About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have two dogs named Bailey and Henry. They are 8 and 10 years old. I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs. I always watch my friends dogs when they go out of town. I have experience with giving medications such as pills or eardrops. I am comfortable around dogs of all sizes and all breeds. I work from home so I am able to do drop-in visits at any point of the day or nights during the week or weekend. I have two large dogs of my own, so I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I will care for your dog by letting them outside if you have a fenced in yard, walking them, playing with them if they enjoy ball or tug, giving any medication’s needed, and filling their food and water.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats most my life and have cared for many friend’s and neighbor’s pets. I love dogs, cats, and even bunnies and will care for yours like they were my own. I have plenty of experience teaching my dogs tricks and good behavior along with giving them medicine and treatment when needed. I currently work part time and am a part time online grad student working on my masters degree from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On my days home I’d love a break to care for your pet or enjoy a nice walk together! I currently have no pets of my own and can come by to care for your pet whenever you may need. I work well with all pets big, small, young, and old as long as they are non-aggressive.

About: I am a proud dog mom myself. And I treat every dog with the exact same love, patience, and care that I give my own. I currently work from 7am - 3pm on weekdays. I am fully available on weekends and overnights. After 3pm on weekdays I am fully available for drop ins and walks. I have a fenced in yard, and a Golden Retriever who is very friendly and well trained. I make sure there is always a water in my dogs bowl and I am on schedule with her feeding times.

About: I’ve taken care of many types of animals over the years, from turtles, hamsters, up to horses and cows. I have 2 cats of my own, and also regularly take care of my mom’s dog. I love animals and would love to get to know you and your pet! I work remote, and can usually sneak out for a bit during the day. As long as there is some flexibility with drop in visits, i should be able to make up to 3 visits a day work for both cats or dogs (or other pets!). I have a fenced yard and 2 indoor cats, as well as my mom’s dog who i take care of regularly. I am an animal lover and care for animals deeply. About: I have always been an animal person. I love all animals but dogs are my favorite domestic animal. We have had dogs and kept dogs in our family since I was 4 years old. I've worked at a vet hospital and with doggy daycares. I am not intimidated by dogs who are a little uncertain or shy at first and I truly believe that dogs pick up on my doggy loving vibe. I have two girls 5 and 10, who both love dogs like I do, they are at school during the day (camp in the summer) but the are very knowledgable when it comes to the proper way to handle dogs/puppies and when to back off from a dog that might be scared or uncomfortable. They have been plenty of dogs-all sizes, I included a few pictures of them in my profile as well. I also have a 2 year old Shih Tzu named Fancy, she is adorable and great with other dogs, we like to go for long walks during the day. We can't wait to meet and make new furry friends. About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.

About: Hi, I am Mamie (I have gone by Mamie since birth but am technically named Mary) and I am a lifelong pet person, and professional sitter. I am relatively new to Rover specifically, but am in my 40's and have cared for other people's pets for over 15 years, both here in Pittsburgh and in Seattle where I am originally from. I am fully privately insured for pet sitting and dog walking and carry broadened property damage coverage, animal bailee coverage and veterinary reimbursement coverage. I do two check ins a day with lots of pictures, and am a quick responder to messages (my average response time is 6 min). My most consistent feedback is that i am very communicative and professional, and that owners feel secure and never worry about their pets well-being when they are with me! My mother was a vet tech and I grew up rescuing many animals, and continued that tradition into adulthood, so I have ample experience in a multitude of pet types and situations I work as a housekeeper around the Pittsburgh area from about 7am-3pm mon-thursday, so will not be available in the home or for potty breaks during those hours. The absolute longest I would leave a pet during a house-sitting is 8 hours on those days, but quite often it's only 4-6 hours that i am working. All other outings/errands would be less than four hours, tops, but usually only about an hour. I am comfortable with more or less any pet, from rodents to lizards and I am not squirmish about even the creepy crawlies and slithery noodles. I can and have given almost every kind of medication there is, including subcutaneous injections, and am comfortable doing so with care and compassion and confidence. I am clean, responsible, and trustworthy. I will only take jobs with a meet and greet beforehand, and you can get a feel for my vibe and professionalism at that time, but I am sure you will like me and feel comfortable having me in your home. As a housekeeper I am used to going into strangers homes and having a high level of integrity and care for their space and belongings. I also am very clean and fastidious. I keep things looking like I wasn't there as much as possible, and will clean litter boxes daily and change water bowls daily and do deep cleans of water fountains 1x a week. I work as a housekeeper from 7am-3pm mon-thursday around the greater Pittsburgh area. If you have multiple dogs who need round the clock supervision and you book me at least three weeks before the sitting start date, than we could work that out and I could block out my housekeeping schedule for that time and just be available for the sitting job (my rates will be increased in this situation as I am priced for my current availability, not constant care and being unable to make my normal wages during the sit). In clients homes I am respectful, clean, tidy, responsible and trustworthy. I mind my business and am not judgemental. I will spend lots of time loving and socializing your pets, and I set alarms and try to keep potty breaks frequent to avoid accidents and less stress.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and I’ve had dogs for 30 years of my life. I’m experienced with special needs as well since I have had dogs with various disabilities. This includes experience with senior dogs and medications I am currently in nursing school and have a flexible schedule! Your pup can get as much play time and outside time as they need! I’m also available for a regular walk to get your baby out of the house and a little fresh air during the work day or on the weekend when you have a busy schedule. I’d love to hang out with your pet!! I’m only in school for half days so I’m free the rest of the day to care for pets!! Im also only in school 4 days a week so my other days are free for studying and fully flexible I have a fully fenced in yard in my own home for boarding and I’m very active so I’ll be ready to give your furbabies a good walk!

About: I live on an acre of land with more than half of it being yard With more than half of it being Space. I am able to create a bond with animals by giving them affection, attention, and treats. For walking appointments, my schedule is flexible between 10 AM and 7 PM But I’m also available to to offer overnight boarding care and check-in. I like to keep them active, playing, and happy so they could have the best experience I have to offer. I also like to keep the clients informed,and send them pictures. I like to make sure your pet is in my sight so I could keep them safe.

About: I absolutely love animals and will treat them good! They are in good hands at my home and on walks. Me and my children are pet people 100%! We will make sure your pets have a great time here. I also work from home so i’ll be home with your pets the full time! I work from home & can tend to your pets the full stay! Also have 3 children who adventure a lot with me and we love bringing your pets along (if thats okay) I have a HUGE back yard and plenty of room for fur babies! also two very gentle kids that LOVE animals, we will play all day together. For older pets I understand they may not want to play which is totally fine we have a comfy couch to lounge on all day

About: I have taken care of neighbors’, family’s, and friend’s dogs plenty of times before, from small to big dogs. I am very attentive to detail, so I will be able to care for your dog’s individual needs. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. I am currently studying to take my physical therapy board examination so I will my schedule is flexible. I am not working at the moment, but hope to get a full-time job after taking my examination at the end of July. A part-time job may be added in the near future. I am willing to feed them, walk them, play with them, let them out to the bathroom, and clean up after them. Whatever they need, I will willingly provide for them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and spent my last semester away at college lifting a lot at the gym, so there need be no worries of the dog walking itself. I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is nice, so if that’s something your pet also enjoys, I am glad to spend time outdoors with them. If they are more the indoor, cuddly type, I am to accompany them in that as well.
