About: Good on you, friend! You want more than a cold cage for your pup. And you want a family to treat your pup with genuine care and affection when you cannot take her or him with you. So, thank you for your interest in our dog boarding services. As we live in Hagerstown, we offer free shuttle service for our clients along the I-270 corridor—Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Urbana, and Frederick. Our clients are very welcomed to pick-up and drop-off at our home if their plans take them through Hagerstown. We're excited to be in our sixth year with Rover! During this time, we developed wonderful and continuing relationships with many of our repeat guests and their parents. Plus, our teenager has a very light after school/summer activities and sports schedule. Together, we are committed to care for our guests just as if they were members of our own family. This includes taking your pooch with us when we need to be away from our home, if that is acceptable to you. We’ll send lots of messages with pics and clips that keep you in touch. And you can call us anytime through our Rover phone number if you ever need to discuss a particular matter. We have a spare room with open beds, large crates, and collapsible kennels are available if required/requested. Please remember to pack your dog’s favorite food, treats, toys, blanket, etc., to make their stay more comfortable. We provide the dog beds, bowls, and potty pads and bags, so there's no need for you to worry about any of that.

She cared about our pets and was interested in their individual needs, likes, and dislikes. We were very comfortable going way w/ Lana here to take care of our fur babies. About: Ever since I can remember, I have always been around and loved animals. My Grandma was very influential in teaching me to love and care for them and how to read their body language. I started pet sitting when I was in elementary school, when our neighbors would go on vacation I would care for their cat and fish. I have had many beloved pets growing up, including; cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, lizards, hamsters, and a mouse. Currently, I have a previously feral, cow cat named queenie. I have taken a veterinary science course at hcc, where I studied animal anatomy. I also worked as a volunteer and fostered at the humane society , a non-profit no kill organization that works with Petsmart, to get animals into forever homes. I am currently in school to get a Bachelors Degree in Biology, with a focus on Zoology. My goal is to study and work directly with wild animals in order to preserve them! :) If you guys have any questions feel free at ask! About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. I'm available for house sitting, drop in visits, or dog walking (they can help me get my 10,000 steps in) I understand all things routine involving fur babies, I can walk them when needed, play and take care of them so you have peace of mind while you're out.

About: I was born and raised on a family farm. From the time I was born I have been riding in tractors and taking care of all sorts of animals. Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. I have always loved rescuing strays and rehabilitating injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I now have three fur babies of my very own and they are my life! If you entrust your pet with me I will not take it lightly as it is a deep honor and privilege. I love spoiling animals and giving them all the love. If I ever won the lottery I would adopt all of the oldest animals at the shelter and take them to my pet sanctuary. About: I've done a lot of dogs sitting back at home throughout the years. I just relocated to Ft Lauderdale and would love to get back into it! I am just becoming established in the area. So as of right now I have a clear schedule and would love to get to know new people/pets! I have two dogs back at home and ever since I have gotten into dog sitting, quality time is something that is really important to me. It's a lot more than just letting them out to use the bathroom and feeding them, then leaving. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
