I’ve also helped care for my sister’s dogs, including disabled dogs that required extra attention and patience. About: I grew up with pets and have taken care of small, medium, and large dogs of all ages. I don’t have one of my own right now so I love any chance I can get to give pups some love!! I would be available for early morning or late afternoon/evening walks most days. I have a slightly flexible, full-time job and am off on Mondays. I think the most important type of care for dogs comes with attentiveness to details, what they need, and what they want (pets and play!) I am a very detail oriented person and will make sure to keep track of instructions while also making sure your dog go has a great time.

About: I have four toy poodle mixes--three seniors and one high-energy who loves to play. I currently work full time from home and would love to spend part of my mornings and days helping a new dog-friend have a good day. I am physically fit, athletic and able-bodied and can play hard and run with your dog if that is their interests, or I have no problem doing around the house basic-skills training or just relaxing and spending time with your dog. Between over 20 years of pet ownership experience and having worked as a veterinary technician for 9 years, I understand that pets are family and deserve attentive, compassionate care when their owners are away. About: I have years of experience with large breed dogs, and now a standard poodle puppy of my own! My long haired chihuahua recently passed away at 15, so I have plenty of experience with small dogs. I love dogs, truly, and even the parts that aren’t great like my when my super senior chihuahua was still alive and needed extra care that comes with old age or cleaning up puppy messes. I’m experienced in dog medical issues, pill times, vet visits, surgeries, heart problems, and even the dog Heimlich maneuver. I work full time from 0600-2:30 pm usually, with weekends free. I’m available before work if you live close to me or my job by the RNO airport and I’m free after 4 pm. I have some flexibility the closer to me or my workplace you are! I do not have a yard at my apartment but there is a dog park on-site! Multiple walks a day, including my lunch for puppy time, if crating is needed please bring the crate with the dog as my chihuahua does not get crated and my puppy only crates at night. I do allow dogs on furniture, and if a large puppy or small dog breed of chihuahua makes you or your dog nervous for home stays, I am willing to do a meet-and-greet first. Once you meet my chihuahua his well-trained and gentle manner will speak for itself. My puppy is a sweetheart who is eager to please! I currently work full time Monday to Friday in an office environment. I’m home most weekends and spend my lunch with my puppy. I’m usually done with work around 3-4 pm I always ask if there is a yard and if it’s fenced. I like to know where leashes and bags are for walks too! Toys and treats, especially for kitties, are important!

About: I have been a volunteer foster at Centre County Paws for 8 years. I have fostered 8 week old puppies to 13 year old senior dogs. I have seen it all: separation anxiety, severe malnutrition, high energy, resource guarding, dog aggression, etc. Your dogs are my top priority and I want to keep their routines consistent as possible. I am an on-campus student at University of Pittsburgh with an accessible car. My last class on Fridays ends at 12, so my weekends and Fridays are mostly open for overnight stays. I am flexible for dog walking in mornings, evenings, and some afternoons during the week. I have finicky dogs, so I understand providing for a dog with specific needs. I can jog, play fetch, snuggle, and any type of quality time your dog needs. I will spend lots of time with your cats, cuddling and playing with toys are my favorite activities!
