work that into the routine. If they require a coat for a walk I'll make sure they have that. If there's any additional request to make your dog and yourself comfortable while you're away I'm happy to discuss as well.
About: I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own who are very socialized! I’m great at training fur babies if they need any and I have lots of energy to keep up with them as well! My partner and I recently bought our home in Detroit that has a good size yard for play space for your dogs! I also do date night sitting in the surrounding areas so I have no problem driving out to give your fur babies a potty break and some love when you’re out at work. I have been doing house sitting along with pet sitting for some time now so I have great references if needed! I am married, no children yet and as I mentioned have 2 dogs and 4 kitties! They’re all very friendly and welcoming to others. I work from home so I have time to give love and as many potty breaks as they need while they are here! I treat all dogs like my own. I have a fenced yard and will do lots of supervised play time in it! My dogs love to play with other dogs as well, all supervised of course!
