We had a meet with Danielle before we left our mini poodle a few days later with her. When we went back the second time, as we approached her house, he got super excited and couldn’t wait to go in. Danielle was really kind and gentle with him. When he was anxious as we left, she held him until he calmed down. He enjoyed playing with her very active puppy and was pretty tuckered when we got back. We’re looking forward to leaving him with her again.

Jackie was phenomenal. I reached out pretty last minute with a request that wasn’t exactly simple—she had to pick Ghost up from his training facility (not from me) and coordinate all of that seamlessly. On top of that, she even helped me sort out a small payment detail on Rover to make sure everything reflected correctly, which she absolutely didn’t have to do. She was super responsive, easy to work with, and just handled everything without friction. And the best part—Ghost lit up the second he saw her again after a few months, which tells you everything you need to know. Somehow she manages all of this while caring for multiple dogs at once and raising a young family, which honestly makes it even more impressive. Highly recommend giving Jackie a shot.

About: Hi paw parents, I’m Coco. I provide home style dog care for your furry baby. Follow my Facebook for discounts: Coco Siercks I’ve taken care of dogs of all age and kind since I was 15. I have experiences volunteering at Anderson animals shelter for a couple of years working with dogs and cats in all conditions until the pandemic happened. My parents wouldn’t let me have my own dog until I went to college. But that didn’t stop me from taking care of dogs that weren’t mine. I love animals so much, so I would always offer to take care my grandma’s dog and neighbors’ dogs as well. When I was old enough to volunteer at the animal shelter, I enjoyed spending time with animals and helping them to find a forever home. I’m currently a graduate student at UIUC back home for breaks. Therefore, I have plenty of time to play and take care of your fur baby. I do prefer a Meet-N-Greets with all new guests, best for pup and owner for a good fit. No aggressive or untrained dogs please. This is our home. Please use Heart Worm, Flea and Tick preventive to protect your dog since we spend time outdoors in grass and a small wooded area. My pup(Max) is up to date with all vaccinations, Heart Worm, Flea and Tick preventative. Please watch for symptoms, coughing, not eating, not acting normal, fever (100-103 normal) and mucus from nose. I would appreciate all guests have their Dog Flu Vaccine, please consult with your Dr. Takes 5 weeks to be good effective. My schedule is really flexible, Please let me know what time might work best for you and your furry family member. We can workout the best time for everyone. I live in an animal friendly neighborhood. My house is ranch-style house with a fenced in yard and a sun room with easy access to my backyard. I also have a friendly dog to keep your dog’s company. If your dog don’t get alone with other dogs, my house is big enough to separate them (I only host two family at a time). I will take care of each dog according to their situation and condition, such as eating time and other living habits. I will keep the owner updated with video, pictures and/or phone.

About: As a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet owner, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I have a male Chihuahua-Terrier mix who stays with me part-time and gets along well with other dogs. I am the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, because my goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, indoor or outdoor play sessions, or relaxing with lots of cuddles, I’ll tailor their care to their unique personality and routine. I also have experience taking care of senior dogs and am comfortable administering medication, preparing special diets, and providing extra care and attention. I love having dogs around and would be delighted to welcome your pet into my home. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I ask that dogs be friendly around children, adults, and other dogs. Meet and greets—virtual or in person—are required before booking so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! I work a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days per week at home and my office is close enough to come home midday on office days for walks and all your pet’s needs. I live in a spacious townhome and do not have a fenced yard, but if your dog enjoys leashed walks and outdoor playtime, I have easy access to open outdoor spaces, parks, and nature trails. In my home, dogs are a part of the family and welcome to make themselves comfortable just as they would in your home. They are welcome to relax on the couch, snooze on the bed, or use their own bed or crate if that’s most comfortable. I want your dog (and you) to feel relaxed and safe until your return.

About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! I have a fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur-baby to play and exercise! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. Our promise is simple: we’ll care for your furry family member with the same love, attention, and respect that we give our own. I work from home full time, so am able to provide your pup with all of the attention they deserve. They are free to run around in the fenced-in backyard and play at their fullest extent! Every pet owner has a different perspective on how to care for their pets. Some require a special routine for dinnertime or bedtime, while others require basic care with lots of love. I will follow whatever instructions are given to me by the owner…and I promise not to judge 😊

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Village of Campton Hills

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of July 2026, there are 3,106 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Village of Campton Hills. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Village of Campton Hills commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in IL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 3,106 sitters in Village of Campton Hills, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
