I reached out pretty last minute with a request that wasn’t exactly simple—she had to pick Ghost up from his training facility (not from me) and coordinate all of that seamlessly. On top of that, she even helped me sort out a small payment detail on Rover to make sure everything reflected correctly, which she absolutely didn’t have to do. She was super responsive, easy to work with, and just handled everything without friction. And the best part—Ghost lit up the second he saw her again after a few months, which tells you everything you need to know.
