“This was our 1st time using Rover and Randy. We are very pleased with the overall experience. Randy was Great from the quick response to our request for service to the communication before the service began and throughout Jazzy’s stay with him. He sent pictures several times where it was clearly seen Jazzy felt very comfortable with him. We will definitely love to use his service again and will be sure to refer friends and family to him .”

I supplied Michael with all her necessities and 3 pages of instructions on legal sized paper. Michael was so grateful that I did so and after chatting with him for a few minutes to go over everything, I felt so relieved. I knew she was in good hands.
