One of our dogs has epilepsy and requires a very strict medication regimen (which is relatively new) and Junny reached out to warn us that his new medication was running low, even picking up a refill while we were away. About: I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, and my boyfriend who I live with has had dogs his whole life. We love dogs of all size and ages and hope to adopt more in the future. Our schedules line up to where someone would be home with your pup 95% of the time! We offer daily walks and adventures if that’s what your pup needs as well, and lots of toys of course. We have a large fenced yard that your pup can play and run around in. We have a dog as well that they can play with outside or inside. We have crate that your pup can use if that’s what they need.

About: I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, easy and "difficult". I am very adept at walking and caring for reactive dogs who can have a hard time with other dogs and/or humans, and do my best to avoid any situations that can trigger reactive behaviors. I'm also happy to help keep up any training routines, I'm pretty proficient in general dog training, but I know it always comes down to the individual dogs for what works best. I often have people remark about their pets who usually don't warm up to new people immediately taking a liking to me! I'm also totally respectful of animals who do need time to get to know new people and always meet them where they're at, so more than welcome to accommodate those who need more introduction time. I've had dogs in the family my whole life, and have lived with many cats as roommates, and I've loved them all. I've done extensive house sitting everywhere from big cities to rural areas, for periods of time as long as two months, caring for animals as well as the house and surrounding property. My schedule is very flexible so I can make sure I have plenty of time to give my full attention to your animal friends, I live in a sweet quiet neighborhood in Arcata near the bottoms that's great for regular walks, and I have a car and am happy to take pups out on more special adventures too! I always check in about what's best for each dog, and can tailor care around what their usual schedule is with walks and feeding, what kinds of play they like best, and any training routines I can help reinforce during our time together. About: I’ve worked with all kinds of animals, including horses, dogs, and cats. Most of my experience is from owning pets and taking care of my neighbors elderly dog, and their granddaughters two French bulldogs. I am currently home for summer and have a completely open schedule, I am planning on getting a part time job within the coming weeks, and will adjust my schedule accordingly. I have house sat for many elderly people from my community, along with taking care of neighbors larger property. I have also trained four dogs of my own, and have experience helping other family members training their pets.
