We have a spare room with open beds, large crates, and collapsible kennels are available if required/requested. Please remember to pack your dog’s favorite food, treats, toys, blanket, etc., to make their stay more comfortable. About: I've done a lot of dogs sitting back at home throughout the years. I just relocated to Ft Lauderdale and would love to get back into it! I am just becoming established in the area. So as of right now I have a clear schedule and would love to get to know new people/pets! I have two dogs back at home and ever since I have gotten into dog sitting, quality time is something that is really important to me. It's a lot more than just letting them out to use the bathroom and feeding them, then leaving. The best part about this job is to create a connection with your pet and help them feel loved because I understand how hard it can be for them when you are gone!
About: I was born and raised on a family farm. From the time I was born I have been riding in tractors and taking care of all sorts of animals. Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. I have always loved rescuing strays and rehabilitating injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I now have three fur babies of my very own and they are my life! If you entrust your pet with me I will not take it lightly as it is a deep honor and privilege. I love spoiling animals and giving them all the love. If I ever won the lottery I would adopt all of the oldest animals at the shelter and take them to my pet sanctuary. About: I don't think I've ever not had a dog! I have taken care of dogs of all ages and backgrounds growing up not only did I dog sit for friends and family, but my family fostered rescue dogs for the mid-atlantic german shorthair pointer rescue. I have some rudimentary puppy training knowledge, and I’m very comfortable around puppies! I am well versed in senior dog care including administering medications. I also have experience in dogs that have some mild to medium temperament issues from working with rescue dogs and my past dog sitting experience. I am an early bird so it would be easy for me to cater a short commute to school or fit in some morning exercise for your pup. I am a college student who has class every day during the week, from mid-morning the earliest being nine thirty and ending early in the afternoon two o'clock at the latest. I am very active and I often go for runs/walks in the evening and I would love to have a dog along come with me! At home I have two very active dogs and I have had very high energy dogs my entire life at home. I’m always throwing a dog toy either into the pool or a ball in the yard.
