About: I have taken care of neighbors’, family’s, and friend’s dogs plenty of times before, from small to big dogs. I am very attentive to detail, so I will be able to care for your dog’s individual needs. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. I am currently studying to take my physical therapy board examination so I will my schedule is flexible. I am not working at the moment, but hope to get a full-time job after taking my examination at the end of July. A part-time job may be added in the near future. I am willing to feed them, walk them, play with them, let them out to the bathroom, and clean up after them. Whatever they need, I will willingly provide for them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and spent my last semester away at college lifting a lot at the gym, so there need be no worries of the dog walking itself. I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is nice, so if that’s something your pet also enjoys, I am glad to spend time outdoors with them. If they are more the indoor, cuddly type, I am to accompany them in that as well.

I currently work from home in the Robinson Township area, which gives me the flexibility to care for your pets throughout the day. I’d love to help with morning, lunchtime, or evening visits and make sure your pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need while you’re away. About: Hi, I am Mamie (I have gone by Mamie since birth but am technically named Mary) and I am a lifelong pet person, and professional sitter. I am relatively new to Rover specifically, but am in my 40's and have cared for other people's pets for over 15 years, both here in Pittsburgh and in Seattle where I am originally from. I am fully privately insured for pet sitting and dog walking and carry broadened property damage coverage, animal bailee coverage and veterinary reimbursement coverage. I do two check ins a day with lots of pictures, and am a quick responder to messages (my average response time is 6 min). My most consistent feedback is that i am very communicative and professional, and that owners feel secure and never worry about their pets well-being when they are with me! My mother was a vet tech and I grew up rescuing many animals, and continued that tradition into adulthood, so I have ample experience in a multitude of pet types and situations I work as a housekeeper around the Pittsburgh area from about 7am-3pm mon-thursday, so will not be available in the home or for potty breaks during those hours. The absolute longest I would leave a pet during a house-sitting is 8 hours on those days, but quite often it's only 4-6 hours that i am working. All other outings/errands would be less than four hours, tops, but usually only about an hour. I am comfortable with more or less any pet, from rodents to lizards and I am not squirmish about even the creepy crawlies and slithery noodles. I can and have given almost every kind of medication there is, including subcutaneous injections, and am comfortable doing so with care and compassion and confidence. I am clean, responsible, and trustworthy. I will only take jobs with a meet and greet beforehand, and you can get a feel for my vibe and professionalism at that time, but I am sure you will like me and feel comfortable having me in your home. As a housekeeper I am used to going into strangers homes and having a high level of integrity and care for their space and belongings. I also am very clean and fastidious. I keep things looking like I wasn't there as much as possible, and will clean litter boxes daily and change water bowls daily and do deep cleans of water fountains 1x a week. I work as a housekeeper from 7am-3pm mon-thursday around the greater Pittsburgh area. If you have multiple dogs who need round the clock supervision and you book me at least three weeks before the sitting start date, than we could work that out and I could block out my housekeeping schedule for that time and just be available for the sitting job (my rates will be increased in this situation as I am priced for my current availability, not constant care and being unable to make my normal wages during the sit). In clients homes I am respectful, clean, tidy, responsible and trustworthy. I mind my business and am not judgemental. I will spend lots of time loving and socializing your pets, and I set alarms and try to keep potty breaks frequent to avoid accidents and less stress.

About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.

I have my Girl Scout Bronze Award for setting up a pet fair that helped raise awareness and funds for local organizations that benefit animals. I am accustomed to training new pets and ensuring that senior pets get the best care they need. I can walk, feed, play, and do anything you may need to ensure that your pet is well taken care of while you are away. I am currently working part time, which entails that I have a very flexible schedule and am able to make anything work. I am willing to sit at my own residence and yours. I also have experience with house sitting. I am so excited to get to work caring for your furry friends! My schedule is very flexible which means I have plenty of time to spare on making sure your pets are okay and taken care of. I do work mostly in the evenings, only about 2-3 days a week but am never there past 8pm. I am essentially open from morning until evening nearly all day every day. My backyard is fenced off and has two levels ensuring that your pets have plenty of room to run and play! I also have a dog of my own to make sure your pet has someone to play with. My house is very secure and has lots of friendly neighbors with their own pets who would love to play and meet yours. I also live with 3 other people, which means your dog is never left unsupervised for too long.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. My family has cared for many breeds of dogs including a Rottweiler, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Yorkie, and Chihuahua. I am the first person my friends and family come to when their pets need care. I have several years of experience walking, feeding, and giving pets lots of love and attention. I am currently a college student and will have lots of time to spend time with your pet. I am available in the afternoon/night and all day on the weekends. While caring for your pet, my time and attention will be completely devoted to their individual needs. While providing services at your home, my focus and priority will be on your pet as if they were my own.

About: HI! I am Athena! I am a super active dog lover! I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I recently adopted a cockapoo puppy and raised him for the past 6 months. Sadly I had to leave him at home with my parents so I would love to bond with another dogs. Before my cockapoo, I had a bischon frise my entire life. Besides caring for my own dogs, I dog sat for people in my neighborhood as well as walked dogs. I dog sat for the same dog for 5 years. I want to be someone who can make your life easier by helping you keep your dog happy and healthy. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your dog!

About: I have always been an animal person. I love all animals but dogs are my favorite domestic animal. We have had dogs and kept dogs in our family since I was 4 years old. I've worked at a vet hospital and with doggy daycares. I am not intimidated by dogs who are a little uncertain or shy at first and I truly believe that dogs pick up on my doggy loving vibe. I have two girls 5 and 10, who both love dogs like I do, they are at school during the day (camp in the summer) but the are very knowledgable when it comes to the proper way to handle dogs/puppies and when to back off from a dog that might be scared or uncomfortable. They have been plenty of dogs-all sizes, I included a few pictures of them in my profile as well. I also have a 2 year old Shih Tzu named Fancy, she is adorable and great with other dogs, we like to go for long walks during the day. We can't wait to meet and make new furry friends.
