About: My first job was working at a doggy daycare because my mom never let us have pets growing up. She eventually changed her mind and we've owned dogs for the past 5 years, but that initial love for animals has never left me. I've had everything from easy mutts and goldendoodles, to stubborn schnauzers. My motto for size preference has always been "the bigger, the better" because it's more to love, but working at the day care has given me the experience of handling a variety of sizes / breeds / temperaments. I'm currently a student at the University of Vermont, so I'm looking for something to fill in my time after class and on the weekends! Having owned dogs myself, safety is extremely important to me. Your pet will never be unsupervised while under my care. I will care for your animal as if it is my own.
About: My name is Ruby Labate, I am 22 years old and live in the Burlington area. Growing up we have always had several animals. Wether it be small animals, cats and dogs, birds you name it. I am animal person through and through. We have 5 cats of our own. I also have 2 crazy pugs who have bounds of energy. I also had the gift of getting a mouse and having her have 9 babies unexpectedly so that has been adventure. I have also gotten to raise several batches of baby chicks and we now have a total of 6 chickens as well. We have quite the mini farm. Ive watched several dogs and cats since I was little. And have raised both puppies and kittens. I am currently unemployed and have an open schedule .So I have time to provide full time pet care in my home and or walks or drop ins for you're pet. I have no pets of My own living in my apartment. I care for pets in my home by walking my two crazy pugs who are 12 and 7 and have plenty of energy. I also have 5 cats who always keep me on my toes. My main animals live at my moms house.

About: My name is Melissa and I have taken care of animals since my first dog in second grade. I previously had a Labrador and Shih-Tzu who both lived until old age. I also fostered older dogs who could not find homes due to their age. I currently have a one year old yellow lab mix. He’s dog and cat friendly. In order to board your dog, your dog must be dog friendly. I also require a meet and greet to ensure it’s a good fit. I offer boarding in my home. I live in a second story apartment in an old building with a large yard. There is a picture of my apartment located within my pictures. I only board one animal at a time as it's a one bedroom apartment. It allows me to spend quality time with your pet! For boarding I do provide food dishes and toys, but many animals prefer to have some of their own. I also have a medium sized dog crate if required and requested. I have open availability on weekends, however I work from home on weekdays and there may be times I need to be out of my home for up to three hours. I have a camera in my home and will be able to remotely check on your pet if I need to be away for work. I will always inform you prior to the booking if I have appointments out of the home. I am experienced feeding animals in a variety of ways and will follow your instructions on feeding and walking. I ensure animals are well cared for, played with, and that they receive the attention and care needed.

About: I grew up on a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, horses, dogs and cats. When I was younger I helped train 2 Border Collie/Australian Sheppard mix puppies. I have a good sense of what animals need and am very patient and loving with all animals. I have a infant daughter who will be accompanying me with most my drop in visits. Mara and her flexibility are the only reason I stayed sane throughout my ordeal- knowing above all my family was taken care of. 10/10.
