About: I have had dogs all my life and always as a puppy from birth. From Shih Tzus, to labs, and most recently a Great Dane, I have helped train, raise, and keep all sizes. I do work full time, but typically wrap up my day by 3 and every day. I work in east hill and live near downtown. Afternoon/evening/nights are wide open for walks and play time and house checks. Depending on the age and breed of the dog, I like neighborhood walks or easy trail runs. Happy to go to a park or stay in the yard for some fetch or tug of war. About: I probably get along with dogs more than I do people. I've grown up with many, and have rescued most of the ones I have owned. Dogs are so much more than pets to me, they are family! They are such a big part of my life that I even went to school to become a vet assistant. However, life interfered and I never acquired my certificate (out of time frame, I passed my tests?). In the past two years, I’ve acquired my CCMA, and am studying now to become an RN. “Joy was wonderful! It is clear she has a passion for all animals. I booked her for house sitting in my home for 5 days and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My two dogs are both bully breeds and can sometimes be a little more difficult but Joy did perfect! During our meet and greet she was very friendly and respectful, and took diligent notes on each of the dogs preferences as well as any preferences I had for them and my home. She played with them and exercised them daily, and made sure they were both loved up on just the way each of them likes while I was away.
