About: I have taken care of many different cats and dogs since I was around 10. Many of my neighbors ask me to watch and walk their pets while they are on vacation. I have taken care of my family dog for the past 10 years. I work overnights Thursday through Monday so I am available during the day until 5pm. On weekends I’m usually available 11-8pm. I love to take a break from my regular job to spend time with animals. I will make sure to follow any instructions you leave for the safety of your pet. I always listen to a dog or cat’s body language to endure I am meeting their needs.

“Bill is an exceptional dog walker! He took such amazing care of my Cooper. First, he was so accommodating and flexible by walking my Cooper for 1.5 hours every day when no other dog walker offered more than 1-hour walks. Second, he sent me daily pictures of their walks, taking Cooper to parks and his favorite local spots, sending me a daily rover report card. If that wasn't enough, Bill had a procedure on his hand one day, and he still showed up for his walk with Cooper. I was okay with him skipping one day, but his response was "I'm committed to walking Cooper." I was beyond impressed, and I knew what an animal lover Bill is. Most importantly, Cooper absolutely adored him. He wouldn't even get out of bed until he arrived. Seeing their pictures together made me a little jealous, but I was so happy to see how happy he made my Cooper. Bill is a true animal lover and has a huge heart which was very important to me. I didn't want someone to just come and walk my dog. I wanted someone who would be a loving companion for Cooper, and he definitely was loved by Cooper. About: I grew up with dogs, so caring for them is second nature to me. I am able to do basic grooming as well as bathing! I helped raise my family's current dog, taking her on walks as well as training her. I am not a certified trainer, but I had fun training her and found it relatively easy! I have experience with both large/extra large dogs as well as small dogs, with varying activity levels. I am currently home from college for summer break. I have church on Sunday mornings as well as karate Monday evenings, but other than that I am free to care for your fur babies! I am open and willing to adapt to the needs of your fur babies to the best of my ability. I have experience with fenced in yards and e-collars/invisible fences.

About: I started pet sitting after getting my first dog 6 years ago. He’s well trained and knows a bunch of commands because I enjoyed training him! Since then I’ve fostered, dog-sat, and rescued a bunch of dogs and even some cats! I currently work 3-4 days a week so, I have a lot of free time! I usually devote it to making extra cash and I prefer dog sitting because I actually enjoy it. I prefer to let my dog roam with frequent bathroom breaks and play time. About: Hi! My name is Alex. I am heavily involved in the world of animal rescue, and have experience with a variety of different animals. I have cared for and fostered dozens of dogs throughout my life, and absolutely love large dogs and bully breeds! I have also fostered and cared for hundreds of adult cats, kittens, and geriatric felines. I am a major proponent of positive reinforcement, and will not ever work with any kind of negative reinforcement or punishment based training. I am comfortable with some clicker and reward based training as well should you want to work on a few things with your dog and/or cat (I've trained a few cats to do tricks, too!) I am experienced in administering a variety of medications. I have three cats of my own ranging from 15-years-old to 2-years-old, and a 5-year-old 65lb pitty. Ask me anything! I truly cannot wait to meet your furry family members! My job allows me an immense amount of flexibility as well as being remote so I have lots of time for your baby! I can provide multiple check ins a day during the week or weekend. Although I do not bring clients into my home, I care for them in their comfortable home environment however they are most comfortable. It's important I maintain their routines and help them to feel safe and secure. For cats this includes dedicated toy time and snuggles, and for dogs it includes supervised yard time or walkies!

About: With 16 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in the pets who need a little extra: seniors, anxious or reactive dogs, and pets on medication schedules (oral and injectable). I’m an approved foster parent with Almost Home Animal Rescue, where I’ve cared for dogs with special needs, helped shy and fearful pups come out of their shells, and managed multi-dog households with conflict, including food-aggressive and territorial dogs. I’ve trained puppies, nursed blind senior dogs through their golden years, and treat every pet in my care exactly as I would my own two dogs at home. I’m equally comfortable with cats. I grew up with them, have cared for 5+ over the years, and even rescued a kitten from my previous neighborhood. Whether it’s a confident cat who needs company or a shy one who needs space and patience, I tailor my approach to what each individual pet actually needs. Clients tell me they return from vacation to a happier, calmer pet than when they left and that’s the standard I hold myself to. I’m currently working part time while I am in graduate school and my partner currently works from home most days so my schedule is very flexible for care. I am available weekdays except for Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, as I coach a dance team during that time. We currently reside in a house in Farmington Hills with a huge fenced in backyard. The house has been puppy proofed as we approved foster parents with Almost Home Animal Rescue. When caring for a new pet, I always make sure to give them a comfortable and positive experience with me.

About: I am back! After taking some time off caring for my senior pups I now have a younger dog that loves playmates. I would love to drop in and walk your dog for you when you cant! I offer walks +/- basic leash training also! I have been pet sitting dogs and cats over 20 years! Meet my pets Chicago is a 4 year old playful husky mix who enjoys sunbathing and meeting new friends, About my yard I have a completely fenced in chain link backyard. We have had a history of escape artists with our own dogs so some parts are very tall and reinforced! No toxic plants or pesticides used in our back yard either! My experience administering medication Absolutely. ---- vet tech here! LoL We took a break from sitting for a while when our dogs became seniors. We now have a dog that enjoys having friends over again! I also offer drop in services and would love to take your dog for a short walk, training walk or play time in the backyard if you need it! If your dog is staying in my home I would likely be here the entire time. I do require dogs are able to stay in a crate or a secure gated room when alone so the dog are separated when unsupervised.

About: I am an experienced foster animal caregiver, and a teacher. I offer a totally open schedule during the summer and on weekends. I’ve taken care of animals since a young age; I’ve personally had, kittens, cats, dogs, puppies, chickens, fish, and hamsters too. I have experience in crate training, potty training, basic obedience and leash training as well. Currently I have a male Golden Retriever in my home who is not neutered due to breed standards- he will be as soon as he is old enough, and he is up to date on all his vaccines and shots. He is well mannered and loves all animals- we have hosted puppies and dogs through the foster rescue and all were successful :) I am currently a teacher, so my weekends and “breaks” are fully open; beginning in June will be home full time! I wake up pretty early and like to spend time in the backyard with my resident doggie and any fosters I have playing with toys, balls, or sticks. Then I move into a short training session based on what the pups need- if it’s just my resident dog I usually work on a new command or leash skills. We head inside and usually it’s nap time (where the pups can relax on the couch if they want)! After naps or relaxing time we go back outside for more playtime, or go for a walk and repeat throughout the day. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in backyard and a very friendly/playful golden retriever pup to keep your doggies company. I do have a separate “doggie room” which has crates, beds, toys, etc on hand just in case the pup needs a break or some adjustment time- and in there we have extra collars and leashes. We have two baby gates that block of the bathroom and front door area so the doggies don’t get into cleaning supplies or slip out the front door :)

In February of this year I got into a horrible accident and didn’t wake up for two days, I lived alone and my dog didn’t have anyone, I woke up in the ICU and Samantha was the first one I got a hold of knowing she had a key. She showed and saved my dogs life, my keys were lost in the accident and I had no way to get home. She safely got the key to my family and Obsidian is safe and healthy with me traveling across the United States and happier then ever. I couldn’t thank her enough for being that reliable. I don’t know what I would ever do without my boy.”

“Brit did a good job walking my 130 pound American Akita named Apollo. Apollo walks good on a leash, but if he sees a squirrel he may pull. Today Brit was able to teach me something new. Today I learned when he pulls to bend my arm to get more control. Brit has lots of experience with dogs, even large breeds. Would def book her to walk him again.”
