About: I grew up with dogs, so caring for them is second nature to me. I am able to do basic grooming as well as bathing! I helped raise my family's current dog, taking her on walks as well as training her. I am not a certified trainer, but I had fun training her and found it relatively easy! I have experience with both large/extra large dogs as well as small dogs, with varying activity levels. I am currently home from college for summer break. I have church on Sunday mornings as well as karate Monday evenings, but other than that I am free to care for your fur babies! I make my own schedule, so I’m happy to fit in drop in care and walks for your pets! There’s nothing better than a bit of quality time with a beloved animal. About: I’ve always had great experiences of taking care of pets since childhood. From taking care of my own, pet sitting for friends while they’re out of town as well as working at a doggy daycare for a year. I have experience with both cats & dogs of various sizes and ages. Currently I have open availability for house sitting (Sunday through Saturday) and will be available for dog walking and check ins Wednesday through Saturday (mornings and afternoons). I cannot board pets at my home since I share my living space at this time, however, I’m opening to visit/stay at the client’s home if needed.

About: I started pet sitting after getting my first dog 6 years ago. He’s well trained and knows a bunch of commands because I enjoyed training him! Since then I’ve fostered, dog-sat, and rescued a bunch of dogs and even some cats! I currently work 3-4 days a week so, I have a lot of free time! I usually devote it to making extra cash and I prefer dog sitting because I actually enjoy it. I prefer to let my dog roam with frequent bathroom breaks and play time. About: I am an experienced foster animal caregiver, and a teacher. I offer a totally open schedule during the summer and on weekends. I’ve taken care of animals since a young age; I’ve personally had, kittens, cats, dogs, puppies, chickens, fish, and hamsters too. I have experience in crate training, potty training, basic obedience and leash training as well. Currently I have a male Golden Retriever in my home who is not neutered due to breed standards- he will be as soon as he is old enough, and he is up to date on all his vaccines and shots. He is well mannered and loves all animals- we have hosted puppies and dogs through the foster rescue and all were successful :) I am currently a teacher, so my weekends and “breaks” are fully open; beginning in June will be home full time! I wake up pretty early and like to spend time in the backyard with my resident doggie and any fosters I have playing with toys, balls, or sticks. Then I move into a short training session based on what the pups need- if it’s just my resident dog I usually work on a new command or leash skills. We head inside and usually it’s nap time (where the pups can relax on the couch if they want)! After naps or relaxing time we go back outside for more playtime, or go for a walk and repeat throughout the day. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in backyard and a very friendly/playful golden retriever pup to keep your doggies company. I do have a separate “doggie room” which has crates, beds, toys, etc on hand just in case the pup needs a break or some adjustment time- and in there we have extra collars and leashes. We have two baby gates that block of the bathroom and front door area so the doggies don’t get into cleaning supplies or slip out the front door :)

About: Hi! My name is Alex. I am heavily involved in the world of animal rescue, and have experience with a variety of different animals. I have cared for and fostered dozens of dogs throughout my life, and absolutely love large dogs and bully breeds! I have also fostered and cared for hundreds of adult cats, kittens, and geriatric felines. I am a major proponent of positive reinforcement, and will not ever work with any kind of negative reinforcement or punishment based training. I am comfortable with some clicker and reward based training as well should you want to work on a few things with your dog and/or cat (I've trained a few cats to do tricks, too!) I am experienced in administering a variety of medications. I have three cats of my own ranging from 15-years-old to 2-years-old, and a 5-year-old 65lb pitty. Ask me anything! I truly cannot wait to meet your furry family members! My job allows me an immense amount of flexibility as well as being remote so I have lots of time for your baby! I can provide multiple check ins a day during the week or weekend. Although I do not bring clients into my home, I care for them in their comfortable home environment however they are most comfortable. It's important I maintain their routines and help them to feel safe and secure. For cats this includes dedicated toy time and snuggles, and for dogs it includes supervised yard time or walkies!

“Brit did a good job walking my 130 pound American Akita named Apollo. Apollo walks good on a leash, but if he sees a squirrel he may pull. Today Brit was able to teach me something new. Today I learned when he pulls to bend my arm to get more control. Brit has lots of experience with dogs, even large breeds. Would def book her to walk him again.”

About: I am back! After taking some time off caring for my senior pups I now have a younger dog that loves playmates. I would love to drop in and walk your dog for you when you cant! I offer walks +/- basic leash training also! I have been pet sitting dogs and cats over 20 years! I am a licensed veterinary technician and also train dogs and their families addressing behavior issues. Do you have cats? I would love to stop over and feed them, clean litterboxes, medicate, or just play and love on them! When available I am able to do dog walks while you are gone for an extended about of time I have loved animals since I was a very small child. I always wanted a pet, no matter the kind. My parents started me as a volunteer with a dog rescue around 10 years old, and I have never looked back! Meet my pets Chicago is a 4 year old playful husky mix who enjoys sunbathing and meeting new friends, About my yard I have a completely fenced in chain link backyard. We have had a history of escape artists with our own dogs so some parts are very tall and reinforced! No toxic plants or pesticides used in our back yard either! My experience administering medication Absolutely. ---- vet tech here! LoL We took a break from sitting for a while when our dogs became seniors. We now have a dog that enjoys having friends over again! I also offer drop in services and would love to take your dog for a short walk, training walk or play time in the backyard if you need it! If your dog is staying in my home I would likely be here the entire time. I do require dogs are able to stay in a crate or a secure gated room when alone so the dog are separated when unsupervised.
