About: I am currently a student at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine to become a vet! I have had pets at home since elementary school including dogs, cats, and chickens. At home I play an integral role caring for each of my pets. My love for animals extends outside of the house as I look to work with animals professionally as a veterinarian. I have 8 years of experience volunteering and working at veterinary clinics. Through my work, I have learned to handle all kinds of breeds and temperaments. I am currently in my second year of vet school and will have openings most days at various times to care for all your dog's and/or cat's needs before, after, and between classes. I am very comfortable tending to all the needs of your pets including walking, feeding, playing with, cleaning up after, and giving medications. Her home is quite rural and surrounded by orchards with a large fenced yard so visually very appealing Memha and her husband were very sweet and volunteered to come into town to both pick up and return our dog back to us; very thoughtful! Our dog came home tired which we loved!”

About: I have been caring for my doodle since she was 8 weeks old—she is now 5 years old. I have five years of hands-on experience with her daily care, training, and exercise. I’m now looking to become a dog walker so I can continue working with animals while maintaining a flexible schedule as I study to become a nurse. I’m seeking part-time work that allows me to support my education while still giving attentive, reliable care to pets. I am currently studying to become a nurse, and in my spare time I’m looking for a flexible way to earn extra income. I have a 5-year-old doodle that I’ve cared for since she was 8 weeks old, so I have years of hands-on experience with daily walks and care. I would love to use that experience to start dog walking, and I’m also open to walking additional dogs at the same time. When walking dogs, I prioritize a safe and calm environment. I pay close attention to surroundings, use secure leash handling, and avoid risky situations such as overcrowded or unsafe areas. I am also mindful of each dog’s comfort level and energy so walks stay controlled and positive.
